I searched for several months all throughout DFW and felt like giving up! Most properties weren't well maintained, and if they were the cost was insane. I found Keystone at Castle Hills by a mistake and am so glad I did! The property is great, clean, and well managed with the cost being very reasonable!

I plan to renew my lease again because I have really enjoyed living here. Its quite, the people are friendly. Maintenance has been fast to respond. No complaints, just a few suggestions about freshening up the flower beds throughout the community. They desperately need mulch. And pool 3 needs umbrellas BAD there is no shade for any of the seating.

this community is quite with amenities for old and young people. the location of the property is excellent with neighboring cities within a couple of miles like the colony, Lewisville, Grandescape, plano, Frisco.... its all here. never gets boring!

4th-5th time I renewed my lease here(I lost count at this point) and everything been good here with little issues here and there, like the cold water never gets cold just lukewarm and the water in general has high levels of dissolved minerals(hard water). So do what I did and buy a filter shower head and water dispenser for drinking water.

The apartment itself is spacious and has lots of natural light. The kitchen is modern and has updated appliances. The complex has a great gym and a nice pool area, which are well-maintained. I have lived here for over 6 months and it is a nightmare. The first 3 months I didn’t have hot water. Put in service call about 10 times and would just get a response that it was complete. Would call repeatedly and kept being told it was taken care of when it wasn’t. Instead of just telling that they had a bigger issue. They didn’t update me and finally a nice young lady let me know what was happening and the furnace was having issues and they were having a tough time getting a part. She was shocked I wasn’t informed and was apologetic. Everyone else wouldn’t even apologize or let me know what was going on. They would respond like i was doing something wrong and complaining about nothing. “Oh you just have to let the water run longer”. Asked to check it next time they supposedly fix it get response “oh they always do and it is the adequate temperature maybe just not the temperature you are looking for”. Yeah I actually got that response. Yet the water never even got a little warm. I would literally have to boil water to do dishes and take cold showers when it was like 30 degrees outside. The water is better now but still not great. After running the water for like 5 mins I can take a hot shower. Water still doesn’t get hot enough to do dishes, still heating up water to add to sink water. I gave up on trying to get them to fix it months ago. Now I have new neighbors above me and I get woken up at all hours of the night. Can hear them walking around constantly as they seem to be on opposite schedule of me and are night owls. Maybe the newer apartments have better insulation but I hear every footstep in mine. Can’t wait for my lease to be up. The bright spot is Kathy and the young lady I didn’t get her name. It’s a shame because the location is nice and the apartment is the perfect size.

Renewed my lease for another year waiting and for a bigger unit to become available. Maintenance is fast and get it fixed the first time and office staff is nice.

Only been here 2 weeks. I like the apartment and the community a lot so far! Maintenance request was only addressed after I went in person and then followed up after a week...I guess there was a vacation going on...but lack of communication led to unnecessary confusion/impatience. Everyone has been pleasant to talk to and application/lease signing was smooth.

Decent place to live. Quiet, maintenance gets stuff repaired quick, plenty of parking and everything isn’t cramped up. Wish I could stay for another year.

In the building where i live, my neighbors are nice and friendly, I feel so safe especially when it comes to my parcels that are being left outside my door for many hours without having the fear of losing it or being picked up by someone else. I hope it will be maintained.

Comfortable place to live in a good neighborhood. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to requests. There is an ant problem in the grassy areas near our unit so it’s impossible to enjoy nice days outside but it’s getting too hot anyway.

We are very happy to be here and we love the amenities of this place. Everything is quiet. You can have a comfortable and noise-free rest... Another point is that when looking for a place to leave your car, there is not much of a struggle. You can always find a place close to your apartment.

Cockroach infestation beyond belief. I find about 3-4 a week and office staff does not care. I asked if they received my email and a guy said, “oooh yeah I saw that.” Okay were you going to do your job and respond?? Can city health department get involved? Absolutely dehumanizing to live here.

I hate it here but im stuck until lease ends. Trash, homeless, dogs barking and aggressive, car alarms constantly going off everyday. If you want to pay for services you.just dont get then this is the place for you.

maintenance always responds to my work orders within 24 hours. the grounds and the pet park are kept clean and mowed . there is always someone available on the office as well
