Office staff is very professional, grounds are as well kept as possible, but rental rate is high for a community in this location. Too many single family homes for rent nearby that are bigger, more private, and newer for the same rent or less.

Hyde Park has been great. My apartment looks amazing. The matenience staff insulated my door and changed my window screens. Even bringing me a new stick for my window. I have been a resident at Hyde Park since January 2003 when my daughter and I moved here. It had been a nice place to live and almost 22 years later I still enjoy calling Hyde Park home. Lots of memories made here with my daughter who is now 31 and our beloved pooch who lived her whole life here from May 2003 until she passed away in June 2020. Beautiful community for sure.

Hyde Park is okay to reside! I've lived here for several years but a lot has transpired on the property as far as safety. Although we have a few Law Enforcement officers on the property, still a lot of criminal activity goes on.

We’ve been in Hyde Park since June ‘22 and couldn’t be happier. They work hard to create a sense of community and keep the area clean and welcoming. Maintenance has been wonderful for us, when we first moved in we had the condensation line cause a hole in the ceiling; they came in within hours to begin drying it out and patched.

Hyde Park has really improved since I've been living here. They're doing their best to enhance the property and keep up with the landscape. Only suggestion I have is to increase Security and do better with the trash compactor. Overall, a nice place to reside.

Staff at leasing office is mostly friendly but things got overlooked during my application and lease signing process. My unit needed a few repairs and only one of them was done well. The others were either sloppily done or not done at all.

Hyde Park is one of the older apartment communities in Chester. That said it still feels current and well-kept. Any issues that may arise are swiftly handled. Communication with every level of Staff has been an absolute pleasure and been timely and accurate. The community also offers events based out of the recreation area. Not something I personally utilize. Though the effort is very notable.

This apartment complex is the best! From the area, to the grounds, to the apartment size, to the staff. Everything is excellent. The area is quiet..I love it here. This is definitely Chester's hidden gem. Shopping and food are close by as well.

Overall the property is being enhanced and they try to keep up with the landscaping when the grass needs to be cut. The location of Hyde Park is great and conveniently located near lots of stores, police departments and highways. The ONLY issue is, there isn't enough trash compactors on the property for all the apartments. I think they should place another compactor or trash dumpster on the property. Also have maintenance come by on the weekends to assess the compactor to make sure its operational and tidy up the trash area if it needs to be cleaned so people can have access the trash when they need to and not have to go elsewhere because trash is all over the place and you cannot even get inside the trash compactor.

Great place to raise your family, the ladies in the front office are wonderful. I haven’t had too much interaction with the maintenance staff, they always smile and say hello. My neighbors are genuine people which is reassuring for me and my family. Pool, gym, club house, they even have extra laundry machines if yours breaks, I'm truly grateful I found this community.
