Central HOA Park stretches along Interlocken Blvd. through a large section of the neighborhood. It’s a welcome stretch of green for renters and professionals who work and live in Interlocken. Property Ratings at Heights at Interlocken
The property is old, falling apart, has structural damage, and on top of that, property management did nothing about the mold found in our drywall. Maintenance is unresponsive. The fire alarms, both in your unit and building wide, go off frequently. Appliances are gross, dated, and don’t work properly. The pool never opens on time. The package room is largely inaccessible to couriers which causes delays in delivery. Communication from property management to residents is almost nonexistent. “Improvement” projects often take significantly longer than they should and generally cause more issues than they solve. Save yourself the frustration and rent literally anywhere else!!

The new staff team is working better. The staff is polite and it seems they care about any concern you have. We love this place for many reasons and one of them is the staff, if the staff or management doesn't do their job this place won't be a place to live. I am glad about all the good changes management is doing recently.

Heights at Interlocken is a great place to live. It’s in a perfect location between Denver and Boulder. There is also easy access to a lot of running trails without having to drive somewhere and has nearby grocery stores. If your apartment back porch faces west you can see longs peak from your door!

We are coming up on the end of our first lease term and everything has been spectacular so far! The pool and all of the amenities have been worth every cent. The team here also goes above and beyond with resident events (The free food-related events on the weekends are my favorite). We are looking forward to renewing for another year.

A great location with incredible views. There's plenty to do and plenty of restaurants near the apartments. And the apartment itself is quite lovely.

Overall I was very happy and satisfied from setting up a tour and doing all my leasing paperwork on line. The staff was super friendly and helpful. My only issues came after I moved in and the speed of getting repairs done in a timely manner. In addition to being promised a $500 move in bonus gift card that I still haven’t received. However the front office people are always super friendly and their smiles when you come in are very welcoming.

Fire alarm systems have been persistent and remain unresolved. It often goes off at odd hours of the night. There's also flooding in apartments that happens regularly. They try to sell this place because of views. But they don't tell you about the shifting foundation causing all these issues. You can walk down the halls of this place and see it's leaning. I moved here out of necessity and will be leaving as soon as mt lease is up. Really hoping my apartment doesn't flood til then. DONT MOVE HERE

I have lived here for just over a year now and the community has gone through a lot of changes! It feels like a different place and as a resident I couldn’t be happier to call this home. The location is great, the facility is well cared for, the views are superb, and management is responsive and addresses concerns! Very pleased!
My experience in the week I’ve been here hasn’t been the greatest with the move in. Not horrible but def not what I would expect on my first week either. I’ve been dismissed at the office when asking questions, things were not 100% in the apartment when I moved in.

I lived at AMLI Interlocken for two years, 2020 - 2022. With the increase in rent (especially pet rent), my partner and I decided to go elsewhere to get more for our money, but we enjoyed living at AMLI Interlocken. The amenities were always available, and management seemed to always be working on improving something on the property (restriping the garage, fixing the fire alarms, etc.). We had a few more maintenance issues than I'd have liked, but the maintenance team here is GREAT. They always responded quickly and were super friendly when fixing problems. We had a couple mice intrude on our space each winter, but that's hard to avoid when you're on the ground floor next to a huge open field (and our cats would consider this a bonus).

Mice everywhere. No maintenance. Walls are cracking. Terrible insulation. Loudest apartment I have ever lived in. Terrible management. Ice melt that is not pet friendly. Dogs off leash, I’ve been attacked multiple times. Overall the only thing this place has going for it is that it is in a good location.

My first month at AMLI Interlocken has been about what I expected. Solid amenities, nice units, and an outgoing x communicative staff. The price is steep depending on your financial situation but for what I'm getting it is worth it in this market.

AMLI is the perfect place to live after graduating from CU, I am not too far from my once home, where I now work and have plenty of friends! I am also not too far from Denver where I can experience the city and other events.

AMLI at Interlocken is a great community with sweeping views of the Rockies, lovely walking paths surrounding it and well-maintained amenities (pool, gathering areas, gym and more). I highly recommend living here!

This apartment complex has been getting worse in the last a few years. Pros: - Beautiful surroundings, lots of trails in the neighborhood. - - Great views. Cons: - There are major issues with the building. Big construction projects happen quite often. Once they opened up the floor of the ground level to fix things. It's very noisy. - False fire alarm is a huge issue. Almost every winter, it happens, either when it's 4am at Christmas Eve or 3pm when you are working from home. - Residents quite often have their cars broken into or tires stolen even they are parked in the gated garage. The complex supposes to be a gated and secured community, but once a while the gate was left widely open for a few weeks due to maintenance issues. When it happens, residents' tires got stolen. We had our bike locked and stored in the garage. It was stolen. When we reported it to the leasing office, the woman couldn't care less, "You are responsible for your own personal belongs." She's so indifferent. - There are constant issues with the appliances, etc. Our kitchen countertop has been flooded for a few months. We put in three tickets but they couldn't get it fixed. What is even worse is that the same woman who told us to take care of our personal belongs came to the apartment and told us "I don't see any problem" after we showed her the clear water marks and running water on the countertop. - The appliances are quite cheap. We had issues with the dish washer. Instead of investigating the issue, they gave us a bottle of dish washer wash and told us to clean it. It took them a few months to exhausted their cheaper options before eventually they agreed to replace with a new one. They downgraded with a cheap plastic one. We had to pre wash and post wash our dishes everyday. We finally gave up and have been washing dishes with our hands. - There are a few cracks on the wall. One of them is so bad that the door of the master bedroom couldn't be closed properly. We had to put a chair behind the door to prevent it from swinging. - Our roof was leaking early this year. They put a big black trash can on my desk and hanged a plastic trash bag from the ceiling to hold the water. When we turned the heat on, the plastic bag was inflated and then deflated, making strange noises. - The rent has gone up ~20% since we moved in at the end of 2016.

I enjoy living at AMLI Interlocken because I know that if I need to contact management or maintenance, I will get prompt and friendly service. The grounds are well taken care of, the view is fantastic, and there are walking trails right outside our door.

AMLI at Interlocken is a great community space to live in. The staff are positive and helpful, the amenities are excellent, the apartments are well setup with good appliances, and the location is close to both needs and recreation. I've had friends that lived here that spoke highly of it, and now in my own experience certainly say the same.

I love this community! It sits atop a hill, so you have amazing views of the mountains. The floor plans are beautiful and include hardwood floors, high ceilings, and new appliances. The only downside may be the lack of storage space in the apartments, but its manageable. The free garage parking was a huge perk for me too. Most competing communities only offer surface parking and may make you pay for it. I hate being nickel and dimed, so AMLI was the right choice because a lot of features Ive previously paid for were included in the rent here.

I am so happy I finally found a safe place that is willing to help solve any problem that I have. The staff here is absolutely amazing and the maintenance is incredible.

Overall, I really like this apartment. The apartments themselves are nice, I like the locked parking garage and the location and views are excellent. The maintenance team is top notch and Hilary and Maria are great. I dont like the new management as much as the old, and the amenities are fine but a little underwhelming for the price of rent. The apartments can also be quite noisy at times.

This is a wonderful place to live. I have been here for almost two years and plan to renew. The mountain views and walking trails are great. Staff are always helpful and professional.

If you are looking for a large apartment to share with a roommate, this is a great choice. (When we aren't in a pandemic) There are tons of amenities and community events to keep you happy and make you feel like this is a home.
