About Lakeside Village UT
Lakeside Village is a 55 and older, Active Adult Community, tucked back in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. We are conveniently located near shopping, dining, public transportation, easy freeway access, and entertainment with plenty to offer without leaving our community. We have an open, grassy area surrounding a beautiful pond, pool, and a relaxing hot tub that is open all year. Saturday mornings we provide continental breakfast and planned social activities daily- including Craft Days, dominos, Bingo, Game Nights, Walking club, Potluck Lunches, and many more activities! Our ground level apartments, sidewalks, and clubhouse are all wheelchair accessible. All of our 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes are equipped with washer/dryer hookups, private patio/balcony, additional storage, walk-in closets, stove, dishwasher, fridge, disposal, gas heat, central air and much more!

Property Ratings at Lakeside Village UT
I have lived miserably in many noisy, dirty apartment communities in Salt Lake over the years, including the one next door to Lakeside Village. But when I moved to LV, I was amazed how different it is. To start, living in a 55 plus community DEFINITELY gives you a quieter home. But LV is also well maintained, clean, and beautiful. I have a lovely mountain view and a roomy apartment in excellent condition. The people are friendly and management is responsive to tenant needs. I have lived here 3 years and plan to stay indefinitely. I recommend LV to all my friends. One down side to living here is high fees, such as property taxes that are passed on to tenants, a $20 monthly fee for your parking space and a high water bill based on a formula rather than your actual usage. Also expect a significant rent increase of about $50 each year. The rents are about mid-range for nicer 55 plus apartments in Salt Lake.

This is absolutely the best Apartment Complex in the entire State of Utah. The Management is so awesome.
I've lived in many different apartment complexes over the years, but Lakeside Village is hands down THE best! The common areas are very well maintained and any maintenance items are taken care of immediately. The office staff is so sweet and always has freshly baked cookies in the office. As for the apartments themselves, they're updated and kept in great condition. Everything looked new when I moved in. Oh, one of the best things is that other tenants are so nice! Everyone says hi and waves. I love it. I don't ever want to move again!
