      Luxury in Killeen!!!

      I've lived at Icon for almost a year now, and it’s truly been an amazing experience! The property is always well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping, clean common areas, and top-notch amenities like the gym, pool, and lounge area. The management team is incredibly professional, friendly, and responsive. Any maintenance requests I’ve submitted have been handled quickly and efficiently, often within 24 hours. One of my favorite parts is the peaceful atmosphere—it's quiet, safe, and the neighbors are respectful. It really feels like home. I also appreciate how close it is to Ft. Hood, The Killeen Airport, grocery stores, and restaurants. If you're looking for a place that's comfortable, well-managed, and feels like a true community, I highly recommend Icon Apartments!

      Great Place to Live

      Love this property

      Management

      The management team at Thayer Point Apartments in Killeen, TX, used $440 of my $500 deposit after moving out to superficially touch up my apartment that looked the same when I moved in. I stayed there for six months. I was not even present in the apartment for two of those months, with no pets or damages. This is ABSURD, and I don’t recommend Thayer Point Apartments in Killen, TX. You will be surprisingly disappointed in the end. That was hard-earned money from Uncle Sam!
