Property Ratings at Lakeview at Palm Harbor
The complex is poorly ran and they charge a premium price. Can't be bothered to reach out and fix an issue, just sends nasty-grams. The constantly overflowing garbage container is a good representation of what you will get here. Stay away.
High cost rent does not translate into amenities at this complex. Don't expect to have visitors or guests over due to the fact there's only three (3) visitor spots per apartment pod and they will tow your car quickly. Maintenance requests are filled very slowly, outside lighting constantly flashing hasn't been changed in months. The water to the whole apartment complex is constantly shut off for hours and sometimes even a days long. Do yourself a favor and do your due diligence and read reviews before you rent at this establishment in my humble opinion the money is not worth the product they provide! We all are struggling with the cost of living and this apartment has the audacity to tow residents and their families cars. Look somewhere else trust me
Well the whole maintenance team is great! Sergio installed a new light fixture which is a brighter LED large round lamp than the old track lighting. This is really great and he did it quick and efficiently. Very friendly as well as the staff. As an artist it's better lighting.
This place has been the. worst. living experience imaginable. Find anywhere else to live. Management has changed like 3 times and we’ve been here for 5 months. Our toliet was leaking upon move in and that took over a month to resolve. Our dishwasher is not draining and leaking now and it’s been a week already since we submitted a request. This is the kind of apartment that makes you want to buy a house because you’re tired of nothing being taken care of and the constant landlord treatment of matters. Even just driving around at night there are tons of flickering lights that have gone out. I’ve read reviews of this dating back to two years ago. How does a management not fix even simple things like that after two years???

This management company is beyond terrible. I've put in several work orders that have never been completed. Online work orders are closed without the work being done. They do not answer the phone and corporate calls only go to a voicemail. I've never received a call back. They don't answer emails either. Don't believe the responses from management here. It's just a bot service responding. They never actually respond. Water is shut off to the whole complex at least monthly because there are plumbing issues and constant leaks. They send complex wide threatening emails about towing cars, kids playing, water bills, and patio furniture. They'll threaten to throw your patio furniture away if you leave it outside. They haven't yet because maintenance can't be bothered. Amazon box is broken often and you can't opt out. I ordered non-Amazon items and they were stuck in the box for several days because it was broken. Then the box is full and Amazon delivers to your front door anyway. We pay for pest control, but they never come out. I've caught at least 4 wolf spiders in my apartment, plus lots of ants and silverfish. They got rid of the locking trash cans that keep racoons out. If valet trash doesn't pick up your trash, you can expect to have trash everywhere in the morning. Might as well just add your trash to the growing pile outside the broken dumpster. Find some place else or wait until management changes again, which is probably soon.

I have lived here for over 6 years it was a nice place to live but with new owners i would not recommend this place to anybody if you park in a visitor because you can't find parking they tow your car at your expense of $200.00 my shower had to be resurfaced three times it just keeps falling of the wall the first time they got the chemical all over my bed and destroyed it and told me they we're not responsible for my bed that coast me $700.00 to replace. I lost my hot water and pressure it was out for 3 days i have not had a door on my pantry for 6 months it fall off nobody has been by to fix it. we planted plants and flowers to make it look nice in front and all my did the same we take care of it and it looks great we all got emails telling we can't do this and they will take it all away the only place on property they have nice plants is around the office and pool everywhere else looks bad . Now they want use to pay for the water but there are multiple broken water pipes pouring water in to the streets some have been broken for over 3 months i could keep going but i think you get the point

Ive been here for 5 months and Im absolutely in love with every aspect of living here! The maintenance team here is incredible, problems fixed within the hour. The staff in the office genuinely care and thats something rare! Cater to everything possible in such a respectful manor. Neighbors are amazing! So many dogs that seem so happy too. I love it here, I love the view of the lake and all the amenities! I would recommend Ashford on the Lake to anyone! 10/10

Ashford is a great place to come home to. The community is close to many stores, movies, parks and restaurants, as well as the Westfield mall. Our beautiful beaches are 30 minutes away. Overall, the apartment complexes location is close to everything and has scenic beautiful being next to Lake St. George.

