Lakeview at The Gates of Prosper truly feels like home. I absolutely love everything about living here. The property is beautifully maintained and securely gated, which gives me such peace of mind. One of my favorite parts of the day is walking my dog around the scenic ponds just across from the community. The location is unbeatable — just minutes from great restaurants and shopping. The management team is exceptional — always responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. I’ve even had dreams where I’ve moved away, and I wake up relieved to still be here. My experience so far has been very positive. I had been looking forward to moving into this property, and now that I am a resident, have been enjoying the community, amenities, and have already met some really nice neighbors! I am so happy I made the decision to move to Lakeview at Gates of Prosper. I love my apartment and the amenities available here. The office staff is nice and maintenance responds almost immediately to work request. The neighbors above can be heard running/walking but it is apartment living so somewhat expected. I have no complaints this far.

Our neighbor has a toddler that continues to run and stomp continuously. We have during move in and holidays. Often after 8 pm, and we've waited through holidays not to fully address.

This is our first week living here but so far we love it! We moved from a house to an apartment with a big chocolate lab so it's been an adjustment. We love the open living area and the big balcony. And our lab loves the dog park! Move in was smooth and communication was great leading up to arrival. We picked up our keys and were on our way to move in within minutes. We've had a great experience so far and we love the area. Close to everything you want in the Dallas area but still far enough away for a quiet living space.

So far, our experience has been so, so.. The staff can make sure to follow through with their residents entire experience, i.e., providing all access codes needed for the property, and all keys needed prior to move in. A walk through of the unit with a thorough inspection of the apartment a day before the residents move in- making sure all cabinets close fully, there are no leaks in the ceiling, etc, etc.. A better job of cleaning the unit and killing/spraying for spiders/bugs prior to the resident moving in.. A better job of cleaning the Breezeway on a consistent basis- this area has not been cleaned or sprayed for spiders, nor have spider webs been removed.

So far so good! Out of the two apartments we’ve lived in this one is the best! Love the quiet too! Would recommend anyone live here! We’ve already made some close friends here!

Most of the residents I met are friendly, the office staff is nice especially Steven is very helpful, the maintenance guy -Scott is very responsible and helpful. Since there are shopping plaza is close by, i hope there will be some crossroads the residents to walk there safely for shopping. it will be very convenient for the residents . And I wish the projects to build a beautiful park facing our apartment can be completed in summer
The move in was flawless, the front desk staff is just wonderful- kind, attentive, and willing to answer all your questions. The grounds are nicely kept, great gym equipment, and like the community events and portal Lakeview promotes. As for location, it is the best easy access to the toll road, and never been this close to a target- convenience all around.
The atmosphere is quite friendly here. The office constantly is making sure that everything is taken care of. The grounds are well kept the neighbors are wonderful. There's a dog park that my dog happens to love just a great place all around to live.
The complex well maintained, great amenities offered, and personally I love the black and white interior accents on cabinets/countertops. Lots of space even in one bedroom option, and I personally picked this complex because they offer attached garages.

Had a pleasant experience with touring the apartment and immediately loving my present unit. Geovaun Was very helpful and knowledgeable. My application process was easy and seamless and my move in was easy. I love the unit and the office staffs are very helpful. I made an error with updating my address on Amazon with a wrong unti, and the office picked it and contacted me. Very helpful. I love the location and the serene environment. Maintenance is always quick to respond to request.
I love the layout of my floor plan. I looked at many! I also love how quickly the team here has responded to any issues or requests I've had since moving in. So far, there hasn't been anything major, but I definitely have confidence in them to take care of anything that could come up. It's also a terrific location, I can get around just about any traffic situation from here.
This apartment is very new and nice. I highly recommend Lakeview at the Gates of Prosper. The place smells good and very clean. I can not wait to fully move in.
Absolutely one of the easiest experiences I've had moving into a new apartment. Staff was pleasant and helpful! The apartment itself had a lively and fun layout with good storage space.
The apartment community is great but the move-in experience was not so wonderful as the internet was not ready to be set up the day I moved in as it promised

Best experience getting into an apartment. Super helpful staff! From taking a tour of potential units to applying and getting approved and then the move-in process, the smoothest service i’ve gotten, especially in the DFW/McKinney area.
Great staff. Always helpful and friendly. The property is new so everything is in great condition. Minor things out of their control were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend, such a great location!
We love the color scheme and design of the 3 bedroom model. Very spacious and open floor plan. Rooms are spacious enough too. Living room area is big enough to entertain guests and not feel so much like an apartment. Also, the quartz countertops are a nice change and the solid gray color instead of marble granite. The off white or beige paint goes well with the white cabinetry throughout. The carpet is nice and plush and is also a nice upgrade from prior properties. We are well pleased with this brand new property. We love the surrounding retail shops and restaurants within walking distance. Prosper is a great place to be.
I've had two new houses built, and the quality of the apartment meets and exceeds the living space. I'm the first to move in officially, and I appreciate the staff's kindness. The amenities are top-notch, and I enjoy the fitness facility daily. The new construction and apartment complex do have some kinks to work out; however, that's to be expected. The walkability (sidewalks still under construction) creates a unique experience, especially in North Texas. I've already walked from my apartment to Kohl's, Target, Rally House, Starbucks, and more. I'm in the middle of writing book one of my YA/Adult fantasy fiction series Evolution of Vision (evolutionofvision.com), and I'm grateful for the peacefulness. Lastly, Prosper has top-notch schools, fantastic police and fire departments, and a perfect blend of country and suburban. Lakeview is the place for those looking for a family environment with modern amenities (full washer and dryer), safety, walkability, and proximity to corporations (Plano and Frisco).
