I like the building. I wish there was a rooftop that would be dope but I do love my balcony. The garage has been broken for a long time. I don’t really have any complaints except prices.

Great location. Pool lacks sunlight so not great but doable. Could use theatre more for just keeping open and running sports games so people can freely go in to watch a game. Maintenance and concierge and office staff very responsive. Could use to go cups and napkins at the coffee area. Overall good place to live.

This building offers everything: easy access to the Blue Line, a Jewel with a pharmacy and bar next door, and it's just a block from Fulton Market. You simply can't beat this location.

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and have loved our experience here. The staff is incredible and needs our needs quickly. The amenities and clean and not over crowded. The parking garage is attached to the building so I always feel safe. Would recommend.

So far I have loved living at K2. Its clean- the maintenance staff is quick and most importantly, its safe. While it may seem pricier than other places, its really not that much more and what you get is so worth it!

Solid place to live. West loop area is quite vibrant. By train station which is quite loud sometimes. Great amenities including basketball court. 24/7 concierge is also nice.

The apartment community is great. There are a lot of events that are very welcoming. The staff is always on top of their game. Anytime I have an issue. It gets taken care of within 24 hours.

Best building in Chicago and I mean it! I have never had an apartment with such an incredible staff and the most luxury amenities. Plus, it's in one of the best pats of the city!
The K2 building is located in a great location. They keep the building nice and clean. The staff have all been really nice and helpful since I’ve moved in.

Building has a nice entrance and friendly staff. The appliances in the units are older but work fine. The location is great - right by Fulton Market and a block away from a grocery store. The resident hallways need a deep clean and new carpeting. The dog park is open to anyone. And the choice of gravel makes dogs incredibly dirty and dusty if they play on it. Astroturf and cement would be far more appropriate choices if they’re willing to clean and upkeep. The small dog park in front of the building astroturf hasn’t been cleaned in a long time. The units aren’t horribly sound proof but I’ve been fortunate to have a fairly quiet floor.
I just moved in and the building has great amenities and helpful employees. The apartment is clean and appliances are new. It gets bright in my room early and I can hear the trains / highway.
Lovely staff, beautiful amenities and perfect location to Fulton market and Randolph! I can not rave more about this place as it was the perfect introduction to life in the West Loop.
The leasing office staff are some of the nicest people you will meet. They respond quickly to inquiries and they are always professional which is so helpful for first time tenants.
In general, the building is maintained well and kept clean. The maintenance people respond very quickly to requests, which I really appreciate. The amenity is pretty good. The only negative thing about the building is how easy the sound travels through walls and floors. If you have a noisy neighbor or people in the gym are dropping dumbbells very loud, you can hear them pretty easily.
Location location location! Walk way to Jewel super great amenity that allows direct access between buildings. Blue line provides easy connectivity to both airports and in walking distance to Ogilvey and Union Station.
K2 is a great place to live. It's in a fabulous part of town with great restaurants nearby. The building is always clean, staff is prompt when maintenance requests are made with great communications. The apartment has very nice amenities, pool, workout center, theater, party rooms etc.
This place is very clean and safe. The concierge is super helpful and management is always responsive. The price is a little high compared to other places in the area.
So far this building is fantastic, the concierge staff is awesome, the building staff is amazing, and the place is always clean. Love this place
Amazing building with great management! Our living room and balcony view is incredible! Huge private dog run! Great location! Very big swimming pool!
