Property Ratings at Heritage Towers
Besides being in need of more handicap parking spaces and errors on rent payments, this place is beyond nice. They have free youga lessons on Saturday mornings. They have free fitness training HITT classes on Saturday mornings as well. They have lots of parties planned by the leasing staff free food and games.
Everything is as expected prices rise but the amenities are great I don't have a lot of room but something is better than nothing so I'm greatful for a safe clean place to live.
Love it here! It’s close to everything and the amenities are fantastic, especially the pool! You won’t regret moving in here! If you are on the fence, just do it!
The rent gets higher and higher each year. You pretty much pay for amenities and the fact it's a new building. But it feels really over price for how small the rooms can be. A studio is 1400 and your cramped with barley any space. The storage you have to pay for which kinda sucks. Buy at least you get free stuff every now & then.

Each year the price continues to increase . Some studios cost the amount you'd pay for a 1 bed room..we've had 4 different managers come and go since this place opened 2021. Other than people driving too fast in the parking lot and people smoking in our buildings it's nice place to live temporarily. They have free yoga class pool eating area track dog park and they host lots of social events.
It been an ok stay at heritage towers apartment complex. The neighborhood is growing and lots of places to eat and shop. It's down the street from many gas stations and grocery stores too. The schools are awesome.

My experience has been a fifty fifty. The beginning was great. As you stay longer it becomes more expensive to stay here. The good new is they have a program bow call built and flex. This program allows you to split rent payments between two payments. You get free yoga and HIT training class. They have special occasions parties for residents and free food and games some times.

It's been ok not exactly 100 like when I first moved in but it's still nice. We have free yoga and exercise class which is nice. We have regards where you can earn money by taken pictures and giving your opinions. Very nice amenities and it's a quiet community usually.

I really love it here! The only issue I have is the constant dogs barking in my building! I work from home so it is a huge inconvenience. Everything else is great!

Some stuff is nice, but others have kinda gone downhill. I love the free yoga and HIT training exercise every Saturday. The downside is that trash isn't always taken on time, which has created a bug issue in the building . I'm sure with time and a exterminator it's should resolve.

Paying rent is much easier now they have the flex program. I can split my payments into two instead of paying all at one time. It's very convenient.

I recently had the chance to visit Heritage Towers and I liked the rustic and vintage aesthetic of the apartments, especially around the amenity center. The pool area is a spacious and closed space with lots of shade, perfect to bring friends over. All the amenities are a walking distance away from each other, with a gym tucked away in the corner. Definitely appreciated the number of EV parking spots, having one of my own. If you're searching for a home with easy access to the DFW area while still enjoying a bit of distance, this is the perfect spot for you!

Heritage Towers seems like a cool spot to live and they have a ton of parking in the back. There is also new gym and a pool right there on-site, which is awesome for squeezing in a workout or just chilling out. There is a 1-mile loop large (wide) trail around the property great for running or walking. During the tour, it struck me as the perfect mix of laid-back vibes and fun amenities, like having a pool for lazy weekends. And the staff? Super friendly and helpful. Overall, I think Heritage Towers is a solid choice if you're looking for a safe place in Lewisville.

I toured Heritage Towers last week. It was the in the middle of a long day of apartment tours. But the staff was really nice. They brought me through a few different units. All had new appliances and great floor plans. Big closets, that’s a big deal for me. Each building has a central courtyard and it’s own mail room. They use the FETCH system for package delivery, no lockers or going to leasing center. The main area has a whole pool complex thing and patio. And the gym was right by that. I’m not much of a exercise person but it looked like all new equipment. I definitely recommend taking the tour if you’re in the market for an apartment in the area the prices are very fair for the quality. Also seems to be very safe complex with gated entry and cameras all over.

I finally got the chance to check out Heritage Towers last week. The units are great – super spacious, well designed, and in a perfect area for my commute to work. I have a medium size dog and this place is super dog friendly. The two 1st floor units that I saw both have doggy doors and a great private dog park next to their outdoor trail area. I also loved that the bathroom was modern a lot of countertop space. The pictures are of a 2 bedroom unit and you can see how big the laundry room area is! I highly recommend taking a look if you’re considering moving to the Lewisville area.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Heritage Towers, and I was pretty impressed. The leasing team was awesome. Super attentive and helpful. Things worth calling out - they have a lot of dogs on property, they have valet trash (you pay extra for this) I think 5 or 6 days a week. The dumpster is closest to Building 1. The pool is located between building 3 and 2. I love the waterfall at the pool because the sound gives off relaxing vibes. One top priority for me is safety and they have cameras located throughout the property and only 2 entrances and exits, with cameras. I would say the apartment unit is pretty normal but does have bigger than average closets! I definitely recommend touring, one of the nicest Lewisville options for sure.

I'm extremely satisfied with my experience at Heritage Towers in Lewisville, TX. The outdoor pool area is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It is pretty cool there is swim up bar stools so you can see the outdoor TVs. The staff is attentive and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The community is well-designed and I like that there is covered parking and garages you can rent for additional $. The apartments are spacious, modern, have washer/dryer and provide a comfortable living environment.

I have lived here for more than 6 months, and Colette the manager has been so amazing from the beginning until now. They take your concern seriously, and always try to provide the residents with the best service. We have such a huge trail, beautiful pool and gym coming so soon. The apt management is amazing and the apt itself is pretty!! Love my own washer and dryer :))

Toured floorplan A1 and was impressed with the finishes and room flow. I really like the balcony view and ability to have fresh air and ability to relax. Lots of different floor plans to choose from so definitely tour on your own and see what works best for your needs.
