About Iron Mill Lofts

Newly renovated, bi-level, three bedroom, two bathroom, loft apartment in highly desirable Northern Liberties. Originally built in 1871 as Eagle Iron Works, Iron Mill Lofts offers a unique living experience in a historic Philadelphia factory. Each loft offers a private entrance fashioned with a diamond plate entryway that touches on the building’s industrial past. Many of the original features have been restored, including hardwood floors, exposed brick walls, wooden beams, and ductwork. The living room boasts soaring ceilings and huge windows that offer a bright, airy living space. The 1st floor bedroom has an opaque sliding glass door that allows for privacy while also letting in natural light. Ideal for a single occupant, couple or roommates, the 2nd floor has a 2nd bedroom, bathroom, and a 3rd slightly smaller room that can be used for a roommate on a budget, an in-home office, gym, craft space, or closet. On the 2nd floor one bedroom has an opaque window that overlooks the living room and let’s in plenty of light without compromising privacy. The 3rd room has a large skylight. Apartment layouts can also be utilized as office space for startups and emerging companies. This apartment features easy access to street parking. Located in Zone 10, residents can acquire a parking pass from The Philadelphia Parking Authority. On-site private parking is not available. The cost for an annual parking permit is $35 for the first car, $50 for a second car, and $75 for a third car. This is an annual fee. Centrally located, Iron Mill Lofts is just a few minutes away from I-676 and I-95 as well as nearby car share spots, ample bike lanes, and SEPTA transportation centers to make getting around the city a breeze. The property is mere steps from Northern Liberties highly desirable nightlife, The Piazza at Schmidt’s Commons, Acme Market, and an eclectic mix of boutique-style shops, restaurants, and bars.
