Downtown Brooklyn is not only New York’s third-largest business district – it continues to grow and prosper into a pivotal education center. The cityscape around this community is largely made up of historic converted homes and state-of-the-art office buildings. In addition to NYU’s Tandon School of Engineering, New York City College of Technology and Long Island University – Brooklyn reside here.
Once students are done with classes for the day, many can be found enjoying the fresh air at Cadman Plaza Park. Points of interest (as well as means of travel) include the Brooklyn and Manhattan Bridges. Even with these nearby, locals prefer to commute using the NYC Subway.
Brooklyn’s admiration for art and culture doesn’t go unnoticed – it’s guaranteed you’ll find an entertainment venue that has either a play, band performance, or film viewing party some night during the workweek. When it comes to shopping, you’ll find that Fulton Street will meet your needs.

Property Ratings at Hub
Great location and beautiful building with great amenities
The Hub is a friendly building with courteous and jovial staff, and beautiful amenities. Location is great for those who want to commute, and/or want to explore downtown Brooklyn.
I've enjoyed living at Hub so far. The apartments are lovely, staff is helpful and friendly.
It seems like a great place and if I hadn't had the current issues about bringing a guest with me, I'd be very happy about it. I look forward to more access to things as people are vaccinated and the pandemic ends.
Because of the pandemic, According the neighborhood, Hubs rental fee is a latter but above average, but still this is the best building that I live
The views are unbeatable and the staff are amazing. I loved living here.
The HUB has beautiful amenities, however, the apartments offer very limited closet space and less square footage for the rent than an average luxury building. You will pay top dollar for the apartment and share the building with people who do not respect their living situation. We have seen people passed out in the hallway from partying, often hear screaming fights coming from two apartments down and a daily occurrence is running into a dog off it's leash using the hallway as a dog park. The staff are kind, yet condone bad behavior and do not prevent unapproved building visitors. I would certainly recommend living elsewhere prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Now that the global pandemic has hit, in addition to the other issues, the building is truly unsafe. Tenants and staff do not wear masks or keep their distance.
Best building on the block. Solid finishes, clean common space (that is actually used), perfect location. Great management team, fast/reliable maintenance and excellent/friendly concierge team especially Trevor & Jackie. I want to buy soon but living here makes it hard.
Best place where I live so far in my entire life of 32 years. Not sure where you could move after living here.
Love living here! Excellent in every category possible.
Really nice building/apartment and amenities (access to a pool and hot tub is clutch), but the fact that gym, lounge, and outdoor access isn't 24hr makes it feel like this is an adult dorm. You also have to pay to reserve pretty much everything, which feels like you're being nickel & dimed.
The HUB should be the template for future apartment development. The living spaces are well appointed and the grounds and aesthetics have been well thought out to expand the quality of living experience. All rounded out with a terrific staff.
The HUB is really great! They are always willing to help and can always answer any questions. Staff here abides by the rules which is also a plus.
I never thought I could live in an apartment with this many outdoor spaces and amenities that I loved this much within the NYC-Brooklyn area!
Hub lives up to its name: it is a center of transportation, amenities, and community that gives residents access to Brooklyn's best.
Everything about living at the Hub has been a dream. From the first time we visited for a tour, we knew that this was our apartment, our home, and nothing else would compare.
I love the Hub and the Downtown Brooklyn community. Its quiet, clean and very convenient surroundings.
Moving into HUB was the best decision I made for the new year. I am so happy here.
It is great living here. We have great gatherings for the residents and the kids
We absolutely love living at the Hub. Apartments and views are great, staff is friendly and helpful, and the amenities are top class. We have multiple friends planning to move here soon!
The service here is top notch .....very professional
There are good amenities here but the 333 staff could use customer training classes and there needs to be a cleaner coming in to steam our common areas monthly.
The Hub is a beautiful building with great amenities; however, residents are not happy with the service providers that support the building.
