I've lived here for over 7 years now and have felt at home the entire time. My maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and with good customer service as well as good handyman repair skills. They take care of everything for me from wasp nests, a clogged sink, a burned out garbage disposal, to an unbalanced washing machine that "walked" itself out of its closet. Neighbors are generally quiet and friendly. There's a nearby plaza in easy walking distance to get a coffee or brunch. The morning walks are peaceful. It's a nice place to live and my apartment is kept in good working order. I've no plans to move, I like it here.

Everyone has been so helpful, especially Jordan. The sounds of the fountains are so relaxing and ducks and even an egret are wonderful. It’s quiet here, I live downstairs but upstairs folks are quiet. Any issues with move in were corrected immediately. This place is just gorgeous.

We've been tenants since 2018. Friendly and professional staff. Great maintenance crew. Hopefully we stay lucky to have good neighbors. And hopefully loyal long-term tenants don't get big annual increases. Great place to live.

They have the worst plumbing issues and charge you damages for their own maintenance employees mistakes. My drains not dishwasher ever remained working the whole time I lived there.

I'm currently leasing from my third Sequoia location and couldn't imagine going anywhere Sequoia properties aren't. My first experience was at Hidden Lake where I was blown away by Community Manager Pastora's professionalism, intelligence and care for the quality of the experience. My home was very comfortable, spacious, clean and secure with ample parking and fast maintenance follow through. Would highly recommend this property- truly a gem.
I moved here in Jan 2019. My little family consists of my two sons, my fiancé, and I. We have a two bed two bath. I love it here because, the property management is awesome. The service requests are handled very quickly. The same day or the next day. They are on it. The leasing office is very friendly as well. I have not run into one problem.
My home I peaceful and beautiful we have water that surrounds the property. The landscape is absolutely beautiful we have a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The complex is quite, despite having 100 plus units. The management takes very good care of the units and the grounds. Service calls handled same day and after hours emergencies, no problem! Fireplace and washer/dryer in every unit. My unit looks out to two fountains. These are truly apartment homes, I've lived here since 2000. Safe, quiet, beautiful grounds and reasonable priced for the area.
Nice area but needs some upgrading. Staff is very friendly and efficient. The complex does need some improvement as far as landscaping.
