Property Ratings at Karric Place of Dublin
Over a year of paying on time, I missed a rent payment but was never notified of any issue. No call, text, or email. Rather they chose to put a piece of paper on the door demanding vacation of premises. No discussion, no warning, no care for the loyal paying customer. I had the money but it didn’t go through but that didn’t matter to them. AVOID this place at all costs.

Model unit is nice while touring - new AC, proper remodel, high quality. Then you get to yours in the appliances are old, AC is aged. I had a work order open for a kitchen drain backing up and garbage disposal not functioning for 6 weeks with no resolution before moving out. After move out, management charged me for a fire extinguisher that was never installed during their remodel project before I moved into the unit. Several crime alerts, car break ins, shootings, etc. throughout the 1 year I lived here. Highly recommend finding a better, safer, option for slightly higher rent in Dublin.

We are disheartened to see that you feel this way about our staff, as they value each individual they have the pleasure of working with.
I have lived here for 2 years and things get worse and worse. Loved this place at the beginning, but not anymore. Crimes are happening in the community, such as break-ins and stalks. Never get a good solution from the staff in the office because the only thing they would do is blaming you and questioning you why you didn't be careful. rediculous. Recently, they had system issues and lost residents' insurance information. The "solution" they gave is writing a threating letter and asked residents to submit their information again. If not, they will kick us out. So rude and unresponsible. I would tell all my friends, relatives to avoid this community.

Sad that such an older community, with old windows, falling apart wooden fencing around patio's, with wall unit for ac and heat (NOT central heat nor air) continues to raise rent. Currently there are many vacancies, maybe others got tired of such thin walls, and the conditions. Location is fantastic, but not worth the added $25/month fee for Valet trash pickup, plus a seperate fee for trash dumpsters throughtout the property, and added fee for landscaping/grounds maintenance.
Maintenance makes a lot of promises, but doesn't actually fix anything. The grass is always mid shin height. Walls are paper thin so much that you can even hear your neighbor cough. Recent car break ins. Drafty windows that are probably 20-30 years old. The pool is never clean. The new staff is aggressive and stressed out. Oh and rent has increased drastically over the past couple of years. Bad value.
Affordable living in a great area! You are seconds from the mall, restaurants, and other entertainment. Karric Place of Dublin offers a fitness center and TWO pools! With a friendly and helpful staff, Karric Place quickly becomes home. Each unit is a ranch style with that quaint little neighborhood feel. Even though this property is older, it has become one of the most well known communities in the area, due to its affordable prices and high way access. I definitely recommend this community, especially for young professionals who just need a nice little starter apartment.
I love living here, it's quiet, very affudable and the maintainence is superb
