The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Italian Villages
Cons -Poor management and manager is never around -Paint chips super easily -Carpet is old and falling apart where it connects with the bathroom and kitchen -They take half your security deposit despite cleaning (not worth it) and carpet cleaning (which they should just replace entirely). -When we moved in, they forgot to replace lightbulbs, blinds were damaged and a wasp nest was outside our master bedroom. Things were not cleaned (literally a popsicle stick, gunk and a Pokemon card was found in the freezer). Was told they would give us a discount on the cleaning fee…two year later they said never mind. Pros -The clubhouse space is nice -The community is nice -Decent amount of visitor parking but could be better. -Location is convenient
I normally will not write reviews but i felt like this was necessary to help others. After seeing this apartments you would think that they are nice... beware they are not. Thin walls, dark walls, and just a depressing atmosphere. The sprinklers are on at all hours of the day and it will ruin your cars paint there is no getting away from it. winter time comes around the stairs get slippery and they do not provide enough salt for even a small snow storm. As well we couldnt get half our deposit back for having a nearly perfectly clean apartment. They will nickle and dime you for every little thing even though it is normal wear and tear. Beware of them it seems nice but i promise you that it would be a mistake to stay here.
The management here is awful, they would not come and do repairs for us the entire year that we were here. After we moved out we got 600 dollars taken off of our deposit for leaving the apartment basically better than it was when we got there. They are liars and will do anything for a quick buck. DO NOT MOVE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY!!!!
Dishonest and poor management. They will enter your apartment without notice. You WILL NOT receive your deposit back. Failure to provide ice for walkways in winter. Thin walls. Depressing paint. Strongly advise staying away. Only good thing about the apartment is the location. Way overpriced.
I have lived at the Italian Villages for the last year and the apartment is great! It's newly built so everything is still really nice. Great sized bedrooms and bathrooms. And an awesome kitchen! My only complaint is they don't allow pets!
the only problem with the complex is the employees. The manager would not allow pets (even with a medical condition) he even went as far as calling the doctors office asking for confidential patient info. Other than that the places are very nice and very well maintained.
