Comfortable place to live in a good neighborhood. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond to requests. There is an ant problem in the grassy areas near our unit so it’s impossible to enjoy nice days outside but it’s getting too hot anyway.

Cockroach infestation beyond belief. I find about 3-4 a week and office staff does not care. I asked if they received my email and a guy said, “oooh yeah I saw that.” Okay were you going to do your job and respond?? Can city health department get involved? Absolutely dehumanizing to live here.

I love it here, it’s quiet, clean and maintenance is on point all the time. My granddaughter loves the pool. Everyone in the office is so nice. I probably will retire here lol.

maintenance always responds to my work orders within 24 hours. the grounds and the pet park are kept clean and mowed . there is always someone available on the office as well

I have lived here for 14 years. Only complaint I have is I am in a non upgrade apt and have the original carpet. It really needs carpet or flooring. And had a leak from upstairs over a month ago and the maintenance ppl have never returned to fix the drywall . I am 70 and I believe residents that have been here as long as I have should not have there rent raised. I appreciate any feed back .

I love living here! The office staff is kind, the residents are friendly and maintenance is fast. I do wish they would freshen up the landscaping in the flower beds in the complex throughout the property and not just the entrance by the office

Everything has gone very well. From the move in to any repairs that need to be done. The management staff gas been very friendly and helpful. I have enjoyed my stay from the start. I don't have any real concerns or complaints.

I moved into a unit that “has been empty for 2 months” as I was told by someone at the office. Apartment was filthy , and after sending someone to clean 3 times, not one person from the office has checked in on me

The people in office are okay on answering the phone on weekends, but I think it's due to there only being one person there sometimes. The communication isn't great more like due to the third parties like ADT, Pest Control. I don't have many or major complaints about the apartment. The maintenance is great, respond within 24 hours depending on the time you make the request, so far no later than 48 hours.

Ana took great care of me, and the apartment was ready as promised. Keys ready, and trash explained for me. A ground floor was readily available. I was able to get 2 BR for what I was quoted for smaller, but newer, one bedrooms
This property has always been great. It’s a quiet community and their maintenance team is what makes it work. I appreciate all that they do and grateful for their service.

I really have enjoyed living here so far, it is overall a quiet and well maintained property. Plenty of room for my Dog to walk around and very dog friendly. Office has been helpful with any issue faced and the location is great.

I actually moved in around 2015 (I think); so I 've been here for quite sometime!! I like the fact that it's close to pretty much everything...like grocery stores, shopping malls, etc.... it was also very quiet, convenient and close to my job when I first moved in. I have had the pleasure of meeting some really nice people since moving in; but I've also lost a few who's no longer here. Although a lot of changes since being here, less friendly people and not as quiet as before; I still feel it's the right place for me for now!!
