The casinos may be what draw visitors to Reno, but the “Biggest Little City in the World” has become an exciting, alluring locale for renters who can look past the slot machines. Everything has been great so far! Speedy application process, love the amenities. There are a few things in the apartment that don’t work though. The bottom drawer in the master bath, the outlet on the kitchen island and the hall bathroom sounds like a faucet is running but no water is on.
I love all the amenities and every employee I’ve met has been absolutely fantastic! I just wish some of my neighbors knew what quiet hours meant! And that the walls and floors weren’t so thin.
Me n my son just celebrated 3 yrs living here & the Beautiful Inova & we are soo appreciative & grateful for the peaceful community. We both feel very safe & secure

Beautiful place to be, nature walk close by, express way close, easy to get anywhere you are going. Lots of shops near by. Very spacious apartments, glad to call it home.

My experience living here at Inova has always been 5 stars! The office staff are always super nice and helpful, the maintenance team as well has always been on top of things if they go wrong. They are all wonderful! I love the pool area, park and clubhouse during the summer months to keep me and my children busy. The location is one of the things I love the most, all the stores at the summit and being in a clean area. I plan on raising my family here at Inova for a long time!

This management team is extremely responsive, as is the maintenance team. They consistently strive to offer a positive customer experience, and are far better than the prior management team (that rarely addressed issues), of two years ago. Most tenants are friendly and considerate, and a few others keep to themselves...pretty standard for any neighborhood. All-in-al, a very positive and improving experience for this resident of five years.

As a resident of Inova Reno for several years, I've noted the ups & downs. Complex is located at a good juncture for the highway, & noise isn't terrible (better windows -soundproofing wouldn't hurt). Neighbors could use reminding of how to be a good neighbor; the walls-ceiling are NOT soundproof. If you do cross-fit w/a tractor tire & cement shoes, know we hear everything. Also, clean up after your K9 & use sidewalks; each time you or pet walks through the gravel, rocks, (not the sidewalk) it tracks to the garages and/or to our apartments. I'm trying to 'keep it clean' for my neighbors and me! The noise levels are mostly okay as are the engine/motorbike revving. I could do without the smart appliances as I spent a lot of time re-starting the dryer after 9 minutes because it is not dry despite being set on a 1-hour cycle. The hot water seems to take longer than it should to heat up and seems to run out fast, even for a 1-person shower and shave! Take the good with the not as good.

Peaceful, organized, and safe community. My only issue is the water in the shower is not that strong. I hope they increase the flow of the water on the shower.

I searched all over Reno for a place without breed restrictions for my German Shepherd, and this was the only one that said “no problem.” My 5-bedroom house was sold while I was still living in it, so I was in a huge rush to find a new place. When I found Inova online and entered my information, they called me shortly after to offer help. I had to change my move-in date a few times, and whenever something came up, the office staff quickly resolved it and got me my keys without delay. In what was a very stressful situation, they went above and beyond to help me manage everything smoothly.

I've lived at Inova almost 4 yrs. Moved in when they were still building. Many things have improved since then. They are very pet friendly, only problem is to convince pet owners to clean up after their pets. They have an excellent maintenance team now with minimal wait time for issues. Office staff & management is helpful. The apartments are spacious & have plenty of storage space. The complex has a lots of amenities & does have community events. Their mandatory amenities fee is a little high, but every community has a fee it seems with prices increasing everywhere. The location is great with easy access to freeway & lots of shopping nearby. Summit Mall is within walking distance.

Walking around the complex feels like walking around a village. People are friendly and approachable, especially at the dog park and play ground. It is nice to enjoy so many activities in walking distance from my home.

It’s nice here. The pool and the gym are really nice. The community is also nice. It’s pretty quiet here and the facilities are kept nice eand clean.

Being a resident at Inova has been great for me and my family! We love living here, going on 3 years now and we definitely call this place home. The neighbors are friendly and quiet a long with all the staff members in the office. Maintenance is always friendly and on top of things! Definitely recommend living here.

Management team, maintenance crew, and office staff have really improved this complex. They seemingly have done a much better job of screening applicants, and keeping the non-resident interlopers at bay! We appreciate their efforts in keeping the complex more secure, clean, and sparkling!

The staff is great! The grounds are not kept up very well. The pricing for the amenities is outrageous and not worth it. I still cannot figure out how I pay more for water, sewer and trash than I did in my home.

This apartment complex is a great place to live! The units are updated and spacious, with plenty of natural light. I really appreciate the community events they host, which make it easy to meet neighbors. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues, and the management is friendly and helpful. Living here has been pretty great overall. The apartment itself is modern and well-maintained, and I love having access to the gym and pool. The location is super convenient, with tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are usually responsive, though sometimes it takes a little longer than I'd like to get things fixed. Noise can be an issue occasionally, but it's manageable. Honestly, it's a solid place to live, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient apartment. It's not perfect, but the pros definitely outweigh the cons!

This is a good community with amenities (that I don't use enough of). The pool, gym, community room and mail/package service are well maintained. However, the initial construction should have required better sound proofing/insulation - my upstairs neighbor apparently does cross fit by throwing tractor tires around from 5 - 10 pm each nite and various other times - each one landing with a thud on the ceiling. As well as jumping rope wearing cement blocks as shoes. The dryer is NOT smart - I've battled for 4 years with settings - i.e. set for 1 hour and before I sit down cycle is over - obviously the clothes are not dry. So have to use multiple settings and cycles to dry clothes while Not doing anything else.
