I absolutely love keystone!! Jodie and her entire staff are amazing!! They really care about the residence and are always friendly and very good about sharing info that affect us..I renew my contract every year because of this particular staff!!

I would recommend Keystone to anyone and mention all of the amenities here and how easy it is to work with How good and professional the maintenance office along with special events like all of the community parties and the pizza truck and there are probably more I just don't go to them all. Also about the night "hot" line if you need help or extremely loud neighbors. It just goes on and on. I love it here but the rent goes higher and my social security doesn't..

I do love the management staff being responsive especially maintenance. The pool is beautiful to hangout at day or night. Im glad theres a dog park showing that this team really cares about all family members including the pups!

Excellent management, spacious apartments, one and two bedrooms, with dish washers, fireplaces, washer and dryers, patios and balconies, an exercise room, hot tub, pool with grill and umbrellas for some shade, a dog park for your dogs and very well kept growns with beautiful green grass and trees.

If you need a short term or long term stay, I would recommend this apartment complex 10 times out of 10. Military friendly, but al are welcome.

I love everything about the apartment complex. The employees are kind. The service team is really good at what they do and the manager as well as the leasing agent are very kind. We have been dealing with the agent Leita and shes absolutely AMAZING! Shes gone above and beyond for us. Shes made the whole moving experience a little less stressful and kept on top of everything and was very good at keeping us updated on everything. She had told us a price for the apartment we were going to get and the one that we got and the one we are in ended up increasing but because we couldnt get the one we wanted her and her boss stuck with the original price they gave us. As well as the place over all is clean and honestly one of the nicest apartments I have lived in so far. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Overall it is okay if you were looking for something cheap. Which it's not now. I lived here for 2 years. Just an older place and maintenance will be required. Maintenance is normally on time when submitting requests. Sometimes they will give a temporary fix to get to other problems around the place that has priority and you have to put in another request to remind them. Small things they don't even take the time to really address or keep putting it off. CHECK THE OUTLETS. They were all loose and couldn't keep a plug secure. SO before you move in, have that changed if needed cause they will do whatever they can get to. Make sure you annotate everything problem before move in, even the smallest things or you will be OVERcharged on move out. If you like hearing cars race up the street all throughout the night then you'd have a problem there too. The staff are friendly overall but front office has changed so sometimes you might get the cold shoulder. Rent is also about 25% higher now than last year for some old and outdated apartments. Pool stays contaminated so I wouldn't recommend. Recently had a couple shootings in the area.

For the cost of the units, it would be better to be updated to hardwood floors or tiling as the leaks cause major issues and diminish the quality of the apartment. The AC unit is very old and the microwave has a date of 1987. Updating the apartments with minor improvments would go a long way in tenant satisfaction and quality of living fo the price paid. The outside of the apartments, pool area and gym are very nice features.

Love the Staff !! And the environment is so very comfortable..Parking is an issue and maybe get assigned parking..1 for one bedroom and 2 assigned for 2 bedroom

This has been a pleasant place to live overall. Yes its an older community but overall well kept. Always plenty of parking and so far quiet neighbors. The ladies at the office do a great job !

I would 100% not renew my lease here or recommend anyone to live here. We get charged for pest control fees yet nothing actually gets done that I see. I constantly have red ants coming through my window and I have asked for help and what I got from management was that I can deal with it myself until pest control comes which is FOUR DAYS LATER. I have also had other issues that I asked for help with and put a service order in for and management told me that it wasnt important enough for anyone to come fix. Everyone on this management team is terrible. A retraining needs to happen or hire friendlier people. I was also told that these apartments were nice and that they will be fixed when I moved in. I waited two weeks to move into my apartment just to come into an apartment where the paint wasnt even finished, carpets were destroyed from previous renters, ac and heater never worked, and many many more issues. Bc of management not being helpful, friendly and lying to me I will definitely be ending my lease early.

its a good community, but the apartments are old and falling apartment and rent is way more than what it should be.
I had a great first impression of Keystone! Friendly staff, nice welcome area, fitness area, etc. The tour was great and the move-in was fast! Keep up the great work Keystone!!!!

The staff and location of Keystone is the best in Killeen.
We somehow messed up our login information and it made it nearly impossible to electronically sign the lease - it was a mess, but Jodie was so patient with us and we had fun as we figured out the craziness. Shes absolutely wonderful, she made us feel at ease. Very approachable, friendly, and understanding :)
Keystone- TX has been nothing less than amazing! Management has some of the nicest people I have met and the apartments are up to date and very clean. We are loving it here!
It feels like a family community. Staff is amazing.

Megan and Jodie are the best. We are military and have been through a lot with a sudden move, and they have done nothing but show support and try to help. We, of course, ran across some stuff at move in, so we called and they sent maintenance out asap. The maintenance man is a sweet heart as well. Every place will have its own issues, but the staff here tries to make it the best they can!

I have been very pleased with my time at Keystone. The staff is courteous and very helpful. Everything is well maintained and any concerns ate adressed promptly. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for an apartment in Killeen.
Keystone Apartments is a nice, clean and neighborly community.
Keystone staff went to great lengths to make sure they were able to provide me w a home that would keep me out of a hotel for yet another night. No one else was willing to move us in the time frame which our family needed. I love their dedication to providing us w our perfect home! ????
It's a quiet, affordable community with nice amenities. Appliances seem to be older than myself, but they all work well.
I submitted a request for them to fix a door and they wait after more than a month before telling me that I have to pay for the door before they can fix it. The management is a disaster. I am getting a lawyer to get fix.

I love my apartment! It's on the smaller side of places I've lived but it's on the cozier. It's beautiful. They keep it very well maintained, and the staff is exactly what anyone wants. They listen to you needs and help you to their fullest potential. It was so hard for my husband and I to find a apartment in our price range that met our standards. But this was IT! I love keystone, and i recommend anyone looking for a affordable clean cozy place to call home, to please check them out!
This is my first apartment that I have lived in and it is a great place to be for a first time apartment and future on. It's right in the middle of the shopping district, so anything you might need is pretty much a stop light away. It's gated, so it feels very safe. The pool/hot tub is very nice and I have often gone and played on the sand volleyball area. It has a nice homey and rustic feel to it and I love living here. It's a bit cramped, but then again, it's an apartment, so keep organization ideas in your mind and you'll do great!
These apartments definitely aren't the best. Would not recommend to people with kids who crawl around because they will get cut on the nails sticking up from the carpet.
