Imprint is beautiful and the staff is kind. The space is luxurious, well kept and all people are friendly. The views are amazing and the neighborhood has so much to access no matter your lifestyle. Food, friends and solitude are easily accessible.

My wife picked this community, finding it online and speaking with Don, Amber and Darian prior to our move to Chicago. We were swayed by their sincerity, the architecture, and the proximity to the sights and culinary standouts. Imprint was OUTSTANDING in every way! The security and maintenance teams are also exceptional. We loved it here.

Yes, it can be tough to find a place to live downtown where the renovations, over the years, have been competent enough to not leave problems with water, heat, windows, and other important aspects. Solution? IMPRINT! Loving the simple elegance of my apartment, the views, amenities, and especially the friendliness of the staff.

So far, I have found Imprint to have friendly and helpful staff (maintenance, property management office, and front desk/concierge) which makes a positive difference on a managed building apartment living experience!

Imprint is a wonderful community to live in! Maintenance team is super quick to resolve issues. Concierge are all bubbly and inviting. Management is very responsive and does do a good job of keeping any issues at bay.

Very happy I chose Imprint when moving back to Chi from Texas. My unit is big and bright with tons of windows and a beautiful balcony with killer views. The concierge, maintenance and office staff are so kind and go above and beyond! Plus soo dog friendly! Highly recommend this building!

As someone who was moving from a distance that didn’t allow me to conveniently tour the building in person, I was reasonably worried that I’d be blindsided by Imprint’s fantastic marketing upon arrival; the place wouldn’t look like it did in the virtual tour, I would hate the building setup, the package system could be difficult to navigate, the elevator setup would cause me problems, etc. However, I took the jump because of the sincerity I felt from the management here at Imprint. I am *SO* happy I did! Walking into the building for the first time, I knew I made the right choice. My unit was even better than I had originally expected and every little detail was well thought-out and accommodating to residents. Management and the concierges make me feel like I absolutely picked the best choice— I feel incredibly lucky that my “first apartment” will never be talked about as a horror story (as they often are) and truly feels like the luxury I didn’t know I could have!

I love it here, other than the occasional smells of wet dog in the elevator. I wish this building was pet free.

My rent went up $250 a month rather than $20. My air filter wasn't fixed, and my AC was broken - I was blamed for this. The building flooded and was under construction - one of the elevators was out for months. My washer is constantly broken. Very poorly managed and does not follow through with promises. I will not be re-signing

I would not recommend living here. While our unit itself is nice, management is unresponsive or rude and there is a revolving door of front desk staff.

Great space, area, and staff. Overall, amazing experience!

To begin, we have had 2 major water leaks within 2 months caused by the same resident! This caused a huge inconvenience to residents - a restoration company came both times to remove drywall and left VERY loud fans running in our apartments for weeks at a time. Not only was this noise extremely loud (you literally couldn't hear the tv or hear someone talking to you in the same room), but it used up so much electricity. Imprint management did nothing to compensate or accomodate us. More recently, we had a third water leak, in which the same occurred. It's really hard to enjoy living here, because it seems as if there is some major event/inconvenience occurring every month. It's not worth the price or the headache. Furthermore, maintenance routinely enters your apartment without proper notice, which is extremely annoying. They claim that they called in advance to give notice, but it's simply not true. Management hardly does anything to correct any of these issues besides sending emails "thanking you for your patience". Finally, there are some extremely entitled, loud, and disrespectful residents living in this building. They will blast music and scream until 1am in the middle of the week (despite there being quiet hours after 11pm), which is incredibly disruptive to those of us who have to work. When asked to limit the amount of noise at these times, they will get mad and play their music louder. Management has been made aware of the issue, but it has made little difference. If you work mornings, or generally enjoy not hearing loud music at all hours of the night, please look elsewhere. You can find much better places to live in this area.

This place is mismanaged. Units seem cheaply made. Lobby is rarely cleaned. Dirty floors and dog pee on the floors and elevators constantly. Constant smell of weed in the elevators and halls. You’d think they step things up being in a pandemic. Gym is a joke and way too small. Major flooding occurred, and we only have 1 elevator for a 30 floor building it’s becoming a miserable place to live! Save your time and money and go elsewhere with quality management, construction, and amenities.

This place is a joke. The amenities are always disgusting and unkempt, the lobby is sparse and has only dying plants, and now the entire first floor is covered in salt stains because there is no common sense to put down rugs to stop tracking it in. As of this weekend, the building really went to crap due to extreme flooding from burst pipes. I’ve seen numerous other residents complain of flooding in their apartments and the extreme timelines given for no resolution. This is the cherry on top. As a result of the flooding there are thick sheets of ice outside of all parking garage doors. I nearly slipped and fell hard when walking out. This building is not properly cared for and the rents are really expensive for sub par service and living conditions. DO NOT RENT HERE!

Don’t be fooled by the “pretty face”. You can hear AND smell everything everyone on the floor is doing. The amenities are average and the fire pits almost never work. My entire unit flooded last night and I sat in 2 inches of water for 5 hours waiting to get in contact with someone. They were able to send out an email about the elevators being a little slower than usual, but couldn’t even acknowledge their residents who’s belongings were being ruined. Their solution to having industrial fans, dehumidifiers, and an entire restoration crew in my unit for a week was a $500 hotel reimbursement in the form of a Visa gift card. I have never felt more helpless than when dealing with management here in an emergency situation.

As a new resident of Imprint and Chicago from the south, I am highly satisfied. This definitely feels like my new home! I feel safe and in a great location for a new resident of the city, everything is right where I need it to be within walking distance! My studio apartment is very spacious and has a great view! I was really nervous about this big move, but Nicki helped make this move so much better!

I moved to Chicago from Mississippi and found my home with Imprint. The residents, management, and leasing staff have created a warm and inviting introduction to the South Loop life for me.

Living here feels so easy. I love having an in-unit washer and dryer, and to set up wifi took seconds, I just plugged my router into the wall. The other residents and staff are nice, and it's fun to see puppers sometimes when I'm in the lobby.

Luxury apartments in the heart of Printers Row. Community staff is friendly, courteous and helpful. Amenities are on par with other boutique high rises in the area. Would recommend living here!

Love my convertible apartment in printers row. Imprint has the a great modern layout with new appliances. Cant beat the location, the only downside is the cost for parking.

Imprint is one of the newest buildings in the south loop, and has amazing layouts and gorgeous views. Office management team, maintenance, and front door concierge are all top notch and provide excellent service. Just to walk into the building and be greeted with a warm friendly hello is awesome. I recommend this location for those looking for a new place to call home.

Imprint is a great place to live. The staff is attentive and the residents are friendly. The location of the building makes it easy to get around and the neighborhood is filled with gems to see and visit.

Beautiful building, very fast move in! Took under an hour everything is perfect so far!

Imprint has beautiful unit layouts, with a loft like feel. My bathroom is gorgeous! And the gym and community spaces are beautiful and modern as well. Printers row has always been a great location to live as well.

Honestly, I couldnt be happier with my choice to rent with Imprint! The management and leasing team has been incredibly professional, helpful, kind, and responsive from the very beginning. Concierge is warm and proactive and provide peace of mind as you enter, and truly made my move-in a breeze! Such a great experience on all fronts. The location is ideal, the apartment is brand new, the units are beautiful and spacious, and can we talk about THE VIEW?! I could go on forever - but long story short, rent with Imprint! Youll love it
