I feel safe here and the neighbors are friendly. I don't have to worry about my packages getting stolen. Maintenance takes good care of your needs The managers and staff are easy to talk to about anything you need. The office is very nice and inviting. I love the coffee bar and and Computer area for residents . The apartment complex is Pet friendly
Helpful staff and great upkeep with maintenance. Quiet living and peaceful. Would recommend to first time renters without a doubt we love it here
Very clean complex in a great location. Staff was helpful to get us moved in and were responsive to our questions/concerns. Apartments are small but contain lots of storage space.
Great place to live everything.It's close by.That's why I renew every year everyone live here or quiet state to themselves and look out for each other. Close to the job and places to eat. Good stuff, take care of everything you need. We'll always refer friends and family

Love it here, been here 6 years. Highly recommend wonderful staff. Awesome gym, pool and residents. My son and I will be staying it’s home for us.
Its good so far. The new managment is working hard to make it a better place to live. The children park needs some attention. The swings are old and need some new ones as well.
I do not have many maintenance problems but they are taken care of that day or the next day unless some part is required to be ordered. This is a very peaceful place to live.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean and quiet community. It’s excellent. I have been here for like 2 years. I love it here. I wouldn't imagine moving. The maintace is absolutely amazing. They are on top of it for sure. They don't let things just be broke down. The office team is great and friendly as well. Their is two pools and right across the street from high school.

I love our location. Accessible to my kids school, my job, and grocery shopping. It’s quiet and I feel safe. The amenities are there for all to use. We use the pool more than the gym because I’m lazy. I love it that I can have coffee whenever I feel like drinking coffee because they have refreshment area to all residents that we can help ourselves. I love our staff most of all. All in all, 5 stars!!!!!

It is usually quiet. Most neighbors are really nice. Maintenance crew is good. Management is good. Planning on renewing lease if rent hasn’t gone up too much. Flooring in kitchen and bathroom could be redone and the sink and tub but I’m ok with it.

I lived here since 2019. I love the location. It’s near my kids’ school, Kroger, and my work. I feel safe here and it’s clean. It’s so bright at night that I am not scared coming home in the middle of the night. Staffs are the best and when I submit a service request, it will be done ASAP.

A quiet comfortable place to call home with friendly staff and good maintenance located in the east side of the great town of League City.
Love the it’s always clean and it’s quiet and excellent personal. Put a service ticket and was taken care next day. Tenants are very polite and maintenance too
Melissa is awesome and extremely helpful! She answered every question and made the application process very smooth. Very sweet. The property is clean and I’m excited to move in.
For the most part, office staff is friendly. Maintenance typically handles issues within a day. My only complaint is we continue to have the same issues w the apt time after time. For example, the laundry and pantry doors plus the drawers break time after time. Yes maintenance does come fix it, but it breaks again couple days later.
All the amenities are great love the staff the apartment parking are safe my dogs love the dog park the pools i love waking in the apartment complex
Been here for almost 5 years and could not be more happy! Highly recommend Huntcliff apartments. My son and I have a cozy home that I am very proud of. :)
