Property Ratings at Haygood Halls
I love living here, the grounds are always beautiful and the staff helpful. I gave it a four star for two reasons only. Rent has increased every year, I have lived here. I keep hoping it will level out but so far it goes up, it is a struggle to pay rent, buy groceries and live. My second reason is upstairs residents do not have balconies or an outdoor space. I realize there is apartments that do but the rent is even higher, same with downstairs units.
We enjoy living at Haygood Halls apartments. We have met some very nice neighbors. The landscaping is pretty and well maintained. We like our large apartment and that they allow two animals. The staff is friendly and they plan fun events for the community. Maintenance is prompt, helpful and friendly. We are getting excited for the pool to open soon!
I feel safe living here. The community has a lot of nice people staying here. I can do my walking without being scared that anything will happen bad to me. I’m looking forward to many years of living here.
Overall I love it here. Everyone is friendly. The only issue I have occasionally is my upstairs neighbors. They like to walk heavy footed all hours of the day and night. After I address them about it, it eases up for awhile. I truly enjoy living there in this community.
Haygood Halls is a complete home for us. The neighbors are wonderful and so helpful and friendly. The staff is very wonderful. The location is convenient to everything. I enjoy walking to the hay good shopping center where I have a great variety of stores. Thanks for keeping the grounds, clean and safe, especially during the snow storms.
I'm new to the community. I took possession of the keys to my unit and am slowly moving from my condo into the apartment. SO far so good! When the weather is nicer, I'm looking forward to meeting my neighbors. Lauren, was fantastic in the process.
I’ve lived at Haygood Halls since July and I transitioned from a house to my apartment. Everyone I’ve met has been super nice and welcoming, and I’ve made a few close friends already. In the season, I absolutely love that the fabulous pool is open in the evenings and on weekends! The grounds are very well kept and the maintenance team and office staff are wonderful! I am so happy to live here!

Everyone near me has been extra kind, warm and welcoming. They also advised me of what I could do for a problem in my apartment. My upstairs neighbor loaned me her boom box until I could get my Wifi. Neighbors a couple of doors down brought me air fresheners. I was invited to a breakfast and met several neighbors. I very much like all of the people here.
The apartment that I live in and the surrounding occupants are polite and friendly. They appear to all get along. The Office ladies at Haygood Halls are polite, friendly, and professional.
I love the place, it was only this year I start to live in haygood apartments. The community gives a peaceful ambiance and secured all the time. People are nice and respectful with each other and thats is so important in one community. Im looking forward to stay here longer.??????????

This is our second year here and still loving it. I feel safe and happy. Maintenance is extremely helpful and the office staff is very helpful.

The neighborhood is quiet. The occupants are polite and courteous. The premises are clean and well maintained. The maintenance workers are polite and are well knowledgeable in handling any problems in a unit.

I am extremely glad we moved here! The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and orderly. The Clubhouse is comfortable with fun activities, and opportunities to meet new people. I highly recommend this place.
Unless you like the Disney vacuum on your wallet don't move here...after they get ya here they up the rent like a frog in water...mainly cause they think they know change is hard expecially with your living space...SO CHOOSE WISELY WHERE YOU PLANT YOUR FEET TO GROW...NOT HERE DEAR

I have lived here 13 years and have been very happy with office staff as well as maintenance. Residents are very friendly and helpful. It is more like living in a home than an apartment.
