Beginning along Bladensburg Road and extending along Benning Road to the Anacostia River, Langston includes part of the United States National Arboretum in its boundaries. Langston is located in Washington DC's northeast side, roughly three miles from downtown. This hilly, wooded neighborhood is home to the Langston Golf Course, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and the RFK Stadium Open Air Farmers' Market. Shops and restaurants are plentiful in Langston, which includes the Hechinger Outlet Mall. Langston is close to Gallaudet University, located to the northwest, and Atlas Performing Arts Center, directly west of the neighborhood.

Property Ratings at Jetu
This place is really inexpensive and helps me save. This is in a dicey neighborhood. Some parts are ok but others are...interesting. The halls are not well maintained and the staff can be unresponsive to tenant complaints. Only go there if you really need to save money.
Jetu is located in NE DC near the historic Carver Terrace neighborhood and it's near the beautiful Kingman Lake. The most spectacular amenities that they offer is the inclusion of it's utilities in their rent (you don't pay gas or electric) and it's awesome landscaping. If you're looking for an affordable unit that is close to H St. Corridor, metro and shopping, then Jetu is the apartment for you!
