While Ive only been here a few weeks, Ironwood is a fantastic apartment community. Austin made the apartment search, application and lease signing process very simple and easy. His quick communication answering questions and providing access to the apartment made a massive impact on why I choose Ironwood. If you are looking for a “classy” place to live this apartment does have the physical features. However, the tenants here are not, beware that there will be parties constantly and a majority of the people here are young and do not care about the rules. We have spent 10 months living here. I stay here 50% of the time as I travel, I look forward to being able to sleep peaceful in a hotel versus our apartment. Management has been notified half a dozen times of the noise complaints, it is not my job to manage the tenants behavior that’s why we pay so much to live here.

Ironwood has been everything I could ask for in an apartment complex! The community features (outdoor space, sauna, gym etc) are amazing. For the rental price, the size and quality of apartment is a steal. It is very fair and I appreciate that a lot!

Ironwood was my first apartment I moved into! I absolutely love it! Staff is friendly, very clean place, the apartment has Small events during holiday and other residents will host game nights in the community rooms.

It's a great place to meet friendly people. Everyone seems to like it here.
Our experience at Ironwood has been ok. The Maintenance team is great! They respond to service requests quickly and are very friendly. As far as the actual apartment, it is poor quality for the amount of rent paid and for how "new" the building is. Our counters show every and any mark left by something and they are impossible to get clean again. They don't give you a key or fob to get into the building OR your apartment OR any facility inside the complex. If you have a dead phone, you're screwed. It's extremely inconvenient to have to bring your phone with you everywhere, even just to let the dogs out. The security of the apartment is not great either. I have seen people from the street walk right into the garage door when it's open and can get into stairwells without their phone because the LATCH locks are not working or have never been activated at certain stairwells. They have 3 guest parking spaces outside that are consistently occupied by the same cars, meaning they are residents. Also very inconvenient if you ever wish to have a guest over. There are also underage kids drinking long into night hours on the weekends in the Gallery and on the balcony. We have had to call the police twice because they were literally screaming and yelling at 3am.
After my first tour of ironwood I knew this was the place for my girlfriend and I, the staff was very friendly, the amenities at ironwood are phenomenal and very up to date. Staff here is always saying hi to you or giving you a wave. They want you to feel as comfortable as possible.
It's a new and beautiful building. The apartments are upscale.
Iron wood is placed conveniently to the freeway, and many of your favorite stores and grocery stores. The staff here are friendly and do a great job of accommodating to the tenants. That being said, move in is very easy.
Great staff, attention to detail, a first rate experience.
Great brand new apartment complex, amenities are top notch, great location, neighbors seem quiet and respectful so far!
