We are so glad you've been happy with our service! THANK YOU for rating us. - SRG Residential Customer Care
I feel comfortable, safe and sufficient taken care of to offer recommendation to others who might consider The Heights. Perks also provide value-add for my lifestyle.
I like the complex. Lately there seems to be a lot of maintenance issues that are taking awhile to fix. That would give me concern in recommending to others.
I enjoy the community. Nice places to shop. The apartment is very nice and everything i need is here for me.
This is a fantastic location
All in all a positive experience.
I would recommend to people who are looking for good service. Everyone was so friendly and easy to speak with.
So far everything has been great!!
Yes
Great staff and residents. Maintenance is always on top of things. Concierge are lifesavers. Everyone goes above and beyond here. Plus this is the most well insulated, quietest building I’ve ever lived in
For the 3+ years I have lived at the Heights, it seems as though the standards for maintaining the common spaces and amenities (i.e., gym) have slipped. I typically take the stairs most often rather than the elevator for exercise. I have noticed over the past year that the stairwells have been trashy with the same trash in the stairwell for months at a time.
The location is great as well as the amenities. The units themselves seem to be dated. Looking forward to renovations takin place.
I've lived in 4 different apt. in this building. Although, I choose to stay in this building, I am less than impressed with the maintenance of the common areas on each floor and in the living areas in each apartment. Those areas ALL need attention to paint, etc. The hall carpet has been replaced recently and is much improved.
Respond quickly...not necessarily completed the request, but get someone to look at the issue in the same day. Not difficult to do...the tone is set by management.
Have had to have repairs to the repairs a few times. Often things linger. This has been repeated to me several times by other tenants in the elevator. How the current round of issues are resolve will determine if we re-up our lease
I would tell prospects to not sign the lease until you have made sure any work you expect has been displayed and meets your agreed expectations. I would guess it would be better now.
Not enough has been done to update. Some patch work instead of replacing is not acceptable.
From the standpoint of the actual apartments yes but the crime and potential of the dog park closing are a negative.
Office and maintenance staff are awesome to work with. I love my new home!
This is the very best place to live. I live it.
I WOULD RECOMMEND AND HAVE RECOMMENDED THIS PROPERTY AS IT IS CLEAN, STAFF IS COURTEOUS AND I FEEL SAFE HERE.
We still need updates to the property.... we are patient.
Residents are changing into a more party scene, loud, don’t pick up after themselves. Lots of loud music at pool. Depends on what you’re looking for.
Great location. Service and/or transparency about status would be helpful.
I really like the building and area, but I do think it's over-priced for the service/community. Ultimately, that's a person to person decision.
The Tower pool area and the Gym are not well maintained for a Lincoln Property. They are run down & in need of repairs. Also, the outside windows (requiring a window service) have not been cleaned in well over a year.
The last week of June 2019--we could not get anyone from the office to call or email us back. The online tour booking system was not working, the texting did not work and no one returned our many voicemails. We finally just came by and they indicated they are going through a management company change, but things were pretty rough for sure. Our tour went well and the agent was friendly, but you should study this one very carefully before renting a place here. I am giving it two stars because the location and property have a lot to offer. RENTER BEWARE... this property was very rough around the edges, despite a hip and modern feel right by 75 and in a very busy area.
I have been living here for nearly 5 months now, and the gentlemen working the front desk are incredible. No matter the time of day, be it the middle of the night or the middle of the day, both Ken and Peter are always ready to help in any way they can. The apartment complex is great, but the people working here make living here so enjoyable.
A month ago my storage locker was broken into, along with several others. The management provided no help and did not send email notice to other residents. Yesterday 3 apartments were broken into and all management said was that each resident should watch out. This is a high end apartment complex and yet no cameras and no security will be put in place. You and you property are safer elsewhere. (Forget if you have a bike, they are regularly stolen from the garage).

I am disappointed with my experience with Heights at Park Lane. I was eager to lease in April, but I could not afford the additional deposit ($1400) they asked of me after processing my application. That is not there fault, I understand that. I notified them of my decision to not move forward and was advised that I would receive my $200 (roughly) admin fee back in 30 days. I received nothing and after 30 days reached out. The depth of my frustration with Heights lies in the fact that there is evident disorganization and a disappointing lack of communication. Initially I was told I would get a refund by the agent I had been working with, then I spoke to Eric, an assistant manager who informed me that I never paid any fees to the Heights, I have no records on the ledger, and I need to provide a bank statement to move forward.. so, I did that, followed by countless emails and calls to him, yet strangely I could not get in touch with him, nor have heard back from him to this day. I had to call corporate many times (they were actually helpful), I advised them of the situation, that I applied for a unit, decided to go a different route and am trying to get my admin fee (not the app fee) back that I was told would be returned to me and that I I couldn't get assistance from their Heights property. They were very helpful, but still no one (not even corporate) mentioned that I lost the right to a refund when I changed my mind about leasing. I never claimed I was denied, I just told the facts about the situation. Finally, about 3 weeks after initial contact with Eric, I get a call from the property manager, Jennifer, who gives a clear answer and advises that I won't get the fee back because I wasn't denied. If this is policy, I accept it; however, I am disappointed in how she didn't acknowledge or even offer an apology for her employees giving me the wrong information.. telling me I never paid.. and their overall non-responsiveness. I can accept rules in place if I know them, but I feel hurt that I was given false hope about getting back $200. It may seem like a small amount of money for a property with big revenues like theirs, but as a teacher in a low-income neighborhood, I was looking forward to using this money to prepare for the school year. Though the property is lovely and I enjoyed my experience with my leasing agent (wrong information and all), I do not recommend this property solely based on their poor communication and misinformation.

I have lived at The Heights for almost 9 months now. I love everything about it. It's a beautiful property with tremendous amount of amenities. Lots of shopping and restaurants in walking distance! It's extremely dog friendly and the Staff is professional and accommodating!

This place is incredible, great access to local shops and not very far from White Rock Lake or Uptown. The units are incredible and the new management staff is superb. Concierge staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you are considering living here go see Brady @ the leasing office. He's been great to work with from a residents standpoint.
