This apartment offers a pleasant, peaceful, and safe environment. However, we've recently noticed an increase in roaches, which has become a concern. Additionally, some neighbors do not maintain cleanliness, often leaving the floor in an unsanitary state.

This was my first time living fully alone. I felt like this neighborhood was mostly safe and mostly quiet. The maintenance guys always helped with my issues fairly quickly. I will say 2 cars had their tires stolen and were left on bricks overnight within the gated part of the complex. Also, getting packages from the lobby is difficult if you work 9-5. Overall, I never had too much of an issue personally and would recommend this place to others. Also, it was super nice living so close to an H-E-B and a Kroger and a ton of good food places.

I wish I could give this apartment a 5-star rating, but there are a few reasons I can't. Pros: This apartment is very safe. We have been living here for the past 10 months, and there have been no car break-ins. The area is also quiet and calm. Cons: 1)Neighbors can be inconsiderate; they sometimes use our trash bin without permission. 2)We have had issues with roaches and cockroaches entering our apartment from outside. 3)Maintenance requests sometimes take longer than expected to resolve. 4)The gym door malfunctions. We have been locked inside twice and had to call a neighbor to let us out. Overall, this apartment is a great place to stay in terms of safety and tranquility.

Expect nothing to ever be fixed. Half the time the game room is closed so you can't play pool or workout. The pool is usually closed most of the summer.

We’ve been so happy here. One thing I would like to see change: people dump furniture and other large items in the trash area, and they never use the trash compactor properly. Oh, and they don’t recycle properly either. I would like to see clear signage for how to properly recycle per city guidelines, how to use the trash compactor, and video recording of the trash area to deter dumpers. If we do not all recycle properly then it’s all going to the trash anyways.

Excellent apartment and very well run . Office personnel care about their tenants. I would recommend Kingwood Glenn to others. My wife and daughter and myself are very satisfied and comfortable.

It isn’t much of a gated community when the gates don’t work. Apartment breezeways are often dirty, especially after the storms we had. It would be nice if they would blow out the dirt, leaves, and trash at least twice a month.

We have moved to this place just few months back. As of now it's good, Polite, well maintained apartment. Only problem we have faced there's 3-4 times power cut within 1 months. Twice it happened due to hurricane & thunderstorm. But other 2 power cut happened without any cause. Apart from that it's very safe and well maintained apartment to live.

I feel comfortable…. Is a peaceful space… but the customer service is terrible, every time I go to the office with a problem, it is impossible for them to help me,. But apart from that I love the place, I feel very happy

Worst. Can i give -10? It deserves-10 actually. Worst management. They don't care about the residents. Truly unprofessional. I lived in apartments for 10 years now but never seen this kind of behavior.

We’ve been here almost 2 years and have no complaints. The apartments are clean. The community is nice. It’s pet friendly. The office staff is easy to work with. It’s also very conveniently located close to shopping and a major highway so it’s easy to get to.

Nasty residents
The location is great. Unfortunately the residents don't seem to care about cleanliness. I've had to report dog poop on the staircase and near the landing several times. The stairs and walkways are also very stained from obvious spills or leaks from trash. Trash bins are always left out longer than what is allowed and people do not pick up after themselves. I saw an Arizona tea can sit in the walkway for at least 2 weeks. It's actually embarrassing to have any visitors due to how dirty the staircase is. I'm surprised maintenance does not regularly power wash around here.

Avoid
Avoid. Nothing gets done on time. Repairs are sub par. Infestation is common. We've had the exterminator out 5 times and nothing substantial has been done. Roaches crawled on the lady's foot when she showed us the apartment. Cabinets were supposed to be painted they never were. Constant issues with the drain and thermostat. On top of it all kingwood Glen will demand a premium that is simply out of line with both comps in the area and all together better properties in the area. My advice: run.

Terrible
The front desk lady is awfully rude. They don’t pick up trash like they promise to. The water is not drinkable and they won’t fix that issue. And there isn’t enough visitor parking spots so they’re always having issues with people being towed who are residents

Nice place to call home
My wife and I moved in here a ways back and it's been a good place to call home. It's in a good location, safe and overall clean. Good people live here too. You can have pets and all the extras work. Never had any issues. There are new people in the office and they are nice and seem eager to make this place even better. Works for me. Apartments are nice, never had any problems with stuff working and most important, my wife is happy. Thanks y'all

Resident safety is not a priority
I have lived at these apartments for 2 years. I moved here because it is a GATED community and advertised as one of the safest around. In the past year, several people have had their vehicles and tires stolen. I myself had all 4 tires stolen off of my vehicle overnight in the middle of the week. The management did nothing to help me, just stating that the incident was my fault and that I was not cautious enough. Now I get to pay for 4 new tires while the apartment fails to notify residents of multiple vehicle thefts, and continue to leave the gates open during the day and night. I enjoyed living here, but I feel that all residents’ safety is now compromised under this new management. If you value your vehicle and loved ones, this is not the apartment complex for you.
