I have lived here at the landmark just about almost 3 years and I've been very happy here but when I moved in I was told that there would be more social get togethers I have been disappointed in that but there has also been the pandemic which happened a year after I moved in!!! It is very comfortable very nice the residents are all pretty nice for the most part I plan to live here for a very very long time!!! My rent is pretty high which I am not used to paying this much....

I made the Landmark my home about thirteen years ago and have never regretted my decision. I have adjusted to the quirks of the old building, principally its inflexible heating and cooling system that provides a few weeks of discomfort in the spring and fall.

I really enjoy the location of the building in Uptown& my south facing unit. My tub repaint is peeling off terribly as are my cupboards and I am hardly here. Our leasing office team and Maintenance team are excellent. Very efficient and very friendly.

The Landmark and my apartment unit are quiet and secure. Everything was clean and operational when I moved in. My unit is very functional for my needs and has plenty of storage, especially in the kitchen. The balcony is a nice amenity.

I like the Landmark. The leasing girls have a really professional attitude and are always classy. I would like to have a clicker for the vehicle gate instead of entering a code. Upgrading the carports would be nice too. Sometimes it takes some time parking just right because of those poles that are in the way. Also, the utilities seem to be a little high, I paid $125 last month in utilities and I have a one bedroom. Other than that Im happy with the community.

great apt

I love the two bedroom two bath apt with the bedrooms aceoss from each other reminds me of some apt that are in the movies parent n kid fighting kid slams door mom walks out to padio and takes deep breath :) awsome
