Helm has been a great place to live in so far. The sound insulation at this place is extremely good. The views of the lake stunning. The apartment gets abundant amount of natural light. This was the first time we were handed over an apartment that was extremely clean.

Helm is a very quite community with less than 100 total units. There is never a rush for elevators. The shared amenities are always near and clean. It is located in a very safe area with access to highway in minutes.

The best building in Seattle. Views are out of this world good.
We understand that there may be hiccups during for a new building, but things need to improve. At this point I would not recommend this building to someone else.