My boyfriend and I absolutely enjoy coming home to our apartment,its the perfect size and very affordable especially for this location however, our move in process was a nightmare, we were on our way to pick up our keys with our packed moving van, as we were on our way, we got a call to let us know our carpet needs to be replaced and we cant move in that day....we then had to turn around, unpack a moving truck and stay with friends since our move in date was now pushed for another week, I understand things happen, as someone who also works in the leasing industry, you are suppose to be check a unit days prior to someones move in date so an incident like this does not happen, it seemed very unprofessional to me. Our leasing consultant barley communicated with us, finally on move our new move in date, we arrived and the apartment smelled horribly or cigarettes, the floors were covered in dirt, sticky liquid on all cabinets bathroom sink was clogged with last residents hair, bath tub was not caulked, patches holes patched horribly, hair in the washer and dryer and was still full of lint. I honestly dont expect high class resort type of services but I cant ignore the fact that it is definitely obvious that no one did a walk through on this unit to make sure it was ready for a resident move in. I am sure this doesnt happen often as I know several people who live here and didnt have this experience. I was told that the lady doing our move in was working from home due to being sick, if that was the case then it seems she shouldnt have been held to do move ins if she is too sick to communicate and have a unit up to proper standards of cleanliness. Now that we are all settled into our new home we are pretty satisfied and would recommend this property. Its spacious and very affordable especially for this area.
Still moving in but, Its such a beautiful place and the staff theyre wonderful.

The community it self is alright, parking is ok but the room of my building is leaking. The solution was to paint over the spots. When I reached out, to point out that is not how it should be handled they mention a roofer would be need to correct the issue but no timeline for the repairs was presented. As it stands more leaks are appearing. No offer to change units or effort to acknowledge the situation further have been made.
Pleasant place to live. I've been here since 2011. Love the staff and maintenance. They are top notch here and always get things done in a timely manner. Beautiful view of lake St. George.

Ashford on the Lake is a great community of mixed generations and pet friendly as well. Conveniently located off Tampa Rd you could go out to multiple stores and still be back home within an hour of leaving you apartment. The Maintenance Department is always friendly and very thorough in their work. A nice place to live.

I lucked out with a fantastic view. I had no luck getting the filthy second story windows cleaned, but spent $100 on an extension device and cleaned them myself. I am about at the end of my rope with this a/c unit, but am hoping that this time it really is fixed. Nobody ever did come and repair my ice-maker which I complained about on move-in five months ago.
I'm very happy here and maintenance has been amazing and respond quickly. I've been in the industry for 30 years and it's nice to see the maintenance team taking pride of the property and the service orders.

Fix electrical issues and appliances also have Pest Control come out and address the issues with the insects. Instead of spray painting just showers and countertop I don't see why you guys don't replace it. Because the paint is coming off and you can see the damage and dirtiness what's underneath.

Great place to come home to. Well kept grounds, lots of trees and lakes and spacious rooms with a good view and lots of sunlight. Close to stores and restaurants. Responsive management team, with good grounds and service crews.
No complaints with RADCO or the management team. Luke and Destiny were very helpful and patient with my family. Weve had no issues with the apartment, I do however wish there was more playground equipment for my kids to play with.
Ashford on the Lake is a wonderful place to live. It is located on Tampa Road between Hwy 19 & 611 for convenience. The community itself is in a quiet, wooded area just off Lake St. George and near shopping centers. They just upgraded the pool area, the fitness room, the landscape & some of the units.
The community is quiet and peaceful. There are fun monthly gatherings for residents. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice and clean. I love all the trees on the property.

Enjoyed my little apartment and location. The amount of money I paid on time, every time holding up my end of my deal to have been given the run around on multiple major issues is unprofessional and poor to a resident. These issues were over multiple management teams this complex has had. I had been too understanding of a tenant each time these issues came up. Asking one time to fix something should have been enough. Not multiple calls and emails to finally get an issue taken care of. I dont withhold my rent and expect you to call and email me multiple times to finally pay you. I have had to relocate for a job transfer and the fact that no one could even work with me just solidifies the poor taste I've developed from these experiences.
The office staff and maintenance staff alike are very attentive to any need Ive had and are very professional. Thank you for ease of moving from another state.
I love living at Ashford on the Lake. The view from my sunroom is beautuful. The apartment is spacious and the complex is nestled in the heart of shopping centers and businesses. What a wonderful experience for me as a new resident of Palm Harbor.
The Property manager is horrible. She is not very intelligent and is rude. I will tell everyone I know not to rent here. Must be why there are so many units available.
I’ve lived here going on three years. The company was bought out not long after I moved in. Ever since then I’m ready to move out. The employees here don’t take you seriously and they act like anything that has gone wrong in the apartment is your fault. I’m not happy living here anymore. Save your money!
