I really like living in Huntclif; it feels safe, and the maintenance is very good. I've been living here for almost three years now, and the maintenance staff are super friendly and efficient.
Have been waiting a week for your staff to return my call about questions about a release form. I asked a question about the form on Nov 21, she said she would ask & return my call. It is now the 28 & still no call.
Really enjoy living here. Very convenient location and affordable for good accommodations. Everyone has been super helpful. The parking fills up quick cause people here have multiple cars and others leave their abandoned vehicles in the parking areas.
This community is very quiet and well kept, maintenance is very good at fixing things in a timely manner and the leasing office responds to any questions or concerns that I have in a gentle adequate way.
Great place to live! Quiet and friendly and plenty of lights on at night for safety.
I absolutely love it here. The management team is so wonderful. Very courteous, and polite. Will help you address your issues, problems, or concerns. Maintaince is great. They are on it. Been here a few years. Don't plan on leaving anytime soon

Actually, our Huntcliff Apartments is good and quiet place with adequate tenants and has place in very good area in League City.
This is my second year here. Its been a great experience. The community is really good. School, grocery stores and banks are close by. The management is doing a great job.

The staff here is super friendly. They go above and beyond to help you, listen to your concerns and find a way to address them. I love it here. I have been here like close to 3 years. I have no interest in moving. They keep it safe. I feel very safe here. No problems. Their is no such thing as perfect but, I would say it's very minimal. It's beautiful and well maintained.

I feel safe here and the neighbors are friendly. I don't have to worry about my packages getting stolen. Maintenance takes good care of your needs The managers and staff are easy to talk to about anything you need. The office is very nice and inviting. Its good so far. The new managment is working hard to make it a better place to live. The children park needs some attention. The swings are old and need some new ones as well.
I do not have many maintenance problems but they are taken care of that day or the next day unless some part is required to be ordered. This is a very peaceful place to live.

I have been here for like 2 years. I love it here. I wouldn't imagine moving. The maintace is absolutely amazing. They are on top of it for sure. They don't let things just be broke down. The office team is great and friendly as well. Their is two pools and right across the street from high school.

I love our location. Accessible to my kids school, my job, and grocery shopping. It’s quiet and I feel safe. The amenities are there for all to use. We use the pool more than the gym because I’m lazy. I love it that I can have coffee whenever I feel like drinking coffee because they have refreshment area to all residents that we can help ourselves. I love our staff most of all. All in all, 5 stars!!!!!

It is usually quiet. Most neighbors are really nice. Maintenance crew is good. Management is good. Planning on renewing lease if rent hasn’t gone up too much. Flooring in kitchen and bathroom could be redone and the sink and tub but I’m ok with it.
