We have been living in this apartment for last three years I love this apartment, friendly neighbors,no noise, school and grocery stores are near by.

The lawn and tree trimming service regularly maintains the areas. Fellow tenants appear to be mindful of scooping their dogs poop. Notifications are regularly communicated by the leasing staff to the tenants.

I had a smooth move in with little to no trouble. However, it seemed that the cleaning service didn’t actually clean anything. I discovered dead roaches in my freezer, on the floor, and in my oven clock. Some of the staff seem a little new and confused as well, not sure what to make of it.

Quiet and pleasant near lots of parks employees all seem good and kind dog park is also very nice laundry room leaves much to desire however

No complaints, friendly staff, friendly neighbors , nice pool and safe , close to every store you’ll need and near two Churches , convenient store near by taco truck and parks

Going well in new unit after I transferred from unit that smelled bad from heavy smoker with bug problems including wood in kitchen falling apart. I wish I had started in my current unit because it’s clean with no smell

Good response thru the app. I love paying rent thru Flex, it makes my life less stressful. The lawn care is very nice. This year the repairs performed on the burst pies were much faster than last year and I really appreciate that!. Am getting more pleased with the new door lock system. I love living here. I needed a fresh start, and I got a new job & moved to Austin on a whim. I didn’t do much research & leased the first apartment I saw—this one. I lucked out! This place is a dream for me. The staff is very nice and helpful. My unit is so clean & I haven’t had any issues with bugs or mold, like some apartment complexes tend to have. My AC works great and there is more than enough space to keep my cat and I comfortable. I love the big windows that showcase the greenery outside. It makes for perfect mornings; I get to sip my coffee and listen to the birds sing with oldies music, all while the sunshine pours in. My plants are thriving here as well. That’s a good sign, right? The neighbors have all been friendly & courteous. I am very happy to be living here & can see myself staying here for a while. :)

I really like living here. It is a hidden gem here in south Austin. It is peaceful and quiet. It is very pet friendly, and the neighbors are pleasant.

So far everything has been fantastic. Neighbors are nice, friendly, and very respectful. Also there are many dogs and they look to be treated very well.

My cats and I absolutely love living here, and we're so glad I renewed my lease! Definitely a home sweet home. The environment, staff, and amenities are all awesome. Will be renewing my lease yet again when the time comes.

Lawns maintenance is consistently good. Trash service always retrieves it when they are scheduled. Maintenance responds in a reasonable amount of time.

Not very well the last few years actually going down hill if I'm being honest the buildings are old and not being taken care of I see this place last maybe 5 more years before being closed

This place has vastly improved on their community events and taking care of the property. One thing I don't understand is why the pool amenities are closed. That keeps some people away from using the grills. Some people might want to use those grills even during the winter. For some reason there's a code lock and we haven't received the that key code. Otherwise, I guess it's okay.

Everything is nice and quiet. It's very peaceful because of it. Neighbors aren't loud at all, so I can sleep without any worries about being woken up.

Neighbors and staff workers are very friendly! I usually walk around with a dog. I loves to meet new faces so this neighborhood is absolutely a great place to live.

Comfortable safe area! The updates are good, need to replace cabinets in kitchen and bathroom! Windows need to be replaced, preferably or at least caulked and weatherstriped!

Great place, close distance from many stores. Management is very kind and cooperative, and maintenance is resolved any issues we might have.

The trash service consistently collects trash on the promised days. Lawn services maintain the property very well. If you encounter the employees they are always curtious and professional

Every I’ve meet has been extremely happy and helpful, and even helped me move some of my belongings into my apartment. I haven’t been here long but I could definitely see myself being here a good amount of time

I love my apartment very nice. A neighborhood is quiet. Every morning I wake up I look at the window see the sunset, Drinking wine and read a book.

I have been living in this apartment for 3rd year now I really like this apartment school, grocery stores all are nearby and neighbours are friendly. Waiting for summer to dive into the pool.

It’s on a bus line, they have two groceries stores the staff are pretty Good here , I’ve been here for 6 years and still been happy here They are starting to have some fun activities for the holidays

Lack of communication when maintenance is going to be preformed. We were informed when the roof was going to be redone, for a couple days. They kept coming back though after that time period with no warning. This went on for days with the roof and then holes in exterior of building we were never informed about. Sometimes my maintenance requests just get canceled and no one comes or contacts me about it. They were better when I first moved in. Gaps in doors and windows lets air in and out which makes my utility bills higher trying to maintain temperature in my apartment. Seen people do engine exchanges in the parking lot. Tons of trash and bulk items pile up at dumpsters. Most people keep to themselves and community is chill. I went for the upgraded apartment which has good appliances. A decent starter apartment but lots of room for improvement. Disappointed they are raising rates and adding fees when amenities aren’t improving. They added smart locks but that’s it. Pool always closed.

