They are nice apartments. And I like the space. They have a bit of a roach problem, they will come and they don't send out someone to spray that often. So bomb, spray, and put out your own big repellent. But over all the apartments have a good and nice to stay in.

I have lived here 4 years. When i first moved in i rarely had any problems and the office was always on point. They have changed office staff a few times and they get worse with each change. Management can be rude and is not great. Maintenances issues do not get fixed in a timely manner and i always have to reach out multiple times before problems are solved. My dishwasher still is not working and it’s been a year.

I just moved into my unit on 8/1/24. My experience was top tier. Ebony was great! She was very thorough and quick with the process. By the way, I love my two-bedroom apartment and all the great amenities for my kids: pool, gym, and playground. I definitely found my perfect home.

My experience living here and I been here for three years i love Duncanville school and stores its convinced for me and my kids the people sometimes loud and be in fight sometimes I hear shooting sometimes its disturbing sometimes but if that not going on the apartment is pretty ok at times but for the most part I love the office they really care about their residents here

Move in was smooth and easy. The ladies in the leasing office have great customer service. The neighbors seem to be friendly. I noticed within 3 days of living in the community the residents throw trash around the community and don’t pick up after themselves.

I love living there it’s very nice and quiet but I constantly have to have my bathtub resurfaced and my carpet has not been cleaned since I’ve lived there I put in an order long ago for my carpet but nothing has happened but other than that I love it

My overall experience was nice and property maintenance kept the grounds clean. I do understand office personnel can only do so much, but corporate ownership should invest more into the property, safety and security.

The office staff is very helpful nice. Those ladies handle business while being like family!! The maintenance staff are on their jobs!!! They do not take more than 2 days to get to a request and complete it!! They are amazing as well!!

The apartment is great Ive had no issues with the apartments. maintenance is nice and friendly and most important on time. i have had some issues with neighbors but im hoping the office has taken care of the issue. Overall its a great place to live.
