I've been living here for almost five years now, and it’s been a wonderful experience. This 55 active community has everything I could ask for — a great pool and hot tub, a well-equipped workout area, and plenty of nearby walking and biking trails. The location is perfect, just down the street from the Salt Lake Bees ballpark and close to shopping, so it’s easy to get around and enjoy the neighborhood. It truly feels like home, with a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community.

It is very clean. It's just nice walking into the open area seeing stairs on each side. Love that there are elevators on all floors in convenient areas. The team greeting you at the front desk is so friendly, and treat each resident as we are special to them. It's amazing how they always know your name. They have a great active calendar of things to do. For a team of three, I think they work hard to please us. I'm pleased!

Only been here a few week but already feel at home. The community is great for us, very quiet, relaxing and their rooms are very spacious. This home for us and our kids sorrowed it. @son, “this is great for you mom and dad”. I couldn’t have said it better. My husband is Alzheimer’s and this is so perfect for him to relax and enjoy walks inside the community and even outside. He loves watching people in the common area and the smiles he gets back from them. This is home for us. Especially for myself as a recovering breast cancer patient, caring for my husband here is more relaxing and more me time. The activities monthly are extra treats for all the residents here and everyone is very friendly, The community is clean, and well cared for. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy your retirement, this is the place.

Incline at Anthem is a great place to call home. It’s a beautiful complex with many amenities, and it’s close to a variety of stores. The other residents are friendly and kind, creating a community where people look out for one another. Management and maintenance have been wonderful, quickly addressing my needs.

I love my apartment and community. office people are great and helpful. if I have any complaints it would be amount of dogs and some of the type of dogs! sometimes I think dogs have more rights than we the residents do. they need to control how many dogs are allowed per apartment, 1 comfort dog and 1 professionally trained and liscensed service dog!

If you are looking for a safe community to cll home with lots of fun Incline is that place! Doors are locked after 6 & on weekends so just anybody cannot walk in. There is always something to do & a few new friends to do it with. There are stairs if you want-but there are also 3 elevators to move you & your groceries safely to your apartment. If you are bored you just need to come out & look around-there are classes or games daily. We have several times a month dinners, BINGO, Breakfast or dessert bars. Don't forget Carpool Dinners-if you no longer drive just sign up & someone who drives will let you ride with them. There are also religious groups & classes you can meet with.

I love living at Incline at Anthem, I have been here since 2022, and the apartments are beautiful, have great finishes like stainless steel appliances, tall ceilings, and LVP flooring. There is plenty of closet space, and I love having trash valet, parcel lockers, and a secure building. We are close to trails, shopping, restaurants, Mountain View Corridor and so much more. be sure to check this community out!

I moved to Incline after living in the same house in Idaho for over 40 years. Quite a change to move into an apartment! As a widow, I feel safe at Incline. They have a great maintenance crew if I need something fixed. There are many activities and social groups as well as a hot tub and pool. There is no reason to be alone or feel alone when you retire, come to a friendly place where you are surrounded by wonderful people.

The interior is declining. The carpets need cleaning and sometimes it hasn’t been vacuumed for too long. Even just a quick vacuum where it’s littered. People are putting their garbage out early morning so it’s there all day and I’m embarrassed when I have company come over.

I love living at Incline at Anthem. The employees in the office are very friendly and professional. The building is constructed so well heating and air conditioning bills are very low. The events planned by the association are most enjoyable. The people are very friendly. The location with mountains in the background is gorgeous. There is very little traffic. It is one mile from the Daybreak Train Services that will take you to downtown SLC or the airport.

This is a great place to live. I’ve had a positive experience with the management. The apartments are nice and have new and updated features. I enjoy the activities provided and it’s nice to visit with other residents. Pets are always welcome. The entrance and common areas are beautiful. I love having the elevators available. The outside grounds are clean and well maintained. The location has many choices of restaurants, grocery stores and shops close by.

The building is beautiful and all of the residents have been very friendly. The management company has recently changed and the transition has been less than smooth. Hopefully, it will continue to improve as the Greystar employees become familiar with their jobs and responsibilities here at Incline.

Trisha and Callie are two of the most considerate, all around fantastic people on the planet. I’ve lived in a lot of places and they are top notch property management professionals! Anytime I’ve had an issue or concern, they have been quick to resolve it. I am so thankful for them! The maintenance team is top notch! The community and the grounds are well kept, and they are impeccably fast when it comes to work orders. Last winter on the coldest day of the year the battery died in my car and one of our maintenance guys took the time out of his day to jumpstart my car. We had one of the harshest winters and they were meticulous about removing snow from walkways and roadways to make sure everyone was safe. Anytime you see an Incline staff member around the property they are quick to say hello and give a friendly smile. APARTMENTS: The individual apartments themselves are well appointed and spacious. I love having a large closet and full-sized washer and dryer in unit. The tall ceilings and large windows are perfect and make it feel like less of an apartment and more of a home. Unlike other apartments I’ve lived in, I never hear my neighbors, the soundproofing between units is fantastic. The features of my apartment including the ceiling fan, accent lighting and wood floor really make it feel luxurious. The kitchens are large and have stainless steel appliances, plenty of cabinets and a large pantry. The apartments on the 2nd and 4th floor have white cabinets while the other floors have the darker cabinets. The internet is really fast also which was really important to me. AMENITIES: The community has plenty of uncovered parking. The pool and hottub are the crown jewel of the community, it is always clean, well kept and very relaxing. There is plenty of seating and 3 cabanas in the pool area. I really appreciate the parcel lockers as I do a majority of my shopping online. The gyms offer a variety of machines from basic cardio to CrossFit. There’s always activities planned from bingo and game night to food trucks, you will never be bored or disappointed at Incline. I’ve had friends over and they refer to the Incline community as a resort. COMMUNITY: The community being keycard access adds an additional level of security. At night the community is well lit. And they also have security patrol as an additional level of safety.
Since the change of the property management last year, Trisha, the manager, along with her team made many positive changes. Activities are amazing with new billiards tables, weekly Bingo, and special events monthly. Several maintenance work has been completed since the management change, i.e., cleaning exterior windows for all apartments, vacuuming carpet in the common area, and replacing air filter and smoke alarm battery. More importantly, the communication between the management and the community have been improved significantly. We've the whiteboard in the lobby listing all current month activities and clip-on board for notice in every elevator. And we can also get hold of the manager easily if needed. I'm happy to see these improvements in the past few months.
The people make this place extraordinary. This community will give you as much privacy or friends as you desire. All my neighbors are dynamic and friendly. The place is immaculate and living here has been extremely secure and carefree. I’m never a day without feeling kindness and positivity from the staff, and they make sure this is a tight ship. I’m saying all this as a single, living alone, disabled female. This place has let me live more of my life in a healthy way.
If your looking for an over priced one bedroom apartment with no working drier, dish washer, furnace/ac look no further! Staff our unhelpful and rude when asked anything. Every hall smells of dog urine and they only have one very small dog park that is always covered in dog poo. They offer prizes for games but never give out the prize. Anything to do with maintainer takes weeks and many calls before anything is done. Living here has been nothing but a pain and I would never resign a lease here
