My husband and I have been here for 5 years! The activities have been great! ?? Love the calendar activities-something for everyone!

We moved to Ivy Point Cypress on February 18th, 2025. Thanks to the Ivy Point Cypress Team and residents, it is exactly what we were looking for at this time in our lives.
Ivy Point is almost family for all of the residents. After four years I am completely pleased with the atmosphere, staff and facilities.
A great community for anyone and everyone over 55. Lots of activities, so a bunch to choose from. Your time can be your own, or you can join in the fun. It’s a great area and located close to churches, and about a mile from shopping. A perfect place to call home. It’s an active adult community.
I’m so proud and happy to call Ivy Point Cypress my home.

Convenient to family, shopping, and other needed resources without having to access major traffic, clean and neat, residents and staff are welcoming, friendly and always helpful. I feel at home here.

I have lived at Ivy Point Apartments for over four years and find the community and management very compatible with my somewhat high expectations.
We love living at Ivy Point Cypress. Management is caring, friendly and responsive. The beauty of the complex is a high priority and it shows...we have a beautiful community exterior. We also have established several close friendships with other residents that only enhance our living experience at Ivy Point.
We have enjoyed the activities that are planned. From resident lead classes to brunch on Mondays. (Bingo is my favorite)

We needed to downsize from our 55 housing community. This does that. It saves us money, and the place organized and well mainttained
Ivy Point Cypress provides a safe environment, enjoyable and very well appointed residential apartments and a variety of recreational facilities all managed by an on-site professional, but friendly, staff. The facility is close to shopping, hospitals and a major thoroughfare.

Ivy Point is a great place to live. Great staff and prompt attention to any request; includes a variety of events and activities'; residents are friendly, helpful and fun to be around. Facility is well maintained and residents are kept apprized of events, changes, or repairs.
My husband and I are going on our third year at Ivy Point Cypress. There have been a lot of changes, but fortunately, they have been for the best. The rent has increased considerably, but that seems to be the trend in apartment living. We love the staff, and we like the neighbors, most importantly, we feel that this is a safe place to live.

A truly great place to live and to enjoy the other residents living here.
I am enjoying my residency here at Ivy Point and have one of the best views of the pool and landscaping, the resident master gardeners overseeing and performing much of the labor. Many residents are engaged with assisting our management in improving the looks and overall condition of this location.
We enjoy our senior apartment complex for the other residents, for the activities here, and also for the location here at the edge of Fairfield

Ivy Point Cypress is a beautiful facility. The residents are friendly and helpful and management is very nice and concerned for our residents. The facility has many fun amenities and activities for everyone. You don't get too lonely here because there is always an activity in our pretty club house, by our nice pool, or on our grounds with it's gorgeous flowers and plants.
Really enjoy my community here at IPC. Any concerns are taken and acted on swiftly. Maintenance is always on the ball and their work is done in a timely manner and done correctly. The front office mingles with all of us here and acts on any feedback we give. Just a great place for active adults!!!
Maintenance issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Activities are great for the residents.