I would not recommend anyone to live in the Hub. The apartments are overpriced based on the amount of issues we have had since moving in. It seems that the construction was rushed. Washers & Dryers are low quality. The hardwood flooring is beginning to bubble up in some spots. We are disappointed in our experience thus far.
You can't go wrong moving to the Hub. The building has a pleasing reputation all by itself. There is a flavor of prestige that goes with development and the downtown area of Brooklyn.
Couldn't be happier with my decision to move here. The location is prime, the building has everything I could ask for, and most importantly my apartment is gorgeous. So far lovin' The Hub!
I've only been living here a few months and love the view and everything to do with the building. Everyone is friendly !!
I like the sky lounge. I would like it better if the sky lounge is expanded to all four corners of the building. I would like better cell phone reception, signal or service without turning on WIFI.
The Hub is a well thought out building. Everything from package delivery, laundry in the units, dry cleaning, exercise, outdoor spaces, communal lounge and tv areas, are convenient and attractive. Also well situated in down town Brooklyn but right on the cusp of more neighborhoody communities.
Nice clean modern new updated building with new updated appliances. Great views because of floor to ceiling and corner windows
Great place to live - location, new facility, access to so many places. It also has a young, fun vibe, Id recommend to people of all ages and family types.
Being a resident at the hub has been a wonderful experience
Excellent experience at Hub is like you living in a vacation all year long!!! This is the best option ever
The Hub has been one of the best places I've lived in my 12 years of being a New Yorker: the convenience of nearby transportation and proximity to other great Brooklyn neighborhoods, the amenities (particularly the outdoor spaces and the pool), the friendliness of the staff and other residents, and the spectacular apartment views are what make this a fabulous spot to be.
I love living at the Hub. One never needs to leave their apartment, from the beautifully appointed residences to the amenities...it's a DREAM to live here!
Living here has been a pleasure! My best rental experience in more than 15 years of renting!
Amazing apartment in a great neighborhood with access to all the necessities (restaurants, Target, Trader Joe’s). Our view is breathtaking and the amenities are seriously on point. I used to pay for a $200/month Equinox membership and have always considered myself a gym snob, but the building’s gym is good enough that I was able to save the extra $$ and get everything I need in just an elevator ride away.
I honestly love everything about the Hub, and I would definitely recommend checking it out!!
Hub provides a variety of buildings and each of them are designed very nicely, and provide everything you need to live in comfort. The environment is very nice and I feel very happy here! My building is very beautifully designed and the inside is way better than the outside! Inside, there are a variety of activities like swimming, and a gym too. Not to mention that the homes provide a proper amount of great appliances and space. To put a cherry on top, the view is spectacular! I love Hub!
With these amenities, like our lounge areas, pool, dog walk, exercise center, it’s tough to even leave for work on a daily basis. That, plus our beautiful view from our amazing apartment makes Brooklyn living exceedingly comfortable! The Hub is a tough apartment complex to beat. My wife, myself and our dog love it here!! The sense of community, and the friendliness of the residents have caused my wife and I to simply love it here!
The Hub has incredible potential to be a first-rate building, but the ongoing delays with construction, issues with simple maintenance (e.g. the back door was closed for two weeks for repairs), noise from construction, and only recent design improvements have made me uncertain about whether I'm getting value paying market rate for my apartment. For reference, bulidings like City Tower, 33 Bond, and 300 Ashland have prioritized completing amenities prior to resident move in, and have market rates actually below the Hub! I hope the Hub will be more diligent with having its apartment features completed and ready soon, otherwise it is unlikely I will extend.
Hub has made adapting and easing into the fast paced life of NYC easier. I have everything I need inside Hub as well as within a few blocks of Hub. It is beautiful and peaceful here. I can enjoy swimming, exercising, Meeting new people at social events, and invite guests easily to enjoy the amenities. Everyone here is friendly and professional. The Hub makes you feel safe and happy!
The hub is a very great place to call home an great with services an getting the help i need on time
