Quiet community, great location and beautiful apartments! The pool was great to use over the summer. Packages can be delivered to the main office (I had a phone delivered and wanted to be cautious). The fountain is an added perk!
I enjoy living here. Great community, its clean, apartments are pretty nice. The only downsides are the location next to the highway and the design of the ceilings on the second floor. They are much higher than is necessary and it takes more energy to heat the apartment. Despite this, I still highly recommend the place.
So far so good!! Move in process was simple and the apartment is in great condition. I can’t wait to spend the next year here. So comfy and cozy!
The complex is much better than the last apartment complex I lived in. Newer appliances, my apartment is on the first floor, nicer and safer neighborhood.
Overall, I have really enjoyed my time at Keeneland Crest. The front office staff are nice, we have a lakeview apartment, plenty of space, and it fits most of our needs. The 2 complaints I have are that maintenance does not always fix the things they say they do, we have had multiple issues with things that have slowly gotten fixed as we've made more and more requests and spoken directly with office staff but we had to really push to get some things fixed. This and the fact that the tenants below us, at no fault to the apartment complex, consistently have screaming matches are why the experience has not been perfect but still good overall.
it is mostly good for the first year, but i’ve noticed after the first year things tend to break more easily, and it takes a very long time for them to get fixed and have them come out here. other than that it’s a pretty friendly neighborhood and nice place to be
I’ve been living here for about 5 months now and I’ve had a few things that needed maintenance, which the team has taken care of. I really like the ease of being able to open service requests through our Loft portal app. Maintenance team works very hard, they’re professional & gets the job done.
Overall it is a decent apartment community. They have been updating the apartments with wood laminate floors and new appliances. Office staff changed over the last couple years and it has been a plus. Current staff usually pretty easy to work with and they help out.
Management, security, staffs and environment even people are so good
this has been a great place to live with my sister. we’ve made so many memories being here together. the staff is always friendly. I believe they could take better care of the landscaping but all in all great place.
It’s been a nice quiet neighborhood for my family and haven’t had any problems with living here! Anytime I needed anything it was addressed promptly.
The reason for this Rating, We have never heard any noise since we lived here- until Recently... And people going up and down the stairs sounds like a herd.. the noise thing is New never had it before and it's mostly late at night.
The apartments and area are nice. Pretty quiet, lived here two years and haven’t had any issues. They do different resident events to feel a part of the community.
I absolutely love my apartment, my neighbors, the staff, and the facilities, truly a special place to live on the Southside of indianapolis. :)
Besides having some loud neighbors, it's pretty quiet around here. I enjoy watching the ducks and geese swimming in the pond and how beautiful the sunset is. I love my cozy little apartment.
Overall it’s a nice place to live. The maintenance crew are very nice and helpful and the staff are pleasant to speak with. Any kind of issue we’ve had has been taken care of fairly quickly.

I've lived here since since last summer and I can say that I've had a great experience, especially with the level of customer service. The community is quiet and the staff are great at making sure residents are abreast of updates and notices in a timely manner.
There is not enough parking for the residents. The ladies in the office are nice. The assistant manager makes up rules/policies. There isn’t sufficient maintenance staff for the property. They will not replace appliances that don’t work.
Since I’ve lived here, I’ve had no issues or problems that haven’t been taken care of. Love the pool love the workout amenities very happy here.
Community is nice. Outside of a few maintenance issues that couldn’t be helped like water leaking from an upstairs apartment. Other than that one instance it has been good.
My move in process was so smooth! Such a beautiful location and my apartment has everything I wanted including a balcony and a fireplace. The leasing staff are so friendly and helpful. There are always parking spaces available too, which is a big plus!
We love living here so far. Maintenance has to come a few times, but they get the issue solved fast and quickly. Very nice to have good neighbors and a great pool and gym.
The apartment itself has been a good fit for my family. The size is good. The doors are wide. The laundry in the unit is convenient. My first day in the apartment was less than impressive. The apartment had not been cleaned or vacuumed. There were places on the wall and front door that needed painted and repaired. The washer did not work and it took over 2 weeks to fix. Plus so much more. I had three pages of maintenance that needed completed and it took 3 months to repair. I still have difficulty with maintenance closing work orders with nothing being done. My bathtub floor had been painted and the paint flaked off 2 months ago. I still can’t use that bathroom due to paint chipping. It is still not fixed. Every day I walk into the common hallway there is a strong smell of weed. To end this on a positive note the complex is clean. The office staff has been stern but approachable.

