The 6th floor common area is nice, but the whole floor smells like dog urine. As you get out of the elevator it starts to stink and when you open the door to the entrance of the common area the urine smell is unbearable. The building management tried to police it but did it ineffectively and poorly. No signs posted, no security presence. Not enough cleaning.

In addition to this matter, our team is dedicated to cleaning the 6th floor amenity floor twice a day. In the event a violator is present, please alert the management team to take care of this matter.
I've had a mostly terrible experience living at Kurve. Disappointed to say the least. Management is terrible and unhelpful. Amenities are broken or unusable at most times.

While the property staff, including the concierge desk, security, maintenance, and cleaning teams, deserve recognition for their efforts and dedication, the overall living experience has been disappointing due to persistent issues that management seems unable to address effectively. 1. Chronic Maintenance Issues: The trash and recycling chutes have never functioned since I moved in. As a result, garbage piles up in the trash room, creating a constant stench in the hallways that greets residents daily. 2. Inconvenient Parking: The parking garage gates break down almost weekly, causing significant delays that add unnecessary stress to daily commutes. Access to the building from Sunset Pl is often blocked by deliveries or ride-shares, making entry and exit a logistical nightmare. 3. HVAC and Comfort Concerns: The HVAC system's single-speed fans are not only loud and energy-inefficient but also make living conditions uncomfortable year-round. 4. Ventless Dryers: The ventless dryers release moisture and lint into apartments, posing potential health risks, especially for those with respiratory conditions. 5. Caution: Consider carefully before moving here. While Kurve itself may offer luxurious accommodations, the surrounding neighborhood presents significant challenges. Unfortunately, the area is heavily impacted by homelessness, and residents often feel frustrated by the conditions. Additionally, the cost of living here may not align with the overall neighborhood experience. It's essential to weigh these factors carefully before making a decision. You also have to pay for an outside electrician to install lighting inside the apartment as the light switches are not connected to any lighting. You will not notice that if you take a tour during the day and the leasing agents do not offer this information.

Living at Kurve has a resort feel. The amenities are great, the events for residents are so much fun. The hallways smell so good . The property is kept immaculate. Staff is friendly and ready to help you. The building design is gorgeous. What’s not to love ?!!!

It was not hard to decide to live in Kurve. The property lived up to the marketing videos and even surpassed it as the place is gorgeous. The leasing staff was fantastic (Felipe) as he spent so much time with us the first time we looked at the property and allowed us to look at it again. It is on the higher end but worth it especially because it is a very secure place and with lots of amenities and very near my son's school.

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with beautiful views and solid build. Low noise between the units, and most of all the staff of the apartment are very nice. Love all the complimentary services, especially concierge service, food delivery to your door and easy to let guests in without coming down. Overall I love my experience living at Kurve. Thank you.

This is my 3rd time lost package within just 5 months since I moved in. The first time it was an Amazon package. The delivery man has a photo that the package was on the floor in the mailroom. The second time some friendly neighbor sent the lost package to my home. Obviously, they messed up the apartment number. This time I received a message automatically from the locker notifying me that I have a package. When I came to pick it up the next day there shows no package for me in the locker. You know there is a two-step verification when you want to retrieve your package. First, you scan the code you received. Second, you enter your password. So I was told my package was retrieved hours before I came down. That means someone probably has access to my account and even has my password. When I asked the front desk they required me to come the third day. When I did so, they tried to tell me that the locker was a third-party system and they didn't know how the system works. So I just called the locker customer service and they told me the apt has 100% control of it. Once I received the message from the App, it means the package was assigned to my account and only my account. After I called the locker line as well as stated that there is important information in my package, the apartment finally started to act. They found a lady working for the apartment and she explained and proved that she checked our package and put it back. That's why the package status was "retrieved". However, they can't figure out who next opened the locker. They promised me they will check the CCTV records and let me know before the end of the day. And it has been weeks. I still heard nothing about it.

Kurve on Wilshire is by far the best living experience LA has to offer. In my process of looking for a new residence, I looked all across the county and no where else offered the combination of modern amenities, a plethora of comfortable floor plans with gorgeous views and a lease and concierge team that you genuinely feel has your best interests at heart. This IS the place to be in Los Angeles!

I moved in when they first opened the apartment back in early September. I was looking for apartments while I was abroad. So, I had to rely on the newness of the apartment and the photos they had on their website. Despite constant delayed responses from the leasing office, i some how managed to move in. However, once I moved in it has been a disaster. The a/c did not work for a full two weeks right from the beginning. I asked for maintenance to come over since I had to work at my house and the room temp was going up to 90degrees. However, they at first were unresponsive and later when I was able to finally get an appointment, canceled on me without letting me know. I found out because nobody showed up on the day that they told me someone would come. After that disaster, this is the most frustrating one for me. Since I live on the first floor and there are untinted huge windows in the unit, everyone who passes by can look in to your apartment. They say they care about safety and security, but already someone in middle of the night knocked on my windows scaring the life out of me twice so far. The only nice thing about this aprtment is the security people who stay at the gates and wave hello to me when i pass by. In conclusion, if you want a unresponsive and unorganized scary exprience, please do move in.

Top-class luxury apartment with superb amenities and elegant atmosphere. It will cost a pretty penny, but absolutely worth it. Units with views are more costly, but theyre worth the premium, IMO. Some of the best features include both American & Korean BBQ grills, heated outdoor pool, and seating with fire pits. Units are open plans with ceiling-to-floor windows, which make the city-view units absolutely worth the premium.

We live here now. While things look good, the quality is just not there. Compared to the interior finishes from our DTLA apartments the quality here just stinks.

Bad neighborhood; Poor management Non responsive to questions or concerns. Moving out after only here 1 month. That say a lot.
