Property Ratings at Highland Parc North
Definitely affordable, but the living conditions aren’t the best. There are bugs, maintenance comes but doesn’t really mind your schedule or the requested dates that’s available for you to have fixing done. Property manager doesn’t get back to you when you reach out. They don’t give you an in person tour so you don’t really get to see how bad the conditions of the place is. I only recommend if this is a VERY temporary situation and you aren’t planning on spending time in your apartment.

Our community does have on-site maintenance, and we encourage residents to submit any concerns so our team can address them as quickly as possible. Regarding security deposits, our lease agreement states that deposits are returned as long as the unit is left in the same clean condition as when it was originally received. If you believe there was any misunderstanding with your move-out charges, we would have been more than happy to review them with you at that time.