So far, it’s been great. Close to everything I could possibly need. Everyone I’ve seen comes off as friendly and keeps to themselves; just how I like it.

My experience has been quite well. The apartment staff are really helpful in making sure that everything is in working condition and are quick in answering any questions. The apartment is cozy and nice. It is affordable and a clean location. I do not have any complaints at all. Thank you Landmark at Prescott.

Laundry room seems to almost always be dirty and people don’t always pick up there dog poo by poo pick up stations. But maintenance on any maintenance request has a pretty quick turn around. And staff is easy to work with.

its been a good experience this month, weather is getting colder and there was a snow this year. And our house is warm and cozy so its comfortable.

The place is beautiful and has very respectful neighbors. No one is really loud and they are very friendly. The staff has been very professional, knowledgeable, welcoming, and most of all patient.

Cheapest apartment in the 78748 zip code, and for a good reason. You could probably move in elsewhere and sign under effective management - not one who encourages tenants to post 5 star reviews for discounts. Upstairs tenant flooded. Flood leaked into my closet. Visible water damage, and probably mold. Not fixed. Moved in May last year. Front door does not close all the way. Wrote it up on move in. Problem not fixed because management continues to mark the ticket as fixed and closed. Wrote it up again in August. Not fixed. Wrote it up again in December. Not fixed. Closed today with the comment "fixed". Blinds break the moment you touch them and bend if - say - a pet brushes up against the pane the wrong way. Not fixed. Window broken open by lawn crew. Repaired after a month, and replaced with a broken window pane. Repaired again with another pane and a HOT GLUE GUN. Pick anywhere else.

Over the past 4–5 months, the noise level in the community has significantly increased. There is dog waste everywhere, and it’s becoming a serious issue. Additionally, the outdoor faucet attached to Building 9 has been running non-stop for two months. I have reported this to the leasing office twice, but no one has addressed it. This is not only a waste of water but also raises concerns that I, as a tenant, might be charged for this water usage. Furthermore, the A/C and heater unit of the neighbor below me is extremely noisy, causing vibrations in my apartment floor whenever it operates. It feels as though there is an electric current running through the floor of my bedroom, which is very unsettling. It seems like the leasing office does not care about these issues, as nothing gets resolved. The quality of service in this community is very poor.

Great customer service at the front desk, speedy replies, effective and efficient maintenance team. Neighborhood is pleasant and conveniently located near many different stores.

Property landscape is clean. Community is friendly and welcoming. Maintenence requests completed in timely manner. Rooms are spacious and allow for natural lighting. Gym amenities are great, have been here for 5 years.

Good experience, pretty quiet & feels calm & safe. A little dingy in the units that aren't updated, but they have a nice layout. The staff is very helpful & attentive to any questions or issues.

I have lived here for about 7 years. I loved the parks, pool, and quiet community for my kids when they were little. Now it's proximity to public transportation and shopping centers is great as teens! I really love living here.

It would be a 5 star review except that both my parnter and I absolutely dislike the new locks and the app that goes with it. We had a previous lock that we could unlock with a code or with our a fingerprint scan. This new lock and app constantly logs us out of the app. What happens if someone is chasing me or my partner intending to hurt us and we can't get into our apartment because it's logged us out. What are we to do then? Morn the lose of the other? We were better off with our old lock.

A cozy place to call home. Most of the neighbors are kind and helpful. We feel safe and happy here. The office staff is usually helpful. They were able to provide turkey dinners for some of the families at the complex. It starting to feel more like a community than just a place to live.

I toured a amazing apartment, in a quiet area,with a fireplace and awesome matching appliances, Two weeks later, I drove from lake Charles La, to Austin, Tx. with my furniture an belongings in a Penske 26 foot truck, I called the leasing office several times confirming the availability of the apartment, when I arrived to sign the lease, I wasn’t informed that the apartment I toured wasn’t available, I was given a apartment in a crowded area ,with no fireplace, and mismatched appliances, The Awesome Penske truck an incredible paided helpers, were no longer available,The Penske 26 foot truck had to be returned that evening, I am now stuck with this apartment, Dissatisfying and Disappointed and Disgusted,

I have been living here since March 2018.i started off in a 1bd 1bth. That was perfect for me and my little dog. When I got married and adopted another fur baby it start to get a bit crowded. Joe and Karla really helped out and went above and beyond help us move into a 2bd 2bth apartment. Everything you need is just a quick few minutes drive from here.

My cats and I love it here! Very nice apartments with wonderful amenities and helpful staff. I will be renewing my lease for sure, when the times comes.

Office staff responded to emails very quickly when bumps in the road came up in regards to move in date. They were so helpful and considerate!!

The valet trash service is consistent in picking up Sunday through Thursday. They check the can outside my door to determine if There is a bag of trash in it. I know that they have been there and done this for they leave the lid up. Of course, I leave it closed because I don't want critters attempting to get into my trash.the
