I am still loving my community. I have come to know many neighbors and we have become a family. The community is growing and I am loving every bite of it. The community is growing, the staff is great, it’s all a BEAUTIFUL experience ????????

Excellent complex. Residents and staff are wonderful. It’s nice to be apart of this community. I have made so many friends here. Not just neighbors, but friends. I just renewed my lease for the 2nd time. We plan on staying here for a long while.

The building is amazing. From the apartment to the amenities all wonderful. The leasing office lady is very sweet and understanding. I’m new in the building so I haven’t seen all yet but I’m definitely looking forward to it.

Love Hedges! I wish I could buy the apartment and stay forever. Great neighborhood and neighbors. Great restaurants nearby. Community pool, tennis court and dog run. The building has a gym and coffee bar.

Loved living here! Very clean, & kind staff! Love Lucy!!! I truly felt safe and comfortable at the apartment, I felt like it was my home. Maintenence was also great and kept up if anything was wrong.

Beautiful building. Great amenities! The property manager is warm and welcoming. All the residents that I have met in my first week are friendly. I look forward to living here for years to come!!

I recently moved into Hedges at Hawthorne and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The building quality is outstanding-everything feels modern, fresh, and thoughtfully designed, from the high ceilings and large windows to the beautiful finishes throughout the apartment. The staff, especially Lucy, Adrien, and Jason, have been incredibly welcoming and always go above and beyond to help with any questions or needs. The amenities are top-notch and really elevate daily living: I love having access to the rooftop terrace, the fitness studio, and the specialty coffee bar with cold brew on tap. The common areas are always spotless, and the whole community has a friendly, welcoming vibe. It’s clear that the management team takes pride in maintaining a high standard for both the property and resident experience. I’m excited to call Hedges at Hawthorne home and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, amenity-rich place to live in Hawthorne.

Great, Modern building with good amenities. Some maintenance issues when first moved in, but Luci and the maintenance team was quick to help me out.

Everyone is very welcoming here. The building is always clean. Luci is pleasant & always available for questions. The transition moving here was pretty smooth.

Loving it here. Great neighbors and lovely community. Can’t wait to renew the lease and enjoy more time here. Used the grill for the first time last night and had a nice night with friends and family.

Nothing gets fixed, always told we gotta pay for the fix. Told we need to pay for a new fridge filter if we want it fixed. Insane. Lived here not even a year and i gotta pay for a fridge filter? Bunch of issues in this complex maintenance wise. Something always breakin or causing issues. Never parking either, have fun circling the lot for 6 years to find a space. If “money hungry investors” was a hashtag it would be used to descirbe this compled.

As a first time ever living on our own, this space is a great experience to live in. All our neighbors have been very welcoming specially when we got pregnant !

I absolutely love it here. Been 6 months and I can see 6 years in my future here. Clean, nice staff, and beautiful building. If I could own the apartment and be part of Hedges for a long time l, I would buy it in a heart beat.

I just moved in. I am still adjusting but I am quickly starting to warm up to the building. The people are welcoming and friendly. I am looking forward to finally settling in.

Great staff, great environment. Very quiet and beautiful. Study rooms are offered, rooftop access with comfortable couch and table and occasional resident events to celebrate together as a community.

I absolutely love living in this apartment complex! The facilities are always well-maintained, The management team is incredibly responsive and helpful, always addressing any concerns quickly. The neighbors are friendly, and the whole community has a welcoming vibe. Plus, the location is convenient, with plenty of shopping, dining, and parks nearby. It truly feels like home here – I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live.

I LOVE living at hedges. It’s super clean, everyone is kind, the building is very aesthetic and new. Definitely love living here and would highly reccomend!

Friendly and helpful staff They fixed the items in a timely manner. Jose was very respectful. Lucy always makes time to answer all questions.

I amv getting used to living in such a small apartment. Living in a house and coming to an apartment is not easy. It is very difficult. Boxes everywhere. Now it is much better.

Loving it so far. Wish the mail room was more individualized but besides that, great. Dog friendly, the community is l very polite in general, staff rocks, including the maintenance guy.

We absolutely love it here. It has been a pleasure to come home after a long day at work. My wife and I made the right decision for our family.

I have been the happiest living at Hedges. No complaints at all. Everything here is perfect. Lucy and Adrienne are literally the best. Super attentive and prompt on answering any questions and concerns.

Have been living here for over 9 months and I genuinely love it here. The staff, the cleanliness, the entire building and facilities and wonderful! I also believe Lucy, Jason, and Adrien are phenomenal and take care of everyone living here. Very thankful to have found this place!

I am still LOVING my Community and the Beauty of it All. I have met several neighbors during our community events and everyone is so pleasant. The Office Staff/ Lucy, Adrian, and Jason just happen to be the cherry on top. Always available when needed, which is truly appreciated ??????I’m Still LOVING IT!!!??????7 months in

My girlfriend and I moved in this week. It’s our first apartment and we are very happy with what the hedges have to offer not only for us but for our dog too. We highly recommend others to come check the hedges out.

Beautiful apartment, work requests hey answered very quickly, staff and residents are all very nice. The grill area and rooftop patio are our favorite spots to relax

I love our community! I especially love our get togethers! The staff is always on top of everything and always very pleasant !! They take the time to stop and chat!

So far, great! Love the apartments and the communityy is good, glad i signed for the longer lease and got the few months free with it. Possibly signing again

My Community is rewarding in many ways, one being Beautiful, another always having different experiences that bring us together. Last but certainly not least, I’ve met several friendly neighbors. I have enjoyed the last 3 months of living here immensely. I’m loving it!!!!!

It is amazing. All my life I dreamed about a place like this. Things which at the time I had only seen in movies. The staff is amazing. The maintenance is done at a timely matter. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. I love my peace of mind. And the school district so far amazing.

Hedges is awesome! It’s clean and people are friendly. It’s been a great experience so far. It feels like I’m living in a high end hotel! :)

Absolutely terrific living @ Hedges building is cleaned daily, lobby always well lit and clean. Study space office are quiet and clean. building always smells good, and feels safe. atleast once monthly there's a resident social event with lots of freebies, and everyone is sooo nice.

Not bad so far. Just moved in. Staff is very helpful and friendly, apartments are very modern. Rooms are a bit smaller than expected but not bad for just 2 people and a soon baby

so far so great, everyone has been super friendly and quiet, i suggest paying for that extra spot! our public lot is filling up quick apart from that everything else is pretty simple and easy going the staff is superb

I haven't been at Hedges long, but so far it seems like a very nice place to live. I wish the parking lot, fitness center, and rooftop were bigger; but everything seems well put together.

The Hedges at Hawthorne offers a tranquil retreat with superb amenities. From the serene atmosphere to the well-maintained grounds, it's a perfect place to call home.

This place is awesome. The office people are very nice and helpful. All the people who live here are very nice and the place is very clean. I like all the amenities the place has and they are all very clean.

We just moved in on 2/1 and it was a breeze. The staff is great! The people that I have meet so far are very friendly! I love the dog parks!

Very welcoming people who live here always say hello, have had no issues with anyone, and the building itself is updated and very well kept. All staff here are very helpful as well.

Everyone in this building is very nice and respectful. There were times when people would park in my Reserved spot, but it was sorted out quickly! It’s always clean and smells good, all workers in the building are happy, and I have recently been enjoying the gym. Jason is very quick to respond and fix and issues I have in my apartment. Luci & Adrien are always available when needed and just so sweet to everyone.
