We work hard to maintain a high level of service and are pleased to hear you're happy with our leasing office, maintenance team, and the spacious, modern apartments. We're also happy you enjoy the clubhouse as a space to connect with friends.
Nice and quiet. The maintenance is speedy. But the management has a high turnover rate. The pool fee is on average based on other properties which is particularly too high to not be 24 hour service and it's super seasonal. The pool is basically opened for 3 months or so, but yet we pay for the amenities 365 days with a time limit.

Completed virtually. A few bumps moving in but resolved quickly. No issues so far. Parking issues with construction of covered Parking. Should only be a temporary headache.

The location is nice, you're close to most things in west Little Rock. The area is fairly quiet now, though there are loud parties at the pool that can go pretty late during the summer. The apartments looks nice and are spacious but apparently were built very quickly because some of the details show shoddy craftsmanship (jagged holes in the wall with vents, rust on the tubs when we were the first ones to live here, outlets that don't line up correctly with the wall, etc). They also recently created covered, paid parking and took away a large portion of the free parking. There's now not enough free parking for all the tenants, so we sometimes have to park in phase 1 and walk a way to our building. Overall it's fine.

Landmark Apartments are a great place to stay. Office staff are friendly and helpful. Out in the country but close to town. Great pool, gym and clubhouse. Clean and comfortable apartments in great location.

Landmark is an ok property. Lacy is the best always sweet, patient and kind. The building are made of poor quality my master bedroom and bathroom wall is cracking. The kitchen appliances are cheap. They have added a rule about our pets abruptly with a fee that is not in our lease which is weird and not fair. Everything else about the community is fair. The maintenance is great and they respond within 24-48 hours.

Maintenance has always done amazing with completely my work orders in a timely manner!
This is an overpriced apartment with a lot of issues that do not allow for me to be truly comfortable enough to enjoy the community.
Just moved into my apartment recently and I have loved everything about it. Staff is very kind, helpful, and welcoming, and all of my neighbors have been kind. I love how the apartment complex is secluded on the side of a hill with a beautiful view and there is always a feeling of peace and safety inside the gates of Landmark Apartments.

Top notch service from the maintenance and office staff. I've only lived here for 6 months but this is by far the best overall experience I've had as far as apartments go (and I have lived in quite a few larger cities- Houston, San Fran, etc.). I love how close I am to everything.

Landmark apartments have a great atmosphere! Quiet, safe and very well kept! Neighbors respect each other's privacy! Amenities are very beautiful. Very pet friendly and convenient! Separate trash bins for each apartment also two bins for recycling boxes in a disclosed place on the property! Excellent and friendly staff!

The main reason I chose to go with Landmark is the location- they are one the only luxury apartments in West Little Rock that aren't on the main road. I toured a few others but these just have more of a homely feel to them because of the location. The tour was great- they are really helpful and seem to genuinely care about what I wanted/needed. I'm excited about my upcoming move. I know I'm going to feel safe living here, which is my top priority.

I have been living at Landmark for almost 2 years now and anytime I've submitted a maintenance request (Emergency OR Non-Emergency) they are always completed not only quickly, but effectively as well. I would 100% recommend this apartment community to anyone who enjoys receiving 5-STAR customer-service across the board.

Love living here! Great location, friendly and caring staff! Grounds are kept clean and all trash picked up! Thanks for the green bins to put boxes in to recycle! Love the open courtyard in the center of the complex. Great dog yard for the dogs to play! Enjoy the individual trash bins for every apartments. Trash bins look clean and elegant!

Landmark Apartments are wonderful! It's like owning a home without all the upkeep, and taxes! Great community for anyone! One gate to enter and leave! Very spacious apartments and patios! Residents are cautious when driving thru complex and drive slow for the safety of others!
