La Salle

Move in was easy, but the apartment was not cleaned or checked on before move-in. The carpets were not cleaned before move-in as well. The garage smells of cigarette smoke and it leaks into the stairs by the front entrance.

I love living at LaSalle and love the fact that it’s gated. The property is very well maintained and the office/maintenance staff is awesome. The monthly resident events are a great way to meet your neighbors. LaSalle is definitely a cut above!

Decent amenities and good maintenance staff. Attached garage is one of the best things. They do some events monthly which are good but would be better with better attendance from the residents.

I’m really enjoying the community and the surrounding areas. The community functions at the clubhouse are awesome. Definitely a great way to meet more of your neighbors. I absolutely love having a garage, that was my selling point. Also love the location, so close to everything. This community is the best and will be my permanent home. Don’t want to live anywhere else!

So far it’s good had to request a few things other than that it’s fine. I’m praying through this lease everything goes well. The apartment is very nice and we look forward to a pleasant stay at LaSalle.

I still love the community. Maintenance is top tier. Tiana is the best. The community is quite and pretty clean with the exception of the squirrels throwing nuts at you. ??

Very peaceful here. The move in process was easy. The application process was too. Love the place so spacious and I’m excited. Love the staff in the front office as well.

I absolutely love it here at LaSalle. I moved to Dallas in 2021 and have lived in several locations. I lived at the Savoy in Addison, I lived in Thousand Oaks at Austin Ranch in The Colony. Then, I moved to LaSalle 1 year and 4 months ago. This is the happiest I have been since I moved to Dallas. The staff is amazing, and the management company is spot on. They care for their property and make sure it is well taken care of. I appreciate the community events they have, and most of the people here are amazing. My ONLY changes I would make would be to the air conditioning cold air returns, and maybe enclose the internal stairways. It can get pretty toasty in the top floor in the summers. That being said, I would recommend LaSalle to anyone looking for a safe quiet place to live. I have such peace here. Thank you to the staff and management company for all that you do.

I relocated from another state and the young lady in the front office was very pleasant to work with. Thanks Makayla! I can honestly say that my initial experience here at LaSalle was been very good!

I have wonderful neighbors. I feel safe here. When I’m out walking my pets my neighbors are courteous when driving past me. The community events are diverse and fun.

We’ve lived at Lasalle for six years and continue to love living here. The apartments are beautiful and the neighborhood is quiet. They offer awesome events for the residents. We’ve really enjoyed getting to know some of our neighbors there. The ladies in the leasing office are always helpful And the maintenance guys are spot on, Usually showing up within an hour after our request. All in all, we could not ask for a better apartment community to live in!

I Love my yard and my attached garage! Very well kept community! I Love all the new lights and love being near my job. It’s nice to call Lasalle home.

Since this is my fifth day living here at LaSalle, I’m still getting acclimated to the community. But what I can say is that I love it here. I love the fact that it’s very quiet and peaceful, and also love having a garage. I plan on making LaSalle my home for a very long time.

Now that the pest control guy has appeared and sprayed my home and hopefully put an end to the mosquitoes, I'm very happy. He did suggest that they come back in 2 weeks and spray again just to be sure.

Just moved in, but I had an issue with my ice maker, and a friendly maintenance guy was at my place within 5 min and fixed the problem. In general, the area is clean and the folks I've met nice. Office staff is great.

Great place but so many things that need improvement. Not as luxury upgrades as advertised. Lighting in rooms horrible. Not cleaned before we moved in. Horrible looking wood floors with paint specks all over them. Caulking and paint job looks shotty and unprofessional. Hardware like the towel racks in bathrooms looks like 70s decor. For the price this place is comparable to a 2 star hotel.

Friendly people, love the events provide each month. Management is always trying hard to make your stay more enjoyable. Can't wait for events by the pool this summer

Safe and great community for the last 8 years our family has been here. We started with a family of 3 and now we grown to a family of 5. Neighbors are great everyone knows everyone and I see neighbors help neighbors.

In almost 4 years that I have lived here, I have nothing bad to say, I love it because it´s really quiet, without noise or garbage, my neighbors are calm and respectful as are the staff that works in each area of the complex

Comfortable, safe, and enjoyable. The amenities are high quality, the customer service is excellent and the overall atmosphere is upbeat. The location is convenient and being located on the DNT, surprisingly quiet.

I love it here, my apartment feels like home and I love the staff. All is well with one pretty big exception. The heating and cooling is not engineered correctly. An AC guy came that works with the complex but he didn’t know what he was talking about. I got a second opinion on my own and got a completely diff story. The way the current ac/heat is set up I will Never be 100% here. When I have the ac/heat on, the only place that cools or heats is the bedroom and bathroom. It’s freezing in the winter and hotter than heck in the summer. I literally have to have my door open to heat/cool the rest of my apartment, which has nothing to do with a proper unit. We don’t have enough air returns.

I'm very happy to live here! the condominium is clean and organized. the office is attentive and the neighborhood is perfect. It meets all my expectations of organization and peace of mind to live in.

Honestly, one of the best move-in experiences I've had. Makayla, Blanca, and Tiana were all great, answered all of my questions timely. Helped me with my swift move-in, and maintenance request. No complaints. Really good experience looking forward to see how my lease term goes.

Just moved in and things have been going smoothly. The management has been kind and worked quickly to get things updated for our move in. The community has been quiet so far and relaxed.

We are very satisfied witth our apartment Community. Keeps the lawn and otherside areas clean. The trash service is a great amenity. The people we have met are friendly and helpful.

Very nice area, spacious and inviting rooms. There are garages for every apartment which are a great storage area for us. It's about 400$ per pet though when moving in

For seniors living here coming home at night our area over our garage was very dark. Had an incident that frightened me and went to corporate for help to put a brighter lite over garage. Fortunately it was taken care of and we now feel safe and secure .

My resident experience have been like no other to the point that the office staff is really nice and very polite and on point on getting things done for me and the neighbors that live in the community are respectful and nice .

I just moved to LaSalle Apartments today. I have never felt so welcomed before at any of the other properties I resided. Top tear customer service and amenities!

I toured with Tiana and the customer service was 10/10! The apartments are perfect and they made move-in so easy! The community seems very safe and it is very calm.

Excellent complex to live in. It is very clean and quiet. The maintenance is excellent. Very attentive and fast. Beautiful and well-kept green areas. Very good security.

This last six months my experience has been horrible and I can not wait to move. I have had copious amounts of problems with cockroaches in my laundry room. The previous two years have been nothing like this and I am so grossed out and tired of paying high rent for a roach infested apartment.

9 years living here and my family has grown from3-5 and la Salle has been big part off our lives. Many activities family games that has help meet neighbors and other kids in our neighborhood.

Quiet. Clean. Spacious bedrooms. Love the character that older properties bring. Love the large porch. The garage and the storage space inside the garages. Parking is also good.

Excellent complex to live in, everything is very clean and tidy, up-to-date maintenance when their services are required, I recommend it 100% to live in, affordable prices.

I am on my third year at this complex. When I first moved in I loved this place. On my third year when I renewed my rent went up $200 which is ridiculous. No one would return my calls regarding the issue. So I eventually signed because I didn’t have time to look anywhere else. Then apparently the the pest control fee I pay monthly goes towards nothing unless I call in which I had no idea. I figured they sprayed monthly or every 3 months. Then my apartment got infested with roaches and they sprayed and that was it. It seems to be more trouble then it’s worth living here now. I won’t renew next year sadly.
