Fantastic Place to Live

The management is friendly, maintenance is always prompt, and the location is perfect for me. Having a grocery store in walking distance makes a quick dash for something very convenient. I've been here for 6 1/2 years and love it!

Great location and great maintenance

This is a great place to live because it is so close to so many places that you don't even need a car. Maintenance is fast, and there's always some kind of contest where you can win gift certificates. A great place to live!

Highly Recommend

I'm new to this apartment complex, but my experiences so far have been positive. The application process was thorough, but management processed my application very quickly. They answered any questions I had in a prompt and courteous manner. Upon move-in, I was greeted by several friendly neighbors. This is a controlled access property, so I feel safe here. The grounds are well-kept with a lovely garden in the center. And the location is excellent--with Sprouts, King Soopers, and Target all within walking distance. And a Ross is opening soon. All-in-all I highly recommend Joliet Towers!

It's a REALLY GREAT PLACE to live!!

Joliet Towers is just an all-around great place to live! Great location (right behind the Gardens on Havana Mall), within walking distance to King Soopers and other great stores. It's quiet and in a lovely residential neighborhood. My neighbors are fantastic. Rent is great (much lower than other places in the same area). In other words - I love it!
