Management is approachable and caring. Amenities are the best around. As a senior, socialization is very important and it’s all here for the taking! You can be as active as you choose. Residents are friendly and welcoming. We love living in the cottages here. A very short walk brings you to the pool, and the 4-story apartment building where the activities take place.
The job done very professionally and very well in almost no time with a big smile on the face. Amazingly, also few minutes of placing the order. Thanks a lot to the maintenance team
Larkspur has become less and less an active community. In my opinion...... well, my opinion doesn't matter.
Enjoy the people we have met, but the grounds upkeep needs improvement.
Overall, friendly and welcoming facility. Many activities. Well maintained.

I love living here . I want to give higher recommendstions but the grounds maintenance are so bad I cant. Its embarassing to bring my friends over.

In general our stay at Larkspur has been very pleasant. The only problem we've experienced is the delay in communicating the status of maintenance requests.
Larkspur is home its very clean I feel safe they don't let just anybody here just need to screen a little better
I have been with this community now for 3 mo. and it is Amazing. Totally clean/fresh scented on all levels. The residents are more than welcoming. The activities are on point and very enjoyable.. No assigned parking is the only issue i may have.. Other than that "BRAVO"!!!!

I'm a Larkspur resident for the last three years and have enjoyed my apartment and meeting new people. It's been quite different type of experience for this 73 year old since I have never lived in an apartment before. I was a little overwhelmed, but had the opportunity to meet new people, get involved in the various activities that are offered here and being part of a Community where I feel safe and able to expand one of my hobbies of taking photos ?? of which many of the residents enjoy me doing it. It's quite and it's my home!
We have only lived here three weeks and it is too early for me to make an accurate assessment. So far, we are very happy and are adjusting well to a big change in our life

Larkspur is a great place to live just small things that can be change it's a wonderful place to live.
Our maintenance people are great. Activities are the best and most varied . Pool is great. So much is the best but the grounds maintenance has never been good. It is very frustrating and depressing to look out our windows and see weeds knee high , no mulch in the flower beds, dead bushes and trees not taken care of. Even so Larkspur is a great place to retire .
We have been happy with Larkspur and will recommend it to friends. There are a good many community social activities for the residents to attend if they wish.
Great community to reside lots of things to keep busy be involved and entertained.
It is a great place to live quiet, clean, good amount of diversity. Lots of daily activities. Most resident are very friendly. Maintenance is usually pretty quick

I can't say enough good things about living at Larkspur Shadow Creek! This place has truly exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the highlights for us is the hot breakfast served every Wednesday. It's such a wonderful treat, and it really makes you feel like you're part of a community. Plus, the food is always delicious! Speaking of community, there are endless activities here, ensuring there's always something to do. Whether it's fitness classes, game nights, or social events, there's something for everyone. The activities are a great way to meet other residents and make new friends. The residents themselves are incredibly friendly, and it's such a welcoming environment. It feels like we have a little family here, which makes living in this apartment complex even more enjoyable. The staff is another major plus. They are attentive, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents' well-being. It's clear they take pride in their work, and they go above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. Lastly, the apartment itself is beautiful. The layout is spacious, the design is modern, and everything is well-maintained. It's a perfect place to call home. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our experience at Larkspur Shadow Creek. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a vibrant, friendly, and well-cared-for place to live!

The peace and quite of the cottages is exactly what I wanted. If I want action there is something always going on at the Big House. Everyone is welcomed to participate. The grounds are improving everyday and we have a staff that is cordial and helpful. It just seems as if everyone has settled into independent living with confidence . Convenient location, great variety of activities, cottages are arranged well with large rooms. Having a fenced yard for your pets is truly a plus. Attached garages with openers are a real convenience. Mail and packages delivered to the cottage / mailbox.

I love living here . The cottages are spacious and can accommodate family and friends for gatherings. They are quiet, well maintained on the inside and private. The attached garage is a bonus for senior living. They feel like home. The fenced front yards are perfect for small dogs to spend the day outside watching everyone walking for their exercise. Lots of activities to help you meet new friends and stay active.
