I have lived here for over a year now. I love the property. Very quiet, no loud neighbors, great trash service. ABSOLUTELY GREAT MAINTENANCE. Most of my maintenance requests are resolved SAME DAY, and I have never lived anywhere with that fast of a turn around. Love it.

Do not move to this apartment complex unless you want to be paying hundreds of dollars more than your normal rent all because of their numerous hidden fees for utilities, valet trash (which we dont even use), gas (might I add there is no meter), sever consuption, sewer base, and the list goes on and on and on. Renting is not like it used to be, now they want to charge you for everything and they don't pay anything or even do timely repairs when requested multiple times. Cars broken into all the time, gates don't work, they are always open, no security at all. A neighbor of mine even got beat up when his vehicle was vandalized all because gates don't work and anyone can get in. This apartment complex only wants money money money and doesn't care about the occupants.

DO NOT LIVE HERE. The management is terrible. I moved out in May, and they NEVER sent me a final bill. I now have a debt collector calling me telling me that bill is now in collections. I asked multiple times for them to send me the bill and they kept saying they would but never did. Now, my credit score is a wreck, and this will stay on my credit report for 7 years. Also, they waited until the day before i was supposed to move in to tell me there was a leak. I could tell the apartment had not been cleaned when I moved in. Spend your money anywhere else other than this apartment.

Very well run on a 36 hole Country Club golf course. Parking lot improvements on a regular basis, trash pickup and routine landscaping.

I live here now 2 years and I will stay another year..I like it here. I have no complaints..beside the valet trash fee!! I can see the dumpster! And I have to pay $25 ...every month! $300 PER year..I'm not happy about it. But if I need help with something, regarding my apartment or lease..Adriana and everybody else in the leasing office are soooo helpful..I like living here..

BEWARE they will try to steal your deposit. I moved out on November 30, 2017. They sent a mail to my new address confirmed that I had money left over from all the charges they made (cleaning the apartment, water bill, gas bill..etc) they first said that a check will be sent to me within 30 days. After 30 days, I called back and was told that check will come after 60 days and not 30 days. Fine, I waited. After 60 days, I called back and the lady who picked up the phone said that everyone went out for lunch so she can't answer my question... She got my number and said that someone will call back soon. Nothing happened. I called again and this time rose picked up and then told me that someone in her office will contact the corporate and give me a phone call on Monday regarding my deposit since it was Friday when I called in. Today is Tuesday night and yet no call nor response back from these people. If you can rent some where else please do, they are quick to get your money but very slow in returning your deposit nor response back to your request. This is very unprofessional.

Not worth it, I’m writing this because it will get managements attention!!! I’ve lived here since August and I’ve been polite about the pest(roach) problem because I was told they have someone who can spray. I’ve been getting my apartment sprayed every other week and it’s terrible they come out the vents, under the base boards, behind the mirrors, under the the countertops and I’m by far disgusted. I have complained to maintenance about pest and the fact that my porcelain throne has been clogged for a week due to the the tenants above me that I’ve complained about in regards to noise, multiple residents in a 2 bedroom because they allow the sun rooms to be a “third living space”, also the poor cleanliness habits they have to a courtesy patrol that never answers his phone and an unhelpful leasing office but they prefer a tension free environment. It’s 2 am currently and you would think I would be sleep but I can’t because there’s constant thumping and jumping going on upstairs. Also they’ve started a trash valet that was of no help because those responsible throw the trash on the side and let it pile up which adds on the the pest problem. Dogs are not required to be on a leash nor are the owners required to pick up after them. I guess you can’t have peace of mind in a place you pay rent!!!! If I could go back to August I would start over and keep looking and so should you.
Great place to live. Maintenance is quick and the staff is very friendly. New Management is really turning things around.

New management has been better then the old. They are always nice and understanding when I go into the office and they always to to make sure all your issues are taken care of.

great place to live, maintence and staff both very nice
The staff and apartment maintenance is not so great. When I first moved into my one bedroom apartment I was told that no one had even checked the apartment to make sure it was move-in ready and since it was busy the day of my lease signing, I was obligated to tour the apartment alone (keys were given to me while staff stayed in office). I moved in and my shower head wasn't working after I submitted my repair request TWICE, someone finally fixed it after two weeks. I have now been here for about 5 months and I plan to leave soon now that I have a higher paying job. These apartments are not an ideal home to go home to. Everyday when I get home from work there are tons of people walking in the streets so you have to be very careful. I would never come back to live here even though the rent is really cheap or at any apartment near Woodmeadow Pkwy. The only good thing about these apartments is Debby, she is very helpful but all other staff are rude and careless.

The apartments have recently been upgraded (certain units) as far as amenities and exterior color. The area, which I feel brings the value down, is quiet very seldom. There are often gun shots heard and emergency response is always in the area. Loud music is heard every night as well. Management is very understanding and maintenance is awesome. Don't ask for pest control unless you can wait up to 6 months, after your asking, for them to come spray.

I moved into the Hampton Greens on September 9, 2009 and I have been here ever since than. What I like about the complex is that the Administrative Staff are always very nice and they listen to what you have to say. When there is a maintenance problem you really do not have to wait long for the problem to be resolved. We have the largest two bedroom unit and once you walk in it does not remind you of an apartment but it feels like you live in a Condo of a townhouse. For the most part all of my neighbors are really nice people it is very quiet and I like that for I am a college student and we are also handicapped and parking spot has been put right in front of our residence. Every time i think about moving I always seem to change my mind.
