The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Zero security no cameras anywhere front office won't do anything about it if you don't like your stuff stolen don't live here
This is probably one of the last affordable places to live in Boulder. It's a small one bedroom for under $1000. That's unheard of right now. It has a great kitchen and bathroom, large bedroom with decent sized closet. The complex has a pool and sauna with plenty of lounge chairs and a great grill for the summer. It's right by the Table Mesa bus depot so you can hop a cheap ride to the Denver International Airport. It's right on Foothills Parkway and US 36 E, so you are a quick ride away from downtown Boulder.
