Im loving the openness of the property, the ponds and walk path are such an added bonus! I have a new hobby Fishing. Caught a lot of fish in these ponds..... they keep the staircases free of spider webbs and clean the hallways often. Its beautiful and quiet!

I’ve enjoyed living at Lakeview Apartments overall. The location is excellent — close to shops, and with a nice view of the lake. The building is well-maintained, and my maintenance requests were usually handled within a day or two. The amenities, especially the gym and lounge, are a big plus. Management is professional and communicates clearly, making move-in and lease renewals straightforward. the gym could use more equipment, the positives outweigh the inconveniences. I’d recommend Lakeview Apartments to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable place to live

Overall, it’s been a very good experience. The apartment offers a comfortable stay with nice amenities and a peaceful environment. We’ve had a great time here—quiet neighborhood, responsive maintenance staff, and well-maintained common areas like the gym and pool. The only concern is the rent, which feels a bit on the higher side compared to similar properties in the area. That said, the convenience, cleanliness, and overall community vibe make it a pleasant place to live.

Well from my experience I think living in Prosper is a little bit expensive, but at the same time here at Lakeview at the gates of prosper it's very convenient to all stores, schools are near by and there's a warm safe feeling when you just come to this area. The apartments are located in Prosper but also near Frisco. The apartments are new and a long with professional management and staff/ custodians are always on top of things! The entire team are amazing, so again if you're looking for a place this might be the place to be! Stores are all around us, everything is convenient and easy to either drive or walk. During the holidays it's amazing!

Lakeview is one of the best residential complexes we have been part of. It starts with the friendly staff members who take time to understand your needs and suggest the available options. They work very closely with you during the onboarding process and are available every step of the way. The staff are very helpful, even after the move, to cater to your needs. The facilities in the complex include a well-equipped gym, conference rooms, a coffee bar, and a nice pool to cool off in the summer. There are ample grass areas to walk the pets, a dog park and they are well-lit at night. The regular community events to meet our neignbors and socalize is great.

Jerry has been amazing, very personable, professional, patient, and helpful!! From the very first day when I came looking for an apartment,I received a warm greeting and he has not changed. Lakeview at The Gates of Prosper truly feels like home. I absolutely love everything about living here. The property is beautifully maintained and securely gated, which gives me such peace of mind. One of my favorite parts of the day is walking my dog around the scenic ponds just across from the community. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The management team is exceptional — always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’ve even had dreams where I’ve moved away, and I wake up relieved to still be here. That’s how much this place means to me. It’s the perfect home for my little family, and I honestly can’t imagine living anywhere else. I’m truly happy here.

My experience so far has been very positive. I had been looking forward to moving into this property, and now that I am a resident, have been enjoying the community, amenities, and have already met some really nice neighbors! The staff is always really great- willing to help with any questions and inquiries and always able to assist with anything I approach them with. I am almost three weeks in and have been very happy here!

I am so happy I made the decision to move to Lakeview at Gates of Prosper. I love my apartment and the amenities available here. The office staff is nice and maintenance responds almost immediately to work request. The neighbors above can be heard running/walking but it is apartment living so somewhat expected. I have no complaints this far.

Our neighbor has a toddler that continues to run and stomp continuously. We have during move in and holidays. Often after 8 pm, and we've waited through holidays not to fully address.

Great place to live. I love having an attached garage. Maintenance is quick to respond and very friendly. I have had a few minor issues and they always arrive the day of or next morning.
