The staff has continued to be great and me and my wife have enjoyed living here for the last two years. The neighborhood is nice and the office is always willing to assist with anything they can.

Everything we signed up for has been beyond our expectations! It was an extremely easy move-in process and we couldn’t be more thankful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about moving to the Yukon area.

Love it here, we've been here for 2 years and it's a very comfortable apartment complex. Management listens to your concerns and maintenance gets the job done so quickly.

Great service from maintenance and front office. They have been going above and beyond for any question I may have. Plus they make themselves available.

I've been living here almost 2 years, very pleased with amenities, staff, maintenance and overall property. Lots of activities for the residents and treats in the office.

It has been OK living here. The main issues I have have been with the pool and with them not checking pool passes and letting groups have parties at the pool and disturbing everyone else just trying to get their sun

This is my second time living here at Highland Pointe. Over the past year, the management has made many positive changes and improvements. I truly enjoy living here and appreciate the quality team that keeps this such a nice place to live! Thank you!

I love living here! It’s such a quiet and beautiful community with some pretty cool amenities in a prime location. The gates are closed all the time now and that has been such a nice improvement!

It really feels like a community here. My daughter has made so many new friends at the pool this year. I love that it’s a kid friendly place we can all enjoy.

Nice gated community. The neighbors and staff are all welcoming. The apartment is very spacious and the pricing is almost impossible to beat.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Any concerns I have are handled in a timely manner. The communication is also top notch. The staff always updates me whenever things are happening with the facility and or my unit.

I am looking to sign my third lease with HP. The community stays fairly quiet and everyone is respectful; that I have interacted with. Maintenance is very responsive and office staff communicates very quickly while taking care of the community.

It isn’t bad if you like apartment living. Every time I need maintenance they are fast. But if you need anything from the leasing office, they promise you and you never hear back. I inquired about a garage, 8 months ago. They told me 1-2 months. No contact. Message multiple times.

Decent Grounds, Management is like a revolving door. Still waiting on maintenance to perform said work since move in date 6 months ago. Entry gates are always stuck wide open. Wasps everywhere.

Great community, easy access to pool, with fun activities for families put on by the leasing office staff. Maintenance response is efficient. Happy here!

It’s peaceful here, the staff is very friendly and the maintenance workers are great. They even installed new windows, which is great because now it’s not as hot as it was last summer.

The property is beautiful and peaceful. The staff has been great to work with and very accommodating! Hopefully the swimming pool will be up and running again soon!

Good complex to live as a family, clean, good location, easy access, no noise, quiet, the staff in charge is attentive and helpful, the complex has a swimming pool, gym, dog park, car wash, laundry, barbecue areas, etc. My stay in 4 years has been fabulous.

Definitely gone down hill. Wish they communicated better with there tenants. They are coming up with more and more rules. Switched management and it isn’t as good as it was.

I absolutely love living here!! The staff is very attentive and answer maintenance requests very quickly!!! I really love all of the events that are thrown in the complex.

Not a bad place to stay. It’s usually pretty quiet. And not to many problems. Haven’t had any huge major issues. And if you talk to them about getting paid late or something they are understanding and work with you

Nice apartments, good amenities. Everyone in the front office is helpful. They do a good job of policing the community. Any issues are handled quickly and properly.

I love it here, love all the new upgrades that are being done to improve the apartments. The office team is amazing. The new windows that we have now are absolutely beautiful. I can't thank them enough for them.

Nice and quiet, but too expensive. Manager is not flexible at all. They tow cars every other week because of cosmetic damage, etc. would not recommend.

Overall good apartments. We have not had any major issues just typical annoying apartment things like people not picking up after their animals. For the most part they are well kept and not a bad area

Many updates have been done to the facilities this year. I think Highland Pointe is a nice quiet place to live. Maintenance and office are also very responsive.

Truly clean and respectful environment feeling safe at all times. Different amenities the gym pool and dog park are important for my everyday use. Easy access helps me feel comfortable and able to enjoy my home
