FPI /KEYWAY THE WORST!! MISLEADING ABOUT EVERYTHING

Where to begin,,, Water leaking out of electrical systems in ceilings and hallways causing the ENTIRE BUILDING fire alarms to go off for hours. NO EXAGGERATIN Fire department said they have responded to same issue for 2 years still no resolution from management, (They called FPI MANAGEMENT KEYWAY APT immature and irresponsible) that's just building 4!!!! entrance gates rarely work(if they give you your card/code, which we still haven't received ours since August) either stuck open or stuck closed. Homeless sleeping in the laundry rooms which are supposed to be locked, hence the reason tenants have access keys provided. Constant theft around property, siphoning people's gas, popping tires, stealing from inside the vehicles. ECT.. The property has had 4 owners in a couple years. They haven't finished "renovatios" because simply put by Brittany the manager "The owner will not finish the rest of the remodels due to running out of money"! None of the apartments that I have visited are weather proofed very well. Holes in windows, weather stripping peeling or just absent, floorboard (radiator heaters) that you can't get to turn on or off, have been painted over to the point of zero markings to tell you the temp or on or off positions. (I have almost 200 pictures, and several videos of what this review is implying) Things like no building permits to build "DOG WASH Building" which hasn't been usable SINCE it was built! FPI/KEYWAY have been told on several occasions, by several tenants of different buildings that they are researching getting legal assistance with these disgusting disregards to rights as tenants and as Nevada residents. PLEASE LOOK WITH CLEAR EYES HERE AND PROTECT YOURSELF AND YOUR RIGHTS!

Don’t move here

Waaaay overpriced and ghetto asf and they set you up to not get your security deposit back via installing things wrong (every single one of my doors fell off). Also making me vacate by the 3rd of the month, but making me pay rent through the 21st even though I won’t be allowed into the apartment because it’s being used for showings. The heat and ac never worked, ac won’t turn on and heat doesn’t turn off, water pressure is nonexistent, spider infestations are awful, and I had to fix some broken things on the property myself because they said even if it happened and they knew about it months before the lease was up, if they didn’t repair it by the time I was out I don’t get the deposit back. :)

Don’t Live here

Very old water pipes that will burst overtime , trust me the plumbers told me that all this apartments are in horrible condition. Had my motorcycle stolen because they don’t have the gates closed. They overcharged my rent. Please don’t live here it will save you the headache. Glad am leaving this dumb soon :D!

1100 DUMPVILLE

I have lived here for two years now & all of a sudden we get me management an they start a no cause eviction. I got boys that are in elementary school so now that these high horsed snobs that now work In the office I have got to pack up my family an find a new home transfer schools which is breaking my boys hearts kuz they love their school an their friends. Not to mention that there are bed bugs infested in all these buildings.. in the carpet.. the base boards. This place is a dump... Oh instead of building a little play ground or play area for kids they put a dog park an a sawna or whatever you wanna call it a sweat room. Really . I wouldn't recommend renting this place to my worst enemy.

Don’t waste your time

Cockroaches thief's coming in from the gate that won’t be fixed for the past couple months. Bed bugs and the problem is that they don’t tell you this not until your stuck on a lease with them. Sorry babes I wish I did a six month leave so I can get outta here ASAP!

Disgusting Filthy Over-Priced. RUN!

Cockroaches. No swimming pool, talk of filling it in. Filthy dirty stained carpets in hallways. Woman urinates in elevator that rarely works. Parking is bad. They asking high rents for the dump located in a high crime area. There have been shootings. Hallways smell of meth/pot all the time. Tenants w/dogs let them crap all over the place. They charge extra for water/garbage monthly ($60plus) and 'Pet Rent' monthly of $25 per pet. Nothing works right in the apartments. Poor plumbing. 40-year old AC unit barely cools one room. It's a terrible, filthy place. DO NOT move in there, you WILL be sorry. They manager is a liar and untrustworthy. They keep raising rents on you making it impossible to stay. AND IT STINKS. Run!

Been here a year and 3 months. Now with a new management company. They are awesome, very easy to work with. They have done numerous updates and have many more planned. They have great maintenance folks and keep on top of work orders we put in.

Tennant no stars are deserved

this is one place you do not want to live as they have bed bugs roaches ants they don't keep up the grounds they don't fix anything it's supposed to be a gated community it hasn't been a gated community since January the management is very unfriendly in the office there's garbage everywhere the garbage dumpsters are always full with beds and couches they go into your apartment when you're not home or even when you are home and didn't request it as it happened to me and water is constantly being turned off because there's major major water problems here the pool was not open for the first year I was here it's nasty place

ConAm assumed management of 1100 Place at the end of last year, and there has been a lot of work to do to make improvements. Our team is committed to turning this community around. Some projects have not been as fast as we'd like, but we're working on it every day. We address any problems with pests as soon as we're notified by residents. Please let our team know if you need a pest control visit. The pool is up and running and has been since the beginning of the season. We only close it at 10 PM, or if it needs maintenance (and even then only for an hour or so). We don't go into anyone's apartment without their permission unless it is an emergency, like a water leak coming from upstairs to downstairs, and we always call them first to let them know. Being an older community, there are occasional plumbing issues that sometimes mean water has to be shut off. The water was turned off once last week due to a main water line break. The water company had to come out and turn the water off and on. We sent out notices to all residents to let them know about this issue. It did take a bit longer than we would have like to get the water turned back on, but this was the only time the water has been turned off for the whole community. We apologize for the inconvenience, and our team is here to help if you have any questions, or need anything fixed. To many homeless people living out the car garage closet

I been living here for 3 yrs now I have a bad experience in these complex. Nasty they don't clean. Management are bad everything is bad don't ever move here.

good , clean, and the people are cool.

the complex is a good place to have kids, pets, and the swimming pool is cool, when it is open. the swimming pool was not open one time this year. The new look to the out side of the building looks great. I signed a new lease and was told by doing so that I would have my carpet cleaned and that never happened and I have been living there for almost two years. Now we have a new problem and that's bed bugs and I have told the front office about this and still no one has came and sprayed my apartment. I have been on the internet and found out how to kill them but, talking to other people in the building it's not just my home it's others as well. They need to service the whole building, I'm no where near being rich or do I have the money. Now I'm with out a bed and a couch because of these beg bugs. And no one is going to replace it.

Horrible place

Never lived in a place so nasty.... Never working elevators or the laundry room alot. Management didnt care and pool open one month for the whole summer and on August. Won't recommend people to move in there not kid friendly

Courtside Gardens

This place is full of false promises. Since I have moved in this supposed gated community, the gates have worked twice. For some unknown reason the tenants can not use the pool. it has taken 4 months to get my leaky sink looked at and they did not event fix it the first time. The Sink had to randomly overflow and flood my kitchen to get a real plubmer in to fix the problem. I had to have the pest control to spray for bugs....which took almost 2 weeks and several bites before the office had them come. Then to top it off the complex hired an outside contractor to put new siding on the outside of all the buildings and one of their employees illegally cut all the charter internet and cable wires and we have been without internet for the past 2 months. The fix will cost $48,000 for charter to come in and fix all the damages and the Courtside Gardens will not have them or the faulty contractor come fix the issue. This Place sucks!!! Also the walls are very thin and we can hear our neighbors fighting constantly and people going in and out of their apartments and up and down the stairs. All in all very unhappy with my living situation and am trying to find a new place.
