An hour north of Austin and just 36 miles south of Waco, Temple is a wonderful place for the whole family in Texas. Roaches, bedbugs, shootings, drugs

The title says everything. There are way better places than this for the same rent. In some cases for less

Great place to live!!!

The office staff are super friendly and helpful they work with you on payments and even let me do month by month renting. The apartment is not what you would expect for the price you pay it’s better. Friendly community I love living here.

Beware of Belching!!

Don't believe everything you read on here. They dont have washer/dryer hookups. They don't have fireplaces. The office smelled horrible when I went in there, and the lady voluntarily told me she had been belching all morning. Really?? OMG. There was not one apt they could show me, because they were all needing fixing up. Moving on....
