The worst aparments ever!!!! Place is always dirty the managers are rude!!! They charge for parking 10 per car every month!!!! Over charging for a 2 bedroom aparment. Always want to be doing inspections every 2 weeks. Worst aparments ever!!

The parking fees are used to cover costs associated with maintaining safe and secure lot areas, however, we understand that these fees might seem inconvenient. Frequent inspections are conducted as part of our commitment in ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to evaluate our services better.
They will nickle and dime you all day long. Some people are held to pay and others not. The CAD fees are basically bringing it to an HOA.

I like the stores that are close by. I also like the bike trail behind my apartment and the geese. The library is close too which is real handy. Kaiser is walking distance as well. All a plus.I wish they would put carpet in the living room and hallway. The floors are real cold in the winter and slippery in the summer.