I’ve lived here for 3 years and have never seen so many property managers come and go in such a short time. The maintenance team does not care about you having working AC (mine has been out for nearly 2 months) I’ve been told to “open a door” or “go buy a fan” by the office staff. My dishwasher also has been broken for over a year now. Quite community and good neighbors, would be a great place to live if the office staff cared more about the residents living here.
so far, so good. online leasing process was super easy and efficient. i was able to view floor plans based on my anticipated move in date, apply for an apartment & pay all move in fees and deposit through the loft link and app.
It’s an ok place to live. They have updated some things lately. Haven’t had too many issues while living here and have been here going on about 5 years.
Keeneland Crest is a great place to live! It is a safe and quiet community, with the occasional hiccup. Great location! The amenities are great and the price is reasonable. Would recommend Keeneland Crest!
Overall it’s been pretty okay! Renewed the lease with a transfer so my best friend and I can move in together. I thought that process was going to be horrendous, but the Cheyenne made it seemless and fairly easy!
Good so far! Maintenance was very quick about fixing the issues I had when moving in. Very thankful that the front office is wonderful about answering questions and helping where they can.
Still just as great as the day I moved in. Friendly staff and neighbors. Beautiful property. Welcoming and prompt. So many useful amenities.
Great building, love the neighbors and how involved the staff is. I also love the dog park and car washing station Keenland has for their residents. Definitely recommend these apartments
love our apartment! it’s the person space for me and my fiancé! tons of parking, accessible trash disposal, THE BEST POOL AREA! the leasing office also holds fun events periodically to make things fun for residents!
So far living here has been great. I’ve had some hiccups with maintenance not coming but that aside I really enjoy the community and my new home!
My wife and I have lived here for over 3 years now and every time we’ve had an issue the staff has always been helpful and nice to us! Also the maintenance team is great!
I love living here, I referred a friend here I don't know if I got points for that or not but, yeah on most days it's quiet. The staff is great- the neighbors or whatever above me sometimes are loud going up and down the stairs... But, yeah I like it here.

Great place to live. Very close to a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. Maintenance is very quick to repair. Also very nice place too. Haven’t had any problems.
Overall good. I still have my sink running that they haven’t fixed in my master bath but otherwise I like living here. No problems otherwise. They do well.
They did a good job clearing the snow after the storm. I haven’t gotten my rewards the last couple of times even though I completed the requests.
I really enjoyed living here. I’ve had no complaints no problems. Everyone’s very nice here and they work with you and I’ve enjoyed all the exercising the pool the washer dryer. It’s great.
They are amazing,kind, caring ,people and if I had question they answer it and they didn't know they always go fine the question.And I love what they do for our community.

Place is ok, rent is outrageous for what you get. Took maintenance awhile at the beginning to get things done. Finally towards the end of our lease everything is fixed and working. Carpets come up very easily as well as the “hardwood” which is just stick down flooring, blinds break easily. Had a mold issue but it was fixed and cleaned. Good amount of space. Decently quiet place. Wouldn’t say it’s worth the price, and we even had a special for cheaper rent…

Great apartments, friendly and attentive staff! The office does a lot of activities for the residents. I definitely recommend Keenland Crest.
When you move in be sure to check absolutely everything. I had so many repairs when I moved in and the smell was bad. After 4 months things got better.

I really like this apartment but I really feel like people all around this building is weird and we aways get picked on even when other people do the same thing but aye what can I say but it’s an ok apartment

Its livable. No playground for kids so the kids are loud everywhere. Maintenance is slow for non-emergency items. Management is constantly changing. The last leasing manager lasted less than six months. Once a luxury complex, but not any longer.
It is an ok complex. Haven’t had any problems for the most part with apartment or neighbors. They have made improvements in the time that I have lived here.
It's a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Staff are very nice. I love how close I am to restaurants and stores that I shop at. My apartment is very cozy, I love it here!
