I searched all over Reno for a place without breed restrictions for my German Shepherd, and this was the only one that said “no problem.” My 5-bedroom house was sold while I was still living in it, so I was in a huge rush to find a new place. When I found Inova online and entered my information, they called me shortly after to offer help. I had to change my move-in date a few times, and whenever something came up, the office staff quickly resolved it and got me my keys without delay. In what was a very stressful situation, they went above and beyond to help me manage everything smoothly.

I've lived at Inova almost 4 yrs. Moved in when they were still building. Many things have improved since then. They are very pet friendly, only problem is to convince pet owners to clean up after their pets. They have an excellent maintenance team now with minimal wait time for issues. Office staff & management is helpful. The apartments are spacious & have plenty of storage space. The complex has a lots of amenities & does have community events. Their mandatory amenities fee is a little high, but every community has a fee it seems with prices increasing everywhere. The location is great with easy access to freeway & lots of shopping nearby. Summit Mall is within walking distance.

Walking around the complex feels like walking around a village. People are friendly and approachable, especially at the dog park and play ground. It is nice to enjoy so many activities in walking distance from my home.

It’s nice here. The pool and the gym are really nice. The community is also nice. It’s pretty quiet here and the facilities are kept nice eand clean.

The staff is great! The grounds are not kept up very well. The pricing for the amenities is outrageous and not worth it. I still cannot figure out how I pay more for water, sewer and trash than I did in my home.

This apartment complex is a great place to live! The units are updated and spacious, with plenty of natural light. I really appreciate the community events they host, which make it easy to meet neighbors. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, and the management is friendly and helpful. The only downside is the parking situation, which can be a bit tight at times. However, the overall experience has been fantastic, and I would highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community. It's a solid choice!

Living here has been pretty great overall. The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained, and I love having access to the gym and pool. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are usually responsive, though sometimes it takes a little longer than I'd like to get things fixed. Noise can be an issue occasionally, but it's manageable. Honestly, it's a solid place to live, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment. It's not perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons!

This is a good community with amenities (that I don't use enough of). The pool, gym, community room and mail/package service are well maintained. However, the initial construction should have required better sound proofing/insulation - my upstairs neighbor apparently does cross fit by throwing tractor tires around from 5 - 10 pm each nite and various other times - each one landing with a thud on the ceiling. As well as jumping rope wearing cement blocks as shoes. The dryer is NOT smart - I've battled for 4 years with settings - i.e. set for 1 hour and before I sit down cycle is over - obviously the clothes are not dry. So have to use multiple settings and cycles to dry clothes while Not doing anything else.

The staff front office staff were absolutely amazing. I had a lot of questions and concerns when I started the process with them and they took the time to answer all of them thoroughly. I was also treated like a person and not a number to fill a unit. Paperworks filled out and I'm waiting for an apartment that will be ready soon, due to my preference of unit I opted to wait for a particular one. The amenities that are available are clean and well maintained as are the grounds.

My experience here so far has been great, neighbors aren’t noisy, and very friendly. I like how are parking is very accessible, love the garage! Staff is wonderful as well!

The staff and maintenance team are amazing. Been living here for 5 years now and beside some things taking time it's understandable. My only issue is the parking at times seem some people do not use their garages at all sometimes and there are cars that are sitting in unmarked spots for weeks at a time maybe even almost a month, I get the apartment assigned spots as no one but the resident assigned to it can park there but the unmarked spots are kinda a mess time to time

We need a swift move in and they helped us get in and on a Sunday as well! The staff is very nice and friendly. We’ve never had a better experience with leasing staff or maintenance than we have here for the week we have been here. They are very accommodating and the process was easy to do. If you need a little help they leasing staff is happy to help. I definitely recommend.

A well cared-for apartment complex, that comes with staff, maintenance, and management teams that stay on top of issues! These teams at Inova are actively involved in taking care of the property, and they listen to the residents...a big difference from the previous management team. Also the amenities are excellent with the always-open weight-room/exercise room, the basketball gym, the open year-round 20-yard clubhouse pool, the soon-to-open 25 yard pool, the main office's coffee bar, a few other outdoor game areas, and two dog parks. A short walk down the street is the Summit Mall that boasts a Trader Joe's, a Reno Running Company Store (for all of you runners), a Theatre, and a bunch of restaurants and cafes. Yes, I recommend this complex!

I've been to few apartments here in Reno before and so far this is the best. I love how organized they are and I love the garage provided in each unit. The apartment also looks well maintained. Also love the events provided for free for the residents to help them on their well being. One thing I didn't like the most is that the restrooms on the gym smells bad and the gym is nice and almost complete but I hope it has a rack and dip machine.

3 days in our new apartment is a breather for us as newly weds. Moving in is a hassle free experience thanks to our agent who provided all the needed documents and things to do before moving in. The whole property is indeed luxurious and homey. One thing I didnt like the most so far is that weve requested the vallet trash bin 3 days ago and its still not here.

Great place to live. Just with assigned parking is sometimes a hassle because others park in the assigned parking. Maintenance takes care of things right away. t

We have been at Inova now a little over 5 months and are very happy living here. We just have had some crazy stormy/snowy weather, and they immediately shoveled the walkways and put salt down the day before the anticipated snow fall. They have a great Calander of events, and they always update you via email what is going to be taking place. Lots of dogs, always on leashes (and we have dog parks here as well) all are so friendly and our little pup loves playing size does not matter. As seniors we feel very safe living here. Rick and Dee

Big garage and convenient location. The compound is clean and valet trash service is nice. However, my neighbor does listen to his TV really loud late at night.
