Property Ratings at Hidden Springs Apartments
I currently live here and here are some things to keep in mind when thinking about moving here: - Cars get broken into daily - Drugs are sold in the parking lot and in the hallway of your front door - Trash is always overflowing maggots are a common site - Maintenance takes 2-8 months to fix anything - It’s invested with fleas, spiders, and earwigs that get in doors no matter how many times the pest control comes out. - On-site managers will belittle you when you confront them about issues and will blame everyone else instead of taking ownership for there lack of initiative to take care of issues - Phone is rarely answered so if you need anything email and wait 1-2 weeks for a reply
I'm only writing this to be entered in a drawing, but it's a nice quite place. The manager is nice as well. Rent includes water, trash, and gas.
My boyfriend & I found Hidden Springs by accident while driving around the area looking at other apartments. We needed something that was close to the University, reasonably priced, & allowed pets. The apartments in the surrounding area were hit & miss. Some were nice but didn't allow pets, some allowed pets but were too expensive, & others were too expensive, didn't allow pets, & didn't appear to be safe. Hidden Springs is nice, safe, allows pets, & is reasonably priced. We couldn't believe that it actually existed & we were very worried that it was a "too good to be true" situation. It's near a main road but tucked into a cul-de-sac so it's actually hidden like the name suggests. There are a lot of trees and plants that make you feel like you're in a mountain area. It's walking distance from the University, a shopping center, & the surrounding neighborhood is very nice. We've lived here for about 6 months & we're very happy. The staff is nice, the other tenants are family or school oriented, & it's a very quiet building. Considering the Riverside area near the University, this place is a hidden gem!
I have been living at hidden springs since March of 2014, all I really can say is there isn't any comparable apartment complex around. The friendly staff and neighbors are what make this community amazing. I really feel spoiled living here because the school bus stops right outside my building, RTA and shopping within walking distance. A lot of the community is fitness minded and walking to Andulka park is great exercise. When the weather doesn't permit outdoor exercising the have a fitness center. To make a long story short, I don't see us moving for a long time :-)
