IMT Desert Palm Village

I've had a wonderful experience living at IMT Desert Palm Village, largely due to the exceptional management. The manager Kelly is always professional, approachable, and quick to address any concerns, making sure the property is well-maintained and that residents feel valued. Communication is clear and timely, and it's obvious that the manager genuinely cares about the community. Highly recommend this complex for anyone looking for a great place to call home!

I lived here for more than a year and they have excellent services. The staff is friendly and I was helped by Garrett who’s amazing.

The move in process has been quick , easy, and yes it was a little more pricey than I was expecting with move in costs. The office , especially Garrett really made the move easy and made sure It was easy to communicate as well as any questions I had will be answered right away. So far this place is starting to feel just like home !

I've lived here for a few years and I have to say that the leasing staff is great especially Garrett he is the man to go to for any questions.

Excellent Maintenace, Best Leasing staff, Low cost

My girlfriend and I were out in a stressful, difficult situation. We searched for our next home in Tempe all week and the stress just kept getting worse after each apartment visit. This all changed after we meet Laine at Desert Palm. We went on tour and not even half way through we knew this was our next home. From the start Laine was so kind and helpful by listening and understanding our needs and wants. After moving in our life has been so much better and we can’t thank the staff at DPV for working with us. Words cannot describe how thankful we are. On a side note the community has 4 pools, a great workout gym, basketball, volleyball and soccer courts!!! We love it here!

I have lived here for 5+ years. The leasing office, the property manager, Kelly and the maintenance crew have given me nothing less than stellar service. I have had 1 issue in all those years when's I found that someone went in my vehicle and helped themselves to a pack of cigarettes and a few bucks in change which ended up being my fault because I didn't lock my doors that evening. Since Covid they utilized that down time to remodel the entire complex. The office was newly renovated and all the apartment exteriors have been redone. They are currently improving the grounds and the complex has never looked better. I highly recommend this property.

The property itself is bit old, but the maintenance is on time and does a good work. Worst experience with the leasing staff, didn't want to reveal the name cause it might affect the person later. Once you become the resident, the leasing staff has no respect and hung up the call for raising some concerns regarding the referral bonuses. Obviously I had a very polite tone and was understanding what the application process actually did, also being an International student I didn't want to risk my reputation by unnecessarily venting out at a person. Still that person was so impatient and hung over the call, even if the call got cut out of signal issues, then she should have made a called back atleast.

I have now lived at Desert Palm for 2 years and I cannot say enough about this place!!! The office staff is amazing and so nice, they help you with absolutely anything you need! The maintenance is also incredible if you need any work order done they will be there before you know it and get it done! If you are looking for a new home this place will not disappoint you and I am so happy I made that decision 2 years ago!

Rude staff, poor communication, car got stolen, poor maintenance I.e. a tree fell on the sidewalk in a storm and didn’t get removed for weeks, cockroaches. Only stayed as long as I did because it was hard to find a place to accept my large dog. 2 years I was there, was happy to leave. Most poorly treated by leasing office members than any other apartment I’ve stayed in.

This is the go-to place if you're looking for the best bang for your buck. I've lived here for an entire year and not had a single issue! Neighbors are no louder than anywhere else. People are friendly enough that I can take night walks completely comfortably (I'm a small dude, but it's 90% A.S.U. students and families here). Haven't seen a single bug and I've never been sprayed. This probably seems like a payed review so I'll throw in something negative just to be realistic–the outside of the apartment buildings is yellow and sort of ugly, but the trees and greenery are beautiful, and like any Disney movie will tell you, it's what's on the inside that matters. Also the "gym" is small, but growing! Management is super friendly too, everyone says Thomas is the man to talk to, and he IS awesome, but so is everyone else there! All in all, great, quiet, friendly apartment complex. Would recommend it above any place nearby.

I'm going on my first year and a half of living here and it has been amazing , the staff here is top class and there's always people to play sports with and work out with in the gym. There's always someone to socialize with in the office and computers with printers also somewhat new movies available for rent. The people here are the best experience of it all.

The first thing that caught my eye when I was in the office was the plethora of signs informing new and old Tenants about the dog policy and how every dog is excepted. They even have individual dog parks for my little guy to play and meet his neighbors. I enjoy the office staff for the exceptional customer service skills they all possess. The maintenance staff as well. They are always eager to say hello and ask if everything is okay and if I need anything.the layout of the apartments are great, the master bedroom to include the guest rooms are like in size which is great for myself and my roommate. I would recommend this apartment complex to everyone

Great location, friendly people - it's a great place to come home to. The landscape is always groomed and they have so much to do here. Between basketball, volleyball, and swimming there is always something to do. The office staff is incredible; they even call you by name. They have computers/printers to use, movies for you to rent, they have little get togethers, they sign for your packages, etc. The complex also built a dog park...great place for doggies and their humans to socialize. I believe you would be happy to call this your home.

Wonderful complex, great staff, well kept grounds, pools could be cleaner. Laundry facilities are ok, but need new machines.
