Stay away

Stay away! Management and owners do whatever they want without informing tenants. We pay a lot of money in rent and amenities are included in that! Outdoor amenities are now charged by the hour! So on top of your rent they will bill you 300 bucks just to use the outdoor space. How is that fair! Took away overnight doorman, still sell the building as 24 hour concierge. Do not believe what they are selling you.

Nice Apartment Building

This is a very nice apartment in a great location that is developing gradually. It does not have a hotel feel like some of the gigantic apartment complexes around LIC, which is something I greatly appreciate. The amenities are built into the monthly rent which I find reasonable for the area. The building is well-maintained with the lobby and common areas kept very clean. Couldn't ask for more!
