I don’t see any big damaged areas. It is very nice my bedroom and bathroom. I liked kitchen room style. I know it is small room on kitchen as no living room but it is fine.

Communication is terrible, there is a significant that needs to be improved in the leasing office and with maintenance. It shouldn't take days to get in contact with someone. I have been disappointed at every turn.

I really enjoy co-living! It simplifies the roommate process and has been great for moving to DC the first time. My room came furnished with everything I needed to get started. I love having the concierge to sign for packages. I often work on the offices or common spaces and enjoy the various nooks for gathering. There is a coffee machine, but I usually walk across the street to Starbucks. There are so many bars and restaurants nearby. Lots of nice people live in the building and the neighborhood. It's a very social vibe. It's also super close to the Metro and the bike trail. It works for me!

It’s okay overall. I just feel like the staff is not great at communicating. The garage door was open yesterday, and I did not receive an email stating that was an issue. Also, I sent an email to the office, and it took them over a week to respond to me, and it was an urgent matter.

I5 has a great resident community, though I feel that sometimes management can be unfriendly. I think improving communication and our safety should be prioritized.

I5 is lovely. Great deals for rent and excellent amenities. The gym is absolutely superb and has a plethora of equipment akin to a CrossFit facility. Also the infinity pool on the rooftop is fantastic in the summer. They also have a pool table and grills up there. Study rooms everywhere and an immense amount of common areas.

I love living here. All the amenities are amazing. We have a gym, a rooftop pool, Amazon mailboxes, coffee machine, and a parking garage. Additionally, the location is fabulous. You have restaurants and bars in the union market district. You also have a Trader Joe’s right underneath, workout places all around, the metro is right across the street, and there’s a running trail right over the bridge. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The building is very nice and has all the amenities that I was expecting. The gym is big and very well equipped, I was surprised at how nice it is.

Hi Team! I'm overall very satisfied with my living experience here at i5, with the following notes: 1) I'm a BIG fan of how the pool has been maintained year-round, as this significantly contributes to the outdoor ambience in winter months - no changes, please!! 2) I've still been routinely confused and frustrated by the frequent changes in key FOB access conditions to the Penthouse, including stairway access to PH-level elevator lobby, which is often locked with no FOB access. Better adherence to a regular policy would be appreciated. 3) I love the coffee machine perk... but I much prefer the previous machine. The 15 free cups per month limit is totally fair, but I hate having to use an app to place my order (slow, due to limited reception), the machine is frequently out of order, and it seems to charge me free cups for getting hot water! (Also the "12 oz." serving of water could not possibly be more than 8 oz.) Thanks for listening, and your attention to keeping things nice!

I live in a 4BHK co-living space. The house keeping is not done on bi-weekly basis. It is done once in 3 weeks. It would be great if they can do it every bi-weekly.

Apartment was rancid when I moved in, definitely just gotta get lucky with roommates.. The building itself is beautiful, like the penthouse and lobby, but the apartment is in an unrecoverable state due to there being previous flooding issues.

Great place to live, nice income area, bedroom are great, i having enjoy to live here! The staff are absolutely lovely and friendly! The build are located close to supermarkets and metro!

You won't find a more affordable luxury apartment in the city because of the co-living option. It has its pros and cons, but it's generally a great option. There have been some issues recently though where the management team has not informed folks of new housemates in a timely manner which is annoying. But the staff are still awesome.

The move in process was chaotic and I felt that the emails did not fully explain everything we had to do prior, or I wish there were more reminders to do the paperwork at the beginning. Other than that, I have LOVED living her so far! The rooftop is beautiful and the apartment is so amazing.

I am one day into my stay in my new apartment. One negative experience I had was that it was not communicated that the market price would change over the course of me sending in my application and my application getting accepted. Other than that, they were communicative and put together. I am still new, so I do not have any long-standing experiences.

Apartment is mostly fine. Maybe just like a few safety issues so definitely tour if you can beforehand. Amenities are nice and clean so thats good.

Co-living can be stressful because they do not disclose who you will be living with (I didn't find out who my roommates were until I moved in), but if you can move past that everything else about this building is top notch. They are consistent with their luxury quality of service and hospitality. The amenities are great and the residents here are very nice. I have never had a problem with management here and hoping it stays that way as I renew my lease!

The i5 apartment complex offers a nice mix of modern convenience and comfort. Upon entering, I was pleased with the spacious bedroom size and thoughtful layout of the apartment. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils and cookware, so I didn't have to bring much of my own kitchenware. One standout feature is the biweekly cleaning service, which ensures the common areas are kept tidy and presentable. Despite these positive attributes, there were a couple of initial drawbacks: the unit could have been cleaner upon move-in - the fridge and cabinets were messy, there were stains on the walls including a foot print, and no one had swept prior to my moving in. In addition, some of the kitchenware is chipped and broken and there's an occasional unpleasant odor lingering in the hallways. Overall, the i5 apartments provide a promising living environment with excellent amenities and convenient services, though attention to cleanliness could enhance the overall experience significantly.

Great location for Unio Market night life and metro station. Great amenities, and amazing staff. The neighborhood is still a little sketchy and the rooms are small.
