The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Hoboken Point
Living at Hoboken Point truly feels like home. I explored many options before choosing HP. When I walked into my apartment, it felt right. It offers a fantastic location, great amenities, and a well-designed layout.
Really smooth move-in service, excellent building and apartments. A lot of lounge space and safe environment.
It’s very clean and well maintained. Everyone of the staff is courteous, helpful and cheery. Facilities are great, love the gym. The location of the building is conducive to a full, healthy life and so convenient to the City. For us with dogs we were limited but finding Hoboken Point and their policy, it’s a real gem
Beautiful building, building, lacks competent management and accountability. Every day there’s a different issue from the service elevator is not working. The normal elevator is not working not having water having no power in one of the rooms not having hot water or water that does not get hot enough, having cracks in the walls and seals around the AC. The fire alarm going off in the middle of the night. The list goes on and on.
Fabulous location. A new well designed apartment block with excellent facilities, particularly the gym. Jonathon on reception is a star doing everything to please. The tech for parcel delivery and door opening is very welcome. Overall I highly recommend the block overall
Hoboken Point is absolutely beautiful, with great amenities and top tier leasing office. The commute into NY couldn't be easier, I am lucky to call this place home.
Unprofessional and no respect at all stuff in the leasing office.
The building is beautiful overlooking the NYC skyline but the apartments are small for the price, the leasing staff is unempathetic to your issues and unknowledgeable about the building logistics. Horrible move in experience due to no true service elevator to move in furniture and mis-representation of apartment ceiling height. We had to spend money buying a new couch and discarding the old one costing us an additional $2K in expenses. I reached out to management giving them the opportunity to make it right and nothing was accommodated. We were one of the first 50 people to move into the building so beware before signing because moving in here may cost you additional money to replace your furniture.
Hoboken point is a great building. The staff is wonderful, the amenities are great, and so are the apartments. I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move here.
