I lived at International Village before relocating to Florida, then chose to live there again when I moved back to Minnesota. Each time the office staff were professional and polite. I had an issue with my microwave and was able to put a request in online in the morning, the microwave was fixed by the time I got home from work! Amenities are fantastic. The apartments are spacious with plenty of closet space and my neighbors are all pleasant and respectful! I live in a dog friendly building with my pup, there's plenty of areas to walk and they keep disposal bags nearby throughout the property. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.

Had a positive experience living at International Village, and I'd recommend it for any age or family situation. Pros: -amenities are unmatched: large fitness center, two lighted tennis courts, two indoor basketball/racquetball/volleyball courts, indoor pool and hot tub, multiple saunas, outdoor pool, outdoor gas grills, more -helpful, responsive, and friendly maintenance and office staff -apartment interiors are clean and reasonably modern -well-maintained landscaping and prompt snow removal -easy access to groceries, shopping, and I-35 Cons: -buildings are older and have a dated exterior appearance -imprecise temperature control in room, especially with heating

The staff here offer EXCELLENT customer service! After I moved in I had issues with a noisy upstairs neighbor who didn't seem to ever sleep at night. After a few weeks, when earplugs, white noise and sleep meds didn't work, the apartment manager went above and beyond to help me remedy the situation. In the end she helped me find a top floor apartment to move into. I would definitely recommend International Village based on this experience alone! Not to mention the amenities are great! It is not the newest complex in the area but it offers a lot for the price. Indoor and outdoor pools plus hot tubs, sauna and exercise room are kept very clean. They own 6 buildings on 20 acres, so it is very quiet for sleeping at night. You can't hear traffic, sirens or planes.
Apartments.com helped me locate the best apt in the South Metro (MPLS, MN area! International Village Apts offer an E-Application and it works great, includes a huge discount. My apt search was very easy and painless. My apt was clean, new and basically maintenance free. The amenities are out of this world. Including an indoor pool and well as an outdoor pool, many jacuzzi's, tennis courts, basketball court, racket ball, workout room, golf putting greens, house shoes, table tennis, pool and a great event room. Prices are very reasonable and the staff are the best anyone could imagine. I had a great experience with the whole process thanks to Apartments.com and the staff at International Village Apts. International Village provides a clean, safe, and fun environment for all kinds of residents. With incredible amenities, including indoor/outdoor pools, a gym, tennis courts, and even a movie room, there is so much to do within a few steps of your apartment. Being a pet friendly complex with beautiful grounds, you and your pet will feel right at home.
We were moving from out of town and out of a house to an apt. Looked on apartments.com and found International Village in Bloomington. IT'S PERFECT!! Beautiful grounds with walking paths, gardens and sculptures. Indoor and outdoor pools/hottubs, workout center, basketball and tennis. Community get togethers like ice cream socials and yard olympics so we easily get to know our neighbors. A great onsite team running everything, even coming out on the 4th of July when our power went out. We're close to everything, the location is great. Main streets running right into Minneapolis, Highways close by, and just minutes from the airport and MOA. Yet, it doesn't feel like it. When we look out our windows, we just see well kept landscaping and sculptures. People walking their dogs, it's a VERY dog friendly place. It's beautiful, friendly, safe, and perfect for us. So glad we found it.
After losing our house I was reluctant to return to renting again but this place changed my mine. Our unit was clean and bright when we moved in, nothing needed to be done. 2 blocks from Kennedy HS so my kids can walk to school. Amenities are fantastic. Its like living in a resort. With each building having a different theme it really does feel like an international community.
Great amenities, location, and staff. I look forward to moving in and enjoying the new spot.
