Intown Apartments

Would not recommend West Tower south apartments because of the grease from Toro Loco that covers our balconies.

I’ve lived here for almost 4 months, and while the apartment itself is decent, I’ve had a major issue with flooding in my unit over the past few months. The worst part was the emergency maintenance service—despite it being advertised as 24/7, no one responded to my calls, texts, or voicemails during an urgent flooding situation. This left me and my family cleaning up the mess ourselves and losing sleep worrying if the water would come back. To make things worse, the issue was fixed but we were never informed, which caused unnecessary stress. I spoke to the property manager, who apologized but refused to offer any compensation for the trouble. I hope management improves their emergency response and communication moving forward because this was a frustrating and avoidable experience.

Since the new owner took over the building has become a mess. No security, nasty pool, nasty elevators. Package room is a mess the only good thing left in the building is the staff

Property and amenities are nice, but property manager is unresponsive and rude. Packages get lost very often, elevators sometimes don't work.

I have had a very pleasant experience living at InTown. I really like the building, staff and location.

I have been living in this building for a long time. This building is not safe. In my First year, they stole more than 20 car's airbags including mine. Last year they stole my father's car and attempted to steal my motorcycle 2 weeks later as you see in the first picture there is a broken key inside of the disc lock. Today, they tried to steal it second time and broke the key part as you see in the second picture. These are my experiences so far. Some of my neighbors had the same experiences. The gate door is open or broken most of the time that's why anybody can go in and out. There is no security camera in garage they don't keep garage safe even though we have told them many times. You may not see your car next day. This building is not safe and clean. You can see garbage all around. I am moving out soon. I STRONGLY do not recommend you to move here if you want to stay safe.

In town is a great community. The location is amazing, so much to do without the need of a car. All the amenities are wonderful and make stay at home days amazing. This building beats every other building in the vicinity. The apartments are also perfect and offer lots of variety. I am very happy as a resident here.

I had a bumpy ride with my leasing experience due to apartment availability and multiple change of unit options, however, once I got in and settled, everything has been a smooth ride.

I've been living in InTown for a few weeks now and have really enjoyed the building and location. The apartment is mostly in good conditions.

Managers have no clue how to handle issues as professionals.

In my first month, I have been super happy with the move-in process, the facilities, the staff and the dedicated staff that make it a wonderful place to live. It is a great community.

No thanks, no good experience just more expenses more fees , higher rent, and can’t have any guests , or people over. No guest parking.

I love intown and I always recommend this living space to all of my friends. The staff is amazing, the area is beautiful and full of things to do, very lively. The actual apartment building is gorgeous and my apartment is modern and clean. I love it here.

Don’t believe the positive reviews…they are not real. InTown is run by a corporation, and trust me, it’s all about money and nothing about tenants. They make it look like it’s this stylish building, but pull back the curtain and the apartments are small and cheaply finished, things don’t work properly in the building, and the management does not treat the tenants as they should. A million rules but no consideration for basic needs, and when they cause problems and cost you money, they just blame it in you. Honestly, the worst place I’ve ever lived!!

We are so happy that we decided to live at InTown! Not only are we in a fantastic area that is only growing more popular, our apartment layout and balcony are HUGE, the staff is extremely friendly, there is a great sense of community, and the amenities are great. The building itself and the apartment furnishes are also modern, and we received such a great deal on rent (relative to other options with similar features).

I am very happy living at InTown apartments and have had an overall positive experience. Julia and Agnes and the security team have been very helpful, friendly, and attentive and I believe it is a great value for Miami. I would recommend it to other people.

The building looks brand new. All the amenities are kept super clean.

Great community , the living arrangement is convenient easy to navigate from the parking garage to coming to the room , to using the gym , the pool its always home feeling here. Love using the garage and its always working correctly, the staff is great they are hard at work everyday making sure building is clean and sanitized from the elevators to the floors , overall great experience .

I absolutely love living at Intown apartments. The apartments are beautiful, the building has amazing amenities, and the leasing office staff is incredibly professional and understanding. From the moment I took my tour of Intown Apartments, Agnes was there to answer all my questions and to help me with everything I needed. From assisting me with the application process, to easing the move-in. Agnes was fantastic. As for Intown in general, I truly feel that I will be happy at Intown for many years, and feel privileged to call Intown apartments my home.

Awful. Do not move here. Theft from garage, no safety, incompetent management, constant increase in bills and once, a threat to fine us $2k for the apartments mistake in not opening our AC vents when we first moved here! Cant wait to move out :)

Intown has a beautiful accommodation that feels safe and secure for a new resident to Miami. The Staff is professional and friendly. This is an excellent choice for leasing. Intown is in close proximity to my University and this is really great. The amenities and floor plan of the facility is well designed. Mycah J.

I love my unit, the view, the facilities and activities provided for residents, the Community Rewards program, the friendliness of management and staff, and the neighborhood environment, a very safe area.

I enjoy living here. Any issues Ive had its been addressed immediately. Always quiet and O love the views. I Highly recommend living here.

I am overall very satisfied with my living experience, also with the CR program which rewards residents engagement with community issues. The mailroom and lockers for package reception work very well, which is important in these Covid-19 times where we rely so much on online shopping. Also the neighborhood is excellent from a scenic viewpoint and also security-wise, and I profit of it for daily lengthy power walks. The location is also a plus, quite central and accessible for a multiplicity of services and facilities. And last but not least, my apartjment is quite adequate for my needs, very luminous, everything works, and the view, with all that greenery and typical vegetation as far as the horizon, is a blessing in these times where we perforce have to spend so much time indoors.

Living at intown apartments has been fantastic I absolutely love the building and how well the staff runs the place I will most definitely be renewing my lease here when its time!

Leasing team/management does seem to want to give residents the best experience possible.

Carlos made our move-in experience so easy. We hesitated to move during these times, but he made us feel so comfortable and had everything in order from the time we signed the lease until the time we received our keys and scheduled the move. The building is so clean and everyone on the team makes you feel like you are home. Thank you to the Staff at InTown.

Living the Brickell life style in Little Havana. This property is very much a rose in a field of daisies. I plan on living here for as long as I can afford it!

Enjoyed the application and lease process it was online and easy. The building is well maintained and nice. No complaints thus far.

Dirty place. Unfriendly staff. Always something is broken down. Paper thin walls. Oh and nobody will take you seriously when you complain.

Intown is a new and nice building. The management team are friendly and maintenance staff is friendly. The building is perfect for young urban professionals accustomed to city living.

InTown is very responsive to maintenance requests and they're good at trying to find the root cause of the issues.
